Dear DSW Representative,
I am reaching out about Order No. [redacted]. The package is marked as delivered, but I have not received it yet. I contacted FEDX, but they were unable to provide details on who signed for the package or the exact location of delivery. They mentioned that the usual procedure is for them to hand it over to the US Postal Service for the final delivery.
Today's date is December 10, [redacted]. If the package cannot be located, I kindly request either a re-delivery to the same address or a refund of the purchase amount. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On December 5, I placed an order, expecting to receive a shipping confirmation email. By December 17, having received no communication, I reached out to customer service only to find out my order was canceled due to a system error. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and the lack of notification regarding the cancellation is frustrating. I was informed I'd receive $20 off my next purchase, but I have not received instructions or a code for the discount. The whole ordeal has left me disappointed as a loyal customer of DSW, especially due to the poor communication throughout this process.

I placed an order for the Jessica Simpson Mirie Bootie in white, size 7, along with white Steve Madden shoes. DSW unexpectedly canceled the Jessica Simpson Mirie Bootie (Order # [redacted]) without providing any reasons. I am still awaiting the refund for the canceled item and would appreciate a prompt resolution. In the past, I have worked in retail and understand refunds can be processed immediately. I contacted DSW through live chat yesterday to inquire about my order, but was informed that it had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. However, I never received any notification about this issue prior to or after Christmas. The company charged my credit card three times for the unavailable item on 12/18, 12/26, and 1/2, with the most recent charge happening today. Despite receiving emails from my credit card company about each charge, I have not heard from DSW confirming the cancellation and issuing a refund as promised by Victor. I am wondering if DSW will refund me for all of these charges without incurring an additional fourth charge. Your assistance is appreciated.

I am experiencing difficulties contacting the customer service line as it appears to be unavailable from my area. I am an avid hiker and typically purchase hiking shoes half a size larger to accommodate my feet during downhill treks. Last month, I bought a pair of Columbia hiking shoes in size 10 from DSW on Leesburg Pike in Vienna, VA, although I usually wear a size 9.5. After trying them and finding them comfortable, I used them once without issue. Recently, during a hike with downhill sections, I felt pressure on my toes, resulting in significant pain. On 7/18/[redacted], I visited the store to exchange the shoes for a larger size. The store manager suggested I should have tested the shoes before buying them. Despite having done so, the problem only arose on the downhill hike. How can I go about exchanging them for a bigger size?

I purchased Jessica Simpson red pumps from the clearance section with item number [redacted]77. One shoe had a blue tag priced at $59.99, while the other had a purple tag priced at $39.99. The cashier couldn't honor the lower price because of a mix-up with the tags. The supervisor was contacted but could not help either. The customer service experience was frustrating, leading me to decide on returning the shoes to DSW for a refund. The scuff mark on one shoe might have contributed to the reduced price, but I was mainly interested in buying red shoes. It was an unpleasant and time-consuming shopping experience dealing with this issue at the store.

I recently shopped on the day the cooler promotion was happening. I bought three pairs of shoes totaling $[redacted]. Unfortunately, one of the pairs was damaged and I tried to return it. The store mentioned that because of the promotion, my refund would be $21 less. This logic doesn't seem fair since I only returned one pair due to damage and kept the other two. Tomorrow, I plan to return the cooler and hopefully get a refund for the damaged shoes. This experience has left me disappointed, and I will not be returning to your stores. I feel compelled to share my experience with others to inform them about the issue.

Specifically, I need to inquire about the order number for the Clark's Merliah Sheryl sandal size 7 that I'd like to return because they are too tight and not available in a wide size. As a loyal customer who has always been satisfied, I have a simple question, but I'm struggling to speak to a real person in customer service, which is frustrating.
