I made an online delivery order on August 18, [redacted], at 5:47 pm at the Domino's store on 43rd Avenue and Thomas in Phoenix, AZ. After noticing a delay on the tracker, I called the store at 6:32 pm to check the status. Frustrated by the increasing wait time, I decided to drive to the store at 7:15 pm. Upon arrival, the individual (Josa) who identified as the manager, explained they had limited staff. Despite my request for a refund or a fresh order, the manager refused to accommodate my request immediately. When I inquired about contacting a higher authority, he claimed there was no district manager. Subsequently, I contacted the store on 67th Avenue and Thomas, where the manager provided the district manager's information and helped me with my order. I seek a refund of $27.11 from the 43rd Avenue and Thomas location promptly. My experience was disappointing, and I believe better customer service is necessary. I have left a message for the district manager (Jerri) and am awaiting a response. I hope for a swift resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I placed an order for delivery at the Aberdeen branch on Sunday, and when the delivery person arrived at my house, two pizzas were missing. I tried calling the store to report the issue but was put on hold for over 25 minutes, so I decided to drive there with the call still on hold. When I arrived, the manager mentioned they were too busy to answer the phone, which made resolving the situation difficult. The manager struggled to figure out how to remake the pizza order and had to ask someone from the kitchen for help. After discussing the options, the manager asked if I wanted the missing items delivered, but I laughed and mentioned I was already at the store. Upon returning home with the replacement pizza, I found that my dessert was cold. I had spent $99 plus a tip, received no refund, and used my time and gas to sort out the disappointing experience. I would appreciate a refund for this inconvenience.

I was deeply offended and disappointed with the customer service I received at Domino’s recently. The manager on duty handled my issue poorly, making me feel disrespected as a loyal customer of 40 years. It happened on August 26, [redacted], at 10:47 pm, for Order [redacted]. Despite ordering a pepperoni pizza through the Domino’s app and paying $28.89 in cash, I received a cheese pizza instead. When I called the store to clarify, the manager hung up on me after a brief conversation, ignoring my subsequent calls. I even went to the store only to find it closed with staff members ignoring my attempts to get their attention. The manager displayed an unhelpful and disrespectful attitude towards me and my request for the correct order. This experience was very upsetting, especially considering my long-standing loyalty to Domino’s. My boyfriend, Tommy Allgood, placed an order at Domino's in Leonard for a thin crust large meat lovers pizza with onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers, along with garlic bites and garlic oil for delivery to [redacted] cr [redacted], Leonard, TX. The order was made at 5:34 pm from phone number [redacted]. When I, Tina Ramsey, called at 6:32 pm from [redacted] to inquire about the delay, they wrongly assumed it was for pick up. After the pizza arrived, we realized there was no meat on it. When I called back, the staff was rude and unhelpful, even the manager, Joseph, was of no assistance and refused to refund or replace the order. We are disappointed with the lack of customer care, intelligence, and business ethics displayed. We hope Domino's addresses this issue promptly and provides us with a refund and a sincere apology. I received an email from you about 2 free pizzas to redeem. I tried this offer three times in the last few months, but all three times the order did not go through despite being confirmed online. When I go to pick up the order, they tell me no order was ever received, which is very frustrating. My friends and I, who are loyal customers, are considering buying pizzas elsewhere due to this issue. Dealing with Domino's has become too complicated, even though their pizzas are the best. I'd rather not have received the free pizza coupons if the process is going to be this problematic. I ordered pizza last Sunday night and was initially told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting over an hour, I called the store only to be answered by a gentleman. Upon inquiring about my order, he redirected me to his supervisor, Christian. Christian stated there were two similar orders under the name Anthony that were mistakenly delivered to Delta, but this mix-up had nothing to do with my order. Frustrated, I requested a refund, which Christian said he processed without providing an apology, blaming the confusion on deliveries to the airport. Despite my dissatisfaction and the inconvenience, I insisted on receiving the pizzas and wings I had already paid for. When the pizza arrived at my house, it was ice cold and one of the boxes contained incorrect items. The wings appeared to be hastily coated in barbecue sauce. This disappointing experience contrasts sharply with my usual positive experiences at Pizza Hut or Papa John's. My order consisted of 2 thin sausage and pepperoni pizzas and an order of wings.

I recently tried to redeem the last two rewards on my account, but they had disappeared, and I was unable to log in successfully. Despite changing my password and multiple login attempts, the system seems to have forgotten my information. This experience has been frustrating and led me to explore other local options for pizza. Yesterday, I made a purchase at Domino's Pizza on [redacted] Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL. Unfortunately, the delivery driver's behavior was unacceptable. He aggressively demanded a tip although I had already paid for my order and forgotten my card downstairs. His rude attitude made me uncomfortable, claiming he relies on tips for income and making disrespectful remarks. I felt intimidated. Yesterday, at 7:12 pm, I placed an order at Domino's #[redacted] located at [redacted] Hwy. 71 West Ste [redacted] Austin TX [redacted]. I ordered a Medium (12") Handmade Pan Pizza with Alfredo Sauce, Premium Chicken, Bacon, No Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Extra Cheese. Adding a $4.95 tip, the total came to $29.69. However, my pizza did not arrive until 10:25 pm, and it was cold and starting to harden. The Domino's tracker showed my order stuck at the prep station for 45 minutes, despite my multiple attempts to call for an update. When I finally reached someone and inquired, there was a delay, and my pizza only moved to the oven around 8:50 pm. Even though the receipt shows the order was printed at 10:04 pm, I received it cold and unsatisfactory. I recently placed an order for two pies at the price of $5.99 each. Unfortunately, the first pizza I received, which was pepperoni with pineapple, was completely burnt, making it unsafe for my kids to consume. Regrettably, I had to dispose of it. The second pizza, pineapple with bacon, lacked sauce and pineapples, and had the wrong sauce altogether; I asked for garlic sauce but received Alfredo sauce instead. The portion of bacon and pineapples was also insufficient. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot enjoy food like this. I encountered multiple issues with my orders at the Broadway store in KCMO. Recently, my order was cancelled, and when I tried to resolve it, the manager, Hilary, was unhelpful and argumentative. Her behavior was unprofessional, with coworkers laughing in the background. Despite my request to resend the order to the correct address, Hilary refused and directed me to the website for help. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this store. I recently ordered food from Domino's in Highland Village, Texas. Usually, I order with double cheese, double green olives, double pepperoni, and pay $27. I ordered a Large Mighty Meaty and 14 Hot Wings from the Wapping-London store. Unfortunately, both items were poorly made and delivered late. When I complained about the food quality, I was treated rudely by the staff. They dismissed my concerns by implying that replacement wouldn't make a difference. I insisted that the food was unacceptable, especially since it was for my children. The situation escalated when the unnamed manager offered a refund and advised me not to order from them again, citing previous complaints. I placed my order at around 5:49 pm and did not receive it until after 8 pm. When I called to inquire about my order, I was informed that the line was busy. I called back around 7:54 pm and was told that the person I spoke to was the manager. After being put on hold for a few minutes, the manager came on and warned me not to yell at her or she wouldn't resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a satisfactory answer and ended up with cold pizza that was over 2 hours late. The bad attitude of the managers and delivery drivers who seem to be unfamiliar with the area was very disappointing.
