I want to share my experience at a store in Fremont, CA on Skyway Cr. It's always a mess with boxes stacked high in every aisle, empty shelves, and a general appearance as if they are going out of business. I noticed Mother's Day and Easter items still in boxes weeks after the holidays. The employees often use foul language and talk loudly throughout the store. It's a recurring issue every time I visit. Some individuals without proper attire act too casually, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The checker named Kanisha was particularly rude to all customers. During my recent visit, she carelessly packed around 20 glasses in one bag, even tearing the paper towels I was using for wrapping. When I politely inquired about her name over the phone, she abruptly hung up on me. Overall, my experience at this store was disappointing and unprofessional.

I visited the Dollar Tree on Pulaski Highway in Havre de Grace, MD on June 2, [redacted]. While walking down an aisle where a staff member was stocking shelves, I tried to maintain social distance, but the staff member claimed I was too close. Despite my efforts to show her I was keeping a safe distance, she was uncooperative and refused to step back to allow me to shop comfortably. This is not the first time I've had negative encounters with this employee, particularly when I bring my nieces, aged 11 and 6, with me. Due to this ongoing issue, I have decided not to shop at this particular store in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I am writing to share my unfortunate experience at your Holly Hill store on 06/05/20 at 8:50 am. I entered in a hurry for a few items, including a bottle of all-purpose cleaner with bleach. As I grabbed the bottle, it spilled all over my new shorts because the lid was not securely fastened. After struggling to find a properly sealed bottle, I eventually grabbed one and headed to the cashier, only to notice my bleached shorts. I brought this issue to the manager, Nathan, who responded rudely and unprofessionally, even laughing off the incident. I believe his behavior was unacceptable, and I request reimbursement of $10.50 for my ruined shorts and an apology from the store. I hope you can address this matter promptly. Thank you, Sheryl S. I am a caregiver for a young woman with learning disabilities in Fresno, CA. Tonight, she visited your store located at [redacted] to shop for essentials. She enjoys shopping at Dollar Tree but had a concerning experience with the employees. She likes to carefully read product labels due to her disabilities, including being Autistic. After a 20-minute phone call that upset her, an employee - described as a short Hispanic woman - approached her, mentioning she had been in the store for too long and was making staff uncomfortable with her detailed examination of products. The employee mentioned security cameras and asked her to leave after a conversation where my client tried to explain herself. This incident follows a weekend episode where she was wrongly suspected of shoplifting and asked to show her bag's contents, finding nothing. Despite being regular customers, these recent discriminatory encounters have left us with no choice but to seek legal advice for justice and compensation. The treatment was unacceptable, especially given the current social climate causing stress among citizens.

I requested Heather at the Lampasas, Texas store to set aside a bottle of Awesome Orange cleaner for me, as she mentioned they are not displayed on shelves. Upon my arrival today, I noticed Heather bringing boxes out to a customer's truck. When I inquired with the cashier about getting a bottle of the cleaner, she indicated they were likely all gone as Heather was taking them outside. Heather later informed me they were sold out because one customer purchases them all upon delivery. I expressed my disappointment that she couldn't reserve just one bottle for a day, but Heather showed no remorse and was somewhat arrogant. Instead, she suggested I look at Dollar General's $1.00 shelf. It is disheartening and unprofessional for the store to lack even a single bottle for customers. I am seeking to speak with a Manager about this matter.

