The employee informed me that the manager was unavailable and insisted I return the pizza. I expressed my difficulty being a senior with no elevator access on the 5th floor but was told to bring it back. Despite explaining my situation, the employee could not replace the pizza without its return. I recently filled out a survey for Domino's. I am concerned that my feedback may not be heard properly since I am too upset to discuss the issue over the phone or in person with the store manager.
Tonight, I had a disappointing experience. As someone with a disability on a fixed income, ordering pizza is a special treat for me. I placed an order online for delivery from my pizza profile account for a Deluxe pizza with extra cheese, green olives, and banana peppers but without garlic crust.
The first pizza arrived with the correct toppings but had garlic in the crust, which I did not want. Despite paying $29, including a $7 tip, the pizza was not as ordered.
After contacting the store, I was given a $20 credit and requested a remake. The manager, Brittany, handled the situation, but the second pizza also had garlic in the crust, and Brittany was dismissive and raised her voice when I tried to address the mistake.
This experience left me upset and disappointed, with uneaten pizza and unnecessary confrontation. Despite my order specifying no garlic crust, the issue was not properly addressed, leading to unnecessary conflict.
I hope to receive a response regarding this matter from the Domino's store on N Dixie, Dayton, Ohio, where I have been a loyal customer since [redacted].

I had a disappointing experience with Dominos Pizza today. I ordered pizzas online through their portal at 9:00 PM, and it's now 10:00 PM, yet I still haven't received my order. The restaurant staff informed me it would take another 2 hours for delivery. Trying to contact the store was frustrating as all phones were ringing unanswered until after 10:00 PM when someone finally explained the delay was due to high demand.
It's disheartening when a company doesn't fulfill its promise of timely delivery within 30 minutes. The customer service is lacking, adding to the frustration. I advise against ordering pizza online from Dominos in light of these issues. It seems unfair that customers who prepay can be made to wait.

I made an online purchase and, after paying with my debit card, I received a message about the order. When I called the store, they refused to deliver, citing issues with others using counterfeit money. I'm frustrated as I've already paid and don't understand why delivery is a problem. We ordered 9 pizzas from the local Domino's at [redacted] Old Des Peres Rd, Des Peres MO [redacted]. We placed our order on Tuesday, February 18th, at 10:00 am. When we called, we spoke with Antoine and requested the pizzas by 10:50 am for our school. However, they did not arrive on time. Despite being told they were on the way at 11:00 am, the pizzas didn't show up until later. After multiple calls, it was revealed that the driver got lost and returned to the store without delivering them promptly. We ultimately canceled the order at 11:40 am since it was nearly an hour late. Despite Antoine's insistence that the pizzas were still hot, the delay had made them cold. The service at this location was unhelpful and unfriendly, causing disruption for our special needs students who were upset due to the delayed lunch.

I ordered three pizzas today, each with a different sauce. Unfortunately, two of the pizzas were very dry and almost burnt. When I contacted the store to voice my dissatisfaction, they were not very kind or apologetic. They implied that it was my fault for selecting certain toppings that resulted in little to no sauce. This is not the first time I have encountered this issue. On a prior occasion, I had asked for extra sauce on my pizza and received a rude response implying it was my fault for choosing a light sauce. Despite a previous negative experience, I did not complain. However, after today, I find this level of service unacceptable. While they did offer me a coupon for a free medium one-topping pizza as a refund, I have not yet received it. Having worked in customer service myself, I believe this should not be tolerated. I have not encountered this problem at any other location, only at the store on [redacted] Avenue of the Cities, East Moline, Illinois [redacted].

Someone managed to access my account and redeem the free rewards without my knowledge. I spoke with a store employee who informed me that the order had been picked up. Apparently, there have been reports of individuals hacking accounts to claim free items. I am worried about how they obtained my password, especially since I use it for multiple accounts. Should I change the password for all my accounts as a precaution? I would appreciate it if I could receive more information on this issue promptly. Thank you.

Someone has inappropriately used my reward points by ordering two pizzas without my consent in Pennsylvania. After contacting the store and having the order canceled since it was for pickup, I was advised to call 1-[redacted]-Dominos, but it led me nowhere. I am requesting a refund of my points.

Being from Buffalo, NY, this is a concerning breach of security. Repeatedly having to replace my debit card due to these incidents is inconvenient. I reached out to the local Domino's store in Houston upon discovering that my rewards points were used by "Jshawn Williams" for a free pizza. While I would have preferred to confront the individual in person, the distance makes it impossible. I am currently on hold with customer service, experiencing a 15-minute wait at 8:00 in the morning. The situation indicates a significant problem that Domino's needs to address promptly.

