I am not satisfied with the service provided. I placed an order at 4:51pm, and by 6:18pm, it had barely started being prepared. The system claimed it was moved to baking and quality check within mere minutes, not believable. The estimated time of arrival kept getting delayed from 6:45 to 6:47, making my two-hour-old order even less appealing. I have been attempting to contact the store for 45 minutes now, with no success. This is not the first time such delays have occurred, and I've grown frustrated with it. I request a full refund for my purchase and do not wish to receive any coupons or future orders. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed.

I would like to file a complaint. In February, I placed an order for three ice creams at Domino's. Subsequently, I was informed by a Domino's employee that they were out of ice cream and I would receive a refund. Despite this, I have yet to receive the refund. Following my mother's call to Domino's, I was instructed to visit the store in person for the refund. I complied and was told that the money would be deposited directly into my bank account on a specified date. After a week passed, I revisited Domino's only to be informed that the refund had already been processed. I waited a few more days but still did not receive the money. I am disheartened by this experience, as I am a frequent customer of Domino's. I trusted the store to promptly refund me €28.50 as promised. I am hopeful that this issue will be resolved soon. I have attached pictures as evidence of my order payment.

I made an online order on the Domino's Pizza app, but the delivery address defaulted to my old one. After receiving a call from the driver, we clarified the correct address but faced difficulty during the delivery. Despite the driver's insistence that he couldn't see me, I could see the headlights. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. We were wrongly charged for a pizza that was never delivered as they don't service our area. Despite providing our address, the online system confirmed delivery to our location. The lack of communication about delivery restrictions is frustrating. Our refund is still pending. The General Manager, Tony, and Assistant Manager, Daniela, were unhelpful. When requesting to speak with someone from Domino's, I was given a misleading [redacted] number. The customer service experience has been unsatisfactory.

I had a terrible experience with Domino's. My order was delayed and then canceled because they claimed my phone number and address were wrong, which I have never used before. The lady on the phone was very rude, hateful, and even hung up on me. As a manager myself, I found her behavior completely unacceptable. This is not the first time I faced issues with Domino's; previously, my pizza took two and a half hours to arrive when I am just 10 minutes away from the store. I believe I deserve a refund, free items, or something substantial to make up for the poor service I received. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with how I was treated and will not be returning to Domino's.

I placed an online order for pickup at a restaurant. The system indicated a 16-minute wait starting at 7:30. After showing that my order was being prepared and baked, I arrived at 7:54 pm and went to the pickup window, where I received no help. A man with shaggy hair was nervously pacing in the corner, biting his nails. I honked my horn, and he quickly moved away. I waited a couple of minutes and honked again. This time, a bald man with glasses came over, took items out of the freezer with his bare hands, placed them on a baking sheet, and then left without helping me. Frustrated, I decided to leave without my order.

I placed an order with Domino's, and on the third attempt, I wasn't sure if my payment went through due to an error on the website. I ended up paying cash in person. However, when I checked my bank account, I noticed I was charged twice. I contacted the store, and after verifying it was already paid, the delivery person still insisted on cash. Eventually, they confirmed it was paid. Now the store manager is threatening to involve the police if I do not pay for the third time. This situation is extremely unjust and frustrating.

I purchased two medium pizzas on April 9th, [redacted], from [redacted] Ellesmere Rd, Scarborough. I made the order via phone at [redacted], with a delivery address to [redacted]-[redacted] Roywood Drive, North York. Upon receiving the order, I was disappointed. Both pizzas were severely burnt and inedible, and the Sprite I ordered was missing. This has been my worst experience with Dominos, and I am quite frustrated about it. I placed an order with Domino's for $24.34. Unfortunately, the order is missing, and despite my best efforts to locate it, including checking with my neighbors, it is nowhere to be found. The order status shows as delivered, but I did not receive it. I am requesting a full refund for this undelivered order. Hello,
I would like to provide feedback on the pizza I had today. I placed an order under the account name Bhawana Bajaj, order number [redacted] at DD Puram Bareilly. I ordered a cheese burst pizza, but it tasted like a normal pizza with very little cheese.
Later on, I placed another order for takeaway under the account name Radhika, order number [redacted] at DD Puram Bareilly. I ordered 4 pizzas and noticed they were undercooked with sparse toppings. I raised a complaint, and they suggested I come to the DD Puram store to have the pizzas exchanged or baked again. After they rebaked the pizzas, I found the taste to be quite different from what I expected.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

On 4/22/23, I placed an order at 8:20 p.m. The woman who took my order assured me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the pick-up window at 8:29 p.m. and paid for my order. They requested I move to the front and promised to bring it out to me. Around 9:10 p.m., I made eye contact with a man who appeared to be the manager. He asked me to park on the other side due to being understaffed with new employees. Despite my inquiries, the order was not ready, but he kindly offered a complimentary 2-liter drink. By 9:45 p.m., the manager locked the door with two cars still waiting. I returned to the drive-through at which point they handed me a box with oil-soaked bread that was lukewarm and hard. After a total wait of an hour and a half, I was disappointed with the quality of the product.

I visited your Kiribathgoda, Sri Lanka store with my family around 8:45 pm today. We were seated in the dine-in area, but no staff took our order despite many employees being near the cash desk. After waiting for 10 minutes, I inquired with one person who just told us to "wait"... After waiting an additional 5-6 minutes, we decided to leave your disappointing outlet and went to Pizza Hut instead.
The lack of attention from your staff left us feeling neglected and upset. I suggest your staff visit Pizza Hut to learn about customer service. We enjoy the taste of Domino’s pizza, which is why we chose to dine there.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Hope Island store. I called to report that the pizzas I ordered were cut oddly, making it difficult to share with my children. Despite not expecting a replacement, I hoped for a credit due to being a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the staff refused any assistance and the gentleman I spoke with was rude. I made an online order around 9:30pm for two pizzas and brownies which cost $36.25. The food arrived promptly, but the pizzas were unappealing - undercooked crust, not sliced, and unappetizing. My attempt to salvage it in the toaster oven failed. With hungry kids and no time to get a replacement, I accepted the loss. The next day, still dissatisfied, I contacted Dominos for a refund. Brennan promised the general manager would call, but after follow-up calls, no resolution was reached. I insist on a full refund, as I'm displeased with the quality and the inconvenience of still needing to cook for my children. We made an order at 10 pm with a promised 30-minute delivery time, but unfortunately, it arrived late. Order number [redacted] was held up in the status "order confirmed" until 11:45 pm. Despite calling the store repeatedly, no one answered, and the chat assistant was unhelpful as well. There were no chat agents available when needed. Ultimately, the order was delivered close to 12 am. This order was meant for a party, and we waited nearly two hours without food, as other options were closed and we hadn't prepared anything at home due to relying on this order. The delayed delivery ruined our night, with my family going to bed hungry. This has been the worst service experience we've ever had with Domino's.
