I recently placed an order at Domino’s in Henrico, Virginia at store number [redacted]. The phone number for that location is [redacted]. On October 15, [redacted], I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pan pizza with sausage and barbecue chicken online. Upon delivery, the driver took the pizza out of the carrying case, opened the boxes on top of his car without wearing a mask, and placed the pizza on my front porch while on the phone. I contacted the store, and the manager offered a refund of half the $30 I paid, which was $15 in store credit. Despite Virginia's mask mandate, the situation was unprofessional and unsanitary. Unfortunately, my family and I couldn't eat the food and had to discard it. Moving forward, we will not be ordering from Domino’s, despite being long-time customers.

I ordered food from the Woodbridge location on Rahway Ave. The first pizza delivery went smoothly, and the driver was polite. However, the second order in the evening didn't go well. The new driver was rude and had trouble finding my location despite several calls. After waiting outside as instructed, the driver canceled my order abruptly, claiming I wasn't there. I called the store to speak to the GM, but after some confusion, a person named Pat claimed to be the GM. I explained the situation once more, but there was a misunderstanding about who was in charge. Pat became loud during the conversation, and I ended up hanging up after she was unhelpful.

I used to work at Domino's in Tonbridge, Kent, 20 High Street, TN9 1EJ, for three years under the management of Lukasz Szymanski and his girlfriend Roksana Szylman. Unfortunately, they mistreat employees, are vulgar, and allegedly steal money for personal reasons. They, along with their shift manager Źaneta Szylman, show concerning behavior by monitoring employees on cameras even outside of work hours, resembling stalking. Their unprofessionalism extends to false accusations of drug use and unfair treatment of staff. The management's lack of qualifications and inappropriate behavior contribute to a toxic work environment. I urge for a thorough investigation and appropriate action to address these issues, which are detrimental to both employees and the business.

I had a disappointing experience with Dominos store [redacted] on Kenwood Trail in Lakeville, MN [redacted]. I placed an order through the app for the 5.99 special for a medium pan pizza, a sandwich, and extra sauce cups at 10:15pm. The tracker showed the "Prep" start time at 10:19pm, but it stayed on "Prep" until 12:10am when it was marked for delivery. After waiting for over an hour with no delivery, the website (not the app) informed me that my order had been canceled. The app still showed it as out for delivery even at 2am.
I did not cancel my order, and I ordered during the store's operating hours. The lack of communication and professionalism in handling this situation was frustrating and kept me from other tasks as I waited for my food. A complimentary meal would be a reasonable gesture to make up for this inconvenience. I hope to see how this issue will be addressed and would like to continue ordering from this store in the future.

In February of this year, a Domino's Pizza employee accidentally broke one of my business windows. This resulted in my store being closed for three days, causing a loss of $14,[redacted]. I would like to address an incident involving a delivery person who was assigned to deliver to an address in Araliya Uyana, Eksath Subasadana Mawatha, Pahala Biyanwila, Kadawatha, Sri Lanka on November 6, [redacted], between 8:10-8:15 pm. The delivery person displayed disrespectful behavior towards a resident on a private road. When the resident politely requested the delivery person to pause briefly as their vehicle was parking, he responded rudely. It was disheartening to witness such arrogant behavior. Despite the resident's signal to stop, the delivery person insisted on continuing without consideration. On Tuesday (11/16/21), I attempted to order a large pizza from Domino's #[redacted] in San Antonio, TX, as advertised on their website for $7.99 with 3 toppings. Unfortunately, the store did not honor this offer, so I settled for a 20% off deal, paying more than expected.
I was surprised to find out upon pick up that cash was not accepted, which was not mentioned during my phone order. Additionally, even though I paid for extra cheese, there was no evidence of it on the pizza.
I kindly request a refund of $15.00+ for the inconvenience of the unannounced payment policy, the extra cost incurred, the missing extra cheese, and the lack of response to my multiple customer service emails and texts.

I recently saw your commercials announcing the removal of delivery charges, so I decided to order from Domino's. To my surprise, I was charged $3.99 for delivery. The service at the Nelson Street store in Amarillo, TX is extremely slow, and I have experienced attitude issues with the staff. When I ordered a pizza with extra toppings, the person taking my order made a condescending remark and rolled their eyes at me. If improvements are not made, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising my friends to do the same. The manager is aware of these ongoing problems but has not made any noticeable changes. These issues tend to happen around 6 PM Central Time. If the store is too busy, perhaps they could alleviate the pressure by encouraging customers to go to their competitors if the service does not improve.

Last night, I ordered dinner for delivery, and it arrived in multiple boxes that were placed on my car seat. Unfortunately, the boxes had oil stains, which transferred onto my seat. Upon opening them, one box was wet with oil. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Stephanie. Although Stephanie refunded the cost of the dinner, she mentioned she couldn't assist with the car seat damage, which is disappointing to me.

My delivery from store #[redacted] never arrived although the driver, Randy, claimed he had dropped it off. This is not the first time this issue has occurred, but it will be the last as I will no longer be ordering from Dominos. I work as a pharmacist at Walgreens, and we order from this location regularly. However, this repeated problem, where the driver doesn't complete the delivery, is unacceptable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I tried to place an order for pizza, wings, and salad on Saturday night, but the customer service representative repeatedly hung up on me and I was unable to reach anyone in the store to resolve the issue. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and upset. I have decided that I will never order from this company again due to the poor quality of service. I have already gone through the process. Please review the chat logs after 11 pm on Saturday night, December 4th, [redacted]. I had a terrible experience with my order and delivery. I have been unable to reach anyone at the local store. I am requesting a refund for my order. This situation has been extremely frustrating. Not only was dinner ruined, but now my lunch today is affected as well. Dominos' unprofessionalism is unacceptable. 1--Ordering this time took three times longer than usual, which was frustrating as I wanted to surprise my class.
2--The delivery arrived late for my lunchtime class, which was inconvenient.
3--I requested plates, napkins, cheese packets, and pepper packets, but they were missing from the delivery.
4--I provided detailed instructions for finding my classroom but the delivery person had trouble locating it, causing further delays.
5--The delivery person struggled to find the correct building and started delivering to the wrong area despite clear signage in the school.
6--The receipt the delivery person showed me did not reflect my requests for additional items.
7--I didn't receive a receipt with my order, which was disappointing.
8--The delivery person's attitude was rather abrupt during the interaction.

Hello, my name is Barbara. I ordered a pizza and Chicken Carbonara Pasta Bread Bowl, but received the Chicken Carbonara in a tin. Despite being told that Domino's doesn't carry bread bowls, I am certain that they do since I have had them before. It was our anniversary and we had a special memory associated with having your bread bowl en route to our reception. It was disappointing to be told otherwise. I ordered a small steak, mushroom, and cheese pizza. I attempted to use a free pizza coupon for online ordering, but it was not accepted, so I called the store to place my order. The coupon was not valid, despite stating it was valid until 12/19/[redacted]. I ordered a pizza and two cokes for $20 but received a pizza with peppers which I did not want. Even after picking off the peppers, the taste lingered. The delivery was very late as they only had one driver, resulting in the pizza arriving slightly warm. I managed to eat two cold slices after removing the peppers.
