I wanted to use a coupon from an NJoy coupon book for a complimentary medium pizza and bread twist with the purchase of another medium pizza and bread twist. However, when I tried to redeem the coupon, the worker mentioned that their system couldn't accept it. Instead of the expected discount, I ended up paying $20.96 for my order which should have been around $13 after using the coupon. I felt disappointed as I assumed the coupon would be valid, but it seems the computer system had limitations. I hope the issue can be resolved so customers can use their coupons hassle-free. I recently ordered a large thin-crust pizza without cheese and 3 toppings, with extra sauce, a combination I've ordered at this location at least 6 times before. Upon pick-up, I was charged $17.29. The staff member claimed the heavy sauce was considered a "double sauce," making it the 4th topping and disqualifying me from the usual $7.99 special. The pizza was lacking sauce, with much of the crust visible. Despite showing the picture and receipt, the young manager insisted on the new pricing. The coupon was for $5.99 each for choosing any 2 or more items, with the option to make one a specialty pizza for only $3 on the website. I requested the $5.99 coupon and ordered a Medium (12") Hand Tossed ExtravaganZZa (supposed to be $5.99 + $3 = $8.99 but was charged the full price), a Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizza for $5.99, and a Domino's Marbled Cookie Brownie™ for $5.99. I inquired about the charge, but the staff maintained that the ExtravaganZZa is a specialty pizza. Despite not wanting to argue further, I ended up paying $28.76. I am seeking a refund for the overcharge on the ExtravaganZZa pizza, which I estimate to be around $7.0. I am a frequent customer at this location. Unfortunately, my order on May 11, [redacted] was incorrect; however, Domino's provided a 50% coupon as compensation. The order I received on June 13 around 8:30 pm was only partially delivered. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to contact the store at [redacted]. The food was cold due to a two-hour delay, and I had to sign a receipt unrelated to my order. The order was missing sauces and the Caesar salad I had paid for. I reached out to the store for a refund without success. I then contacted Domino's Customer Support bot but found it unhelpful. I received a CASE ID: [redacted] for my refund request. Despite receiving a 50% off coupon, I am more interested in a refund. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service from both the store and Domino's support. I ordered a large pizza but received a medium one with a hair on it. When I contacted the store, they asked me to describe the hair. I didn't expect that and felt disappointed. Despite enjoying your pizza for 40 years, this incident has made me question the service quality. It's a shame because your company has the best pizza around. Tomorrow, on July 1st, [redacted], around 1:05 PM, a Domino's Pizza delivery person named Ashoka Singh with the bike number HR51C7654 and contact number [redacted] came to Ashoka Enclave in Sector 35, Faridabad. After delivering the pizza, he behaved rudely with the society members, made serious threats, and even tried to physically harm someone. He then verbally abused a society member in front of other customers. Ashoka Singh proceeded to the police station and filed a false complaint against the said society member. I urge for immediate action to be taken against such individuals working for Domino's Pizza who engage in criminal behavior.

Hello, I placed an order for a hand-tossed supreme pizza on 7/14/[redacted] for delivery. The individual who took my order was unprofessional when answering the phone, which was disappointing. Furthermore, my order arrived as a thin-crust supreme pizza instead. After contacting them, they mentioned I could visit their Domino's store for a refund of the $21 I spent. Later, Tyler explained that due to technical issues, he couldn't provide a cash refund but offered a credit of $21 instead, which I accepted.
Upon using the credit on 7/18/[redacted], I was charged an additional $10, totaling over $30. I discussed the overcharge with Floyd, but he was unhelpful. Despite my explanation, he insisted on the charge. When asked for a receipt, he couldn't provide one, and our conversation became tense as he declined to escalate the call to a manager. I have placed several orders in the past month, and each time I've experienced long wait times. Recently, on 7/22/21, I waited for 35 minutes only to find out upon arrival that my order hadn't even been started. Despite the restaurant having enough staff, the service remains slow. On a different occasion, I tried to use a gift card, but the employee insisted on a security code, causing unnecessary confusion and a 10-minute argument. These repeated instances of waiting extensively for food have led me to cancel orders. Improved training or more accountable staff members are greatly needed.

I placed an online pizza order on Friday, 07/23/21, scheduling it for pickup about an hour later. However, at 10:50 p.m., the tracker inaccurately reflected that the pizza was delivered when it wasn't. Upon contacting the store, I encountered a very rude and argumentative staff member who claimed the driver tried to call me but didn't. They informed me I had to wait for the driver to complete other deliveries before mine could be redelivered. Despite the reassurance, the pizza never arrived, and I couldn't reach anyone at the store when calling multiple times. I paid for the meal online at 10:07 p.m. and received no food all night. I demand a reimbursement for the undelivered pizza and my unpleasant experience warrants compensation in the form of more than one pizza and cheesebread from Domino's. This mishap left me hungry and dissatisfied with the service provided.

I contacted the Madison, IN store and spoke with Andrew. Unfortunately, he was very rude and unhelpful when I tried to place a delivery order for the employee birthday celebration at Royer Corporation for 11pm tonight. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, but Andrew said only the store owner was above him and refused to provide any contact details. This behavior reflects poorly on both Andrew and Domino's. Good customer service should always be a priority. I am now just hoping that my $35.00 order will be delivered correctly tonight.

I wanted to share my recent experience with Domino's pizza delivery services. Last night, after being in quarantine since 7/21/21 due to COVID, my boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to pizza. Despite living close to other pizza places, we chose Domino's this time. I placed the order online at 7:40 pm and arrived at the store at 8:01 pm expecting a quick pick-up. However, I ended up waiting until 8:18 pm to receive my pizza, which was significantly longer than anticipated.
When we got home and called the store to address the delay, the manager named Alli informed us that the hands-free touchless delivery only applied to credit card payments, not cash. This information was never mentioned in the numerous Domino's commercials we had seen. Additionally, despite the receipt indicating a 20% discount, we did not feel the pizza justified the price we paid.
I felt it was important to share this feedback as it reflects poor customer service and leaves much to be desired in terms of transparency.

I encountered issues with the Domino's app tonight. It kept logging me out and returning to the previous menu. Eventually, I had to call the store to place my order, which happened to be a different location than my regular store. To my surprise, none of the coupons were applied to my order. I ended up paying more than I expected. The person I spoke to at the store couldn't explain why the coupons weren't working and told me my order would take over an hour to arrive, even though the online delivery time showed 27 minutes. Frustrated and hungry, I decided to accept the order as is. Despite reaching out to online customer service, I haven't received any satisfactory assistance. I went to the Domino's location on East Main Street in Woodland, California. I ordered a large carryout pizza and a 2-liter soda at 12:23 pm, paying with my card about 10 minutes later. The gentleman told me it was $12.87, which I paid without receiving a receipt. He then left for a delivery with 4 minutes left on the timer, leaving me waiting in the store. Despite being the only customer there, I was not offered help while the skinny female worker continued making pizzas. After she argued that I still needed to pay, I explained I had already paid.