I recently visited Dollar Tree Store #[redacted] at [redacted] Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania [redacted] on July 11, [redacted], at 10:16 am EST. While in line, I noticed Good Clean Disinfectant Wipes (LOT [redacted], EST #[redacted]-WI-[redacted]) at the cash register and decided to purchase three of them, as there was no signage indicating a limit per customer. The Sales Associate, Sweden (6[redacted]8-[redacted]3), began ringing up my items and then loudly questioned the manager about my purchase without approaching them first. I felt embarrassed and disappointed by this interaction. I believe that clear signage regarding purchase limits would prevent similar incidents in the future and improve customer experiences at Dollar Tree locations. I hope to hear back from Dollar Tree about how they plan to address this issue moving forward. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I wanted to bring to your attention the situation of a dedicated friend who works at one of your stores. This individual has been committed and hardworking, not taking a day off since June 28th. Unfortunately, they have not received the necessary support from upper management or HR. Working 10 to 14 hours a day without a break for a month is unacceptable, breaching labor laws. It's crucial for companies to prioritize employee well-being to prevent turnover and retain valuable staff. In my extensive military career, I have learned that caring for your team leads to loyalty and productivity. I urge you to investigate and address this issue promptly. Thank you for your attention, I look forward to your response.

I am seeking contact from the District Manager regarding an incident with an employee at the Atlanta Texas store. The employee used inappropriate language towards me, disregarded my request, and mishandled my items during my visit on 8-3-20 at 5:15 PM. The employee, Dylan Stidmon, was disrespectful and unprofessional. The night manager, Miracle Peoples, took note of the situation and informed the store manager. However, I am unsure if appropriate action was taken. I am disappointed with the service I received and am considering further steps if necessary. Thank you.

I visited the Greenwood, MS store about three months ago during the restrictions due to the virus. My grandchild was waiting outside, and the manager initially only allowed one of us in. I asked if my child could come inside, which was allowed. The manager later made a comment about babysitting, but my child did not require supervision as she stood at the door. After mentioning to the cashier that guidelines needed adjustment for accompanied children, the manager got upset and asked me to leave. Police were called, and although I did not cause a disturbance, I was told not to return. When I revisited, the manager banned me. I'm curious about the process of being banned during a conflict with a manager.

I visited the Dollar Tree on Telegraph this morning and noticed a lady being served without a mask. When I inquired, the clerk explained that they couldn't ask customers to wear a mask due to medical concerns. The manager confirmed this policy and mentioned an employee was terminated for confronting an unmasked customer recently. I am choosing not to support this store any longer and will be reporting this incident to Washington State authorities.

Dear Concerned Reader,
I visited the store on Balls Ferry Rd. in Anderson, California, on August 24, [redacted]. Despite being a frequent customer, today's visit left me disappointed. The store was unkempt, with dirty floors, unclean shelves, and products scattered around creating trip hazards. Bare shelves and dusty surfaces were prevalent, and signs were haphazardly placed. The windows were dirty, and I even found a moldy box on a shelf. When I raised my concerns to an associate, they explained they were short-staffed due to COVID-19 restrictions. The store's appearance was not up to standard, and I believe immediate action is necessary.

During my visit to a Dollar Tree in Norman, Oklahoma, I experienced extremely rude behavior from a manager. After accidentally taking a basket outside, the manager harshly reprimanded me for not knowing carts should not leave the store, embarrassing me in front of other customers. Her lack of politeness was striking. Despite typically enjoying my shopping trips to Dollar Tree, I am now deterred from returning due to this unpleasant encounter. Additionally, while waiting in line, the same manager attempted to push past me without any courtesy or apology, further emphasizing her rudeness.

I purchased two Green Dot cards and have been unable to activate or use them. I tried to get a refund at Family Dollar in Coleman, TX, but they said they couldn't help. Initially, I bought four gift cards without realizing two were debit cards. When I tried to activate one online, Green Dot rejected it. Despite my attempts since July, I haven't received a clear response or my refund. I urge Family Dollar in Coleman, TX, to reimburse me. If not, I will take all necessary steps to recover my funds, including legal action for financial losses and legal fees. I hope you can assist in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you in advance. Earl M.

