I have reported theft on my Direct Express account, which is being used illegally. I have already tried to speak with the fraud department regarding "pending and filing new claim" but have not received any response from Direct Express or Comerica. I want my stolen money returned immediately! Please do not assume that I have not mentioned the final result I am seeking. I want my money returned as soon as possible. I have already spoken with Direct Express and provided details of the illegal transactions to their representatives (initials J and C Martin), who hung up on me after I held for 2 hours. I have documented everything.

On December 4th and November 4th, unauthorized charges of $94.86 appeared on my card statement. In November [redacted], I made a one-time purchase of CBD oil and cream for a shipping fee of $6.95 with no further obligations. However, I recently discovered charges of $94.86 in both November and December. The company, under the names Kentucky Farms Wellness and Sundial Wellness, seems unreachable as their phone number is disconnected, and emails are not going through. I am a 69-year-old individual, and losing this money is particularly difficult for me. I fear that they may try charging my card again. I have contacted Direct Express for three consecutive days, but have been unable to speak to anyone. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have lost my card and cannot provide my 16-digit account number. After entering my Social Security number, the system prompts me for my PIN, but I am unable to proceed as it indicates my PIN does not match the account number. I urgently need to speak with a representative to resolve this matter as all my bills are due, and I am in a financial bind without access to funds due to the inability to request a replacement card.

I am having trouble accessing my mobile account as I keep getting locked out despite entering the correct information. I recently changed my PIN, but this issue occurred before that. I attempted to register my card on a new phone. Should I update my email and phone number with a live person if I switch to a new number or email on a different device? I took advantage of a Black Friday deal for a game, but unfortunately, the disc I ordered hasn't arrived yet. I've been trying to contact customer service for assistance with no luck. I made three purchases: one for $59.99 for the game, another for $7.57 for Disney Plus, and the last one for $16.67 for a game. Hello, I am trying to get a refund back to my card. I attempted to purchase insurance, but it did not go through. Even though the company released the hold on the payment the same day, the funds have not yet reflected on my card. I have reached out via email and received confirmation that the hold was removed. Despite speaking with customer service at Direct Express, I keep being told that the issue lies with the other party. I am hoping this is a valid way to reach DIRECT EXPRESS/COMERICA FRAUD department without enduring long hours on hold. I submitted a claim upon noticing over $[redacted] missing from my October statement from Direct Express, but I have not received any resolutions yet. I filled out and returned the forms sent by Comerica regarding the claim, however, no one has contacted me regarding it. In my November statement, I observed over $[redacted] taken without my authorization, and while a partial refund has been issued, $[redacted] is still due back to me. Over the past two months, more than $[redacted] has been stolen from my account for purchases like cosmetics and pills that I did not make. As a retired CPA and medical professional, I do not engage in such transactions and can provide evidence that unsolicited mail is consistently marked as unwanted and returned to sender. I was also out of town in Amarillo, Texas, with my husband for the first part of November. I want all of my money reimbursed. I am 77 years old, educated, and determined to recover the funds that are rightfully mine. Any assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated. I noticed 4 charges on my account labeled as "DEBIT ADJUSTMENT" without any transaction details except for this month, December [redacted]. I am seeking more specific information regarding these transactions.
**Update:** Despite multiple attempts on different days, I was unable to reach customer service. Unfortunately, there is no available email address or ticketing system to contact them through. As a last resort, I sent a certified letter.

I am trying to obtain information from Direct Express regarding unauthorized transactions on my stolen card. Two unauthorized transactions, one for $[redacted].00 and one for $[redacted].00, were made. I need to know the locations and dates of these transactions to complete the fraud paperwork. I have received my replacement card but have been unable to activate it due to the high call volume at Direct Express customer service. I have tried calling at various times, including late at night and early in the morning, but have not been successful for the past 3 days.

I never received the card that was supposed to come with the award letter from Social Security. They informed me that the card was issued and delivered, but I haven't received it. I've been trying to contact them for assistance because I need to access the back pay funds loaded on the card to secure a place to live. It's frustrating that they are not answering the phone to help. It's disheartening to be in this situation during the holiday season.

In [redacted], I had an account with Direct Express. Since then, I switched to a bank account for my benefits but now want to go back to Direct Express. After calling and signing up, they recommended I check my mailing address with the card center. Despite my efforts to call every 5 minutes for the past 4 days, the number has been consistently busy due to high call volumes. I appreciate any assistance you can offer.

My Direct Express card was fraudulently used of $[redacted] on November 1st, [redacted]. Despite sending necessary proof paperwork and nine faxes, my case was closed due to conflicting information. The customer service experience has been unprofessional with frequent hang-ups and lack of follow-up. I have requested escalations and contact from the investigator handling my case, with no response. The lack of empathy and assistance from Direct Express is distressing, and I am still awaiting resolution. It is frustrating to be treated as if I committed the crime when I am the victim. I have an ongoing investigation with the Sacramento Police Department after filing a report on July 31st. This situation has caused me hardship, and I am in need of compensation. On December 5th, I contacted the fraud department regarding a $[redacted] unauthorized transaction on my card, even though the card never left my possession. They promptly canceled the card and issued a replacement. However, the fraudulent charge was not refunded to me, which was deducted from my disability check deposit. Despite spending one to two hours on the phone explaining the situation, they claim the process has not been initiated. It is clear that the transaction took place in a different state from where I reside and use my card. As a result, I am still awaiting the resolution as I urgently need the funds to pay my rent.

I need help getting a $[redacted] charge refunded back to my account. The charge was made without my card ever leaving my possession, and it occurred shortly after my social security disability payment was deposited. I filled out the fraud form, got a new card, but the money hasn't been refunded yet. The transaction they mentioned happened in a different state, which confirms it's fraud.

My card was stolen, and after calling the customer service, they confirmed my identity. Unfortunately, when I inquired about the card's location, they were suddenly unable to verify me. After getting married, I changed my name and attempted to reach out to update my card information but was unsuccessful. In November [redacted], an unauthorized withdrawal of $[redacted].50 occurred on the 1st. Despite my efforts to report and dispute this transaction, I couldn't reach anyone by phone. Now my card is frozen, although the funds for this month are available. I urgently need assistance to unfreeze my card and proceed with disputing the charges from November.