I recently placed an order for $90 worth of food at Domino's. I ordered 3 pizzas, 2 pastas, 2 salads, 2 breads, and a cookie online at 4:00 PM for pick up at 6:30 PM. Despite arriving early at 6:15 PM, I was alerted to the order being ready at 6:22 PM, which was delayed. Unfortunately, the bread and cookie were burnt and dry. The food was finally ready at 6:55 PM. It was a disappointing experience as my order was overlooked, causing delays and missing items like the garlic bread that should have come with the pasta. I understand Friday nights can be busy, but receiving the order 25 minutes late and finding burnt food was frustrating. I hope we can resolve this issue as I am a loyal customer of Domino's. I made a purchase on February 14th at 8 p.m. Upon receiving the order, I noticed that out of the 5 items I ordered, 3 were incorrect. After contacting customer service, I was informed that I would receive a credit for the 3 incorrect items. When I called back the next day, I was only offered free bread bites, which was not satisfactory. After finally speaking to a manager, I expressed my concerns about Luis checking my order and the mistakes that occurred. The general manager apologized, promised to investigate, and said he would refund the entire order. He identified himself as Luis, the same name as the employee who checked my order. Despite assurances of a refund, I have yet to receive it after 10 days. I am frustrated with the situation and request a refund of $25.09 from this location.

The employees at this store lack consistent training in providing customer service. For over two years, I have been ordering their franchise special, a large 3-topping pizza carry-out for $11.99. However, it has been a challenge to have this special deal honored. Some employees are unaware of the promotion, charging me full price, and others do not inform customers unless asked. Sometimes, they randomly increase the price, like today when I was charged extra for Alfredo sauce as a topping, which I have never experienced before. Despite escalating the issue to the manager, there was no resolution. I will now be moving my pizza orders to Papa John's, as they do not charge extra for different sauces. Dear Domino's, please improve your service consistency.

I am requesting a full refund for my recent order totaling $24.92. Unfortunately, the items delivered were unsatisfactory. The 12-inch cheese and sausage pizza was cold and appeared to have been left out for some time. The sausage seemed to have been added after the cheese was melted, ruining the taste. The chicken Caesar salad was mushed together as if it had been mishandled. Although the spinach and feta bread was enjoyable, it wasn't enough to salvage the meal. When I called to request a replacement pizza and salad, I was informed it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which seemed unreasonable given the initial delivery time. I have observed some concerning practices related to food handling at Dominos concerning the current situation with the coronavirus. Lack of glove usage among employees during pizza preparation and delivery has been a notable issue. While hand washing is encouraged, especially during busy periods, the risk of contamination remains given the handling of pizza dough and other surfaces. Delivery drivers not wearing gloves while handling boxes and hot bags, which may not be adequately sanitized, poses additional risks. The overall cleanliness and safety protocols, including sanitization of delivery cars, seem to fall short. Addressing these concerns at a corporate level is crucial for customer safety and satisfaction. Although I have a fondness for Dominos due to my past experience working within the company, I am hesitant to place orders given the current circumstances.

I ordered a pizza at 7:00 pm from home, and I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When placing my order, my name wasn't asked for. After 25 minutes, when I went to pick it up, they asked for my name and showed me a pizza on their computer, confirming it was mine - a Large thin crust with 5 toppings. After paying, I was told to wait an additional 10 minutes. Despite waiting for 30 minutes and repeatedly inquiring, I was then informed that my order didn't go through and the pizza wasn't ready. They apologized and offered a free drink, but when the pizza was remade, it only had 4 toppings, missing the mushrooms. This happened at Newhall Dominos Pizza on Lyon Avenue. I was quite disappointed with their service.

I had a recent unpleasant experience at a Domino's branch. I had to wait much longer than initially advised for a pick-up order, and when I inquired about it, the manager was extremely rude. She insisted I wait outside in the cold due to COVID-19 concerns, even though there were other customers inside. To my disbelief, she coughed on my food and laughed about it before handing it to me - the order was also incorrect. When I pointed out the mistakes and her behavior, she was dismissive and refused to provide a name or address the issue further, stating they had no time for complaints or refunds. As a long-time customer, I'm shocked and disappointed by this unacceptable treatment and demand a refund, replacement, and additional compensation for the ordeal. This experience was not only extremely poor service but also concerning for health and safety protocols during the current pandemic.

I am reaching out to share my recent experience with Dominos Pizza at [redacted] Maple Ave, South Plainfield, NJ [redacted]. On March 28th, around 8:21pm, I placed an order for 3 orders of boneless chicken bites and a 2 liter orange soda for delivery. The Domino's app showed my order was being checked after being taken out of the oven around 8:55pm. Despite waiting, it did not move to "out for delivery." I called the store at 1-[redacted] around 9:41pm and was informed the driver would arrive by 9:51pm. However, the driver (1-[redacted]) did not show up until 10:20pm, missing the soda. The chicken lacked the requested sauces and arrived cold and hard. When I called the store and asked to speak to a manager named Jessica, I was told no one was available. Despite leaving my information for a follow-up call, I have not received any response. This experience was disappointing as I had no issues with previous orders. I ordered three pizzas on 3/22/20 from a store in Millington, TN, that was running a 1/2 off all pizzas online. I encountered an issue trying to apply the discount online, so I called the store to place my order over the phone. Despite mentioning a previous problem with online orders, I only received the discount on one pizza instead of all three. The store staff acknowledged this mistake was not uncommon but stated they couldn't fix it. The manager provided me with a phone number to follow up, but after leaving a message, I didn't receive a response within the promised 48 to 72 hours. Any assistance regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.

There is a fake Facebook/Messenger account circulating, promising 2 free pizzas from Domino’s. They prompt you to click on a link, then ask for personal details after sending the link to 50 friends. It's spreading rapidly. I reported it to Facebook as a scam. I hope the corporate office can address this issue. Jessica Teahl