I visited Store # [redacted] at [redacted] Habersham St, Savannah GA, on 09/16/[redacted] at around 5:00 pm. The manager on duty, Leanna, approached me about my dog (who is licensed). Despite it not being required by law, Leanna loudly asked for my dog's papers. When I mentioned this, she continued to raise her voice, insisting I go to other stores or leave. Even after I requested her name, Leanna reacted aggressively and waved her ID card in front of me. I'm Carolina, a local resident who frequents this Dollar Tree often without incident. Hopefully, this situation can be addressed. Thank you.

I was double charged on my debit card for a purchase at store # [redacted] on 9-11-[redacted]. The duplicate transaction appeared on my bank statement on 9-14-[redacted]. After speaking with the store manager on 9-18-[redacted], I was initially told to wait a few more days for the refund to show up in my account. However, even after a week, the money had not been returned. The manager indicated that Dollar Tree policy did not allow stores to issue refunds for double billing and provided me with an incorrect corporate phone number. When I asked for assistance in resolving the issue, she declined to help but suggested that I contact my bank. After speaking with my bank, I learned that the store would need to remove the extra charge. I am seeking assistance in getting my $75.28 refunded. Thank you.

I am Anita Dorsey, a former employee who did not resign. Despite rumors of my departure, no one checked in on me during my illness amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. The only contact I had was with Ms. Velma from HR. I fell sick while at Store [redacted] in Lafayette, Louisiana, during the outbreak and struggled to keep working. Feeling unsupported, I raised concerns about management to Mr. Paul, but my words went unheard. When $[redacted] went missing, I advised Ms. Lovely to alert the home office; however, the managers pooled money instead. Despite gossip, I did not walk away from my job. Battling with Covid-19 has significantly impacted my life, although I aimed to progress to a managerial role by consistently showing up for work, managing tasks, like handling freight. I recall working with an assistant manager, a black gentleman with a bald head. I regret my earlier description of his appearance. Along with Lovely and Annette, my intention is to return. I am mindful of not jeopardizing the well-being of my colleagues and customers. Thank you for your attention.

I encountered discrimination as a homeless individual by a manager in Alamogordo NM. While visiting the Store on White Sands next to Walmart, the manager named Kathleen asked me to leave my backpack unattended at the front because she said, "Homeless people steal." This incident occurred on Friday, December 3, around 6 pm. I am a 61-year-old clean-dressed female who does not sleep on the street but panhandles to afford a local motel. I am working with a social worker to secure housing and am a veteran with a disability not related to service, stemming from an assault and head injury I suffered. Unlike my experiences at Lowes, Walmart, Family Dollar, and thrift stores, where I faced no mistreatment like at the Dollar Tree, Lowes even had signage but remained respectful. There was no prior notice at the entrance regarding leaving bags unattended, making Kathleen's request upsetting especially in public.

During my recent visit to store [redacted] in Hurst, TX on Saturday, December 12th, [redacted], I encountered a very busy situation at the checkout. Melissa, the cashier, was handling a long line of over 20 customers on her own. Despite looking stressed, she mentioned she was alright. When I inquired about the manager's whereabouts, Melissa informed me they had left to seek assistance. I felt that the manager could have been more helpful by staying to support the overwhelmed staff. Throughout my time in line, more customers kept streaming in, and the crowding made social distancing impossible. Melissa's dedication to providing fast and amiable service deserves recognition and support from the management, perhaps with a token of appreciation for her hard work.

I recently bought some Surefresh zipper seal storage sandwich bags from your store. Unfortunately, every time we put something in them, they fall straight to the floor. Although most of our purchases from you are good, this particular brand of zip lock bags seems to be faulty. I kindly request a refund of $3.00 or alternatively, I would appreciate receiving three other boxes of ziplock bags. Thank you.

Yesterday, I was involved in an accident at the Boca Raton Fl store. Although they filed an accident report, I was not provided a copy by the manager. After visiting urgent care, I returned to the store today to request a copy of the report, but the manager refused stating it had already been sent to the insurance. When I asked for the insurance company's contact information, I was told they didn't have time to look for it. I am eager to obtain a copy of the report for my records.
