My main receiver is not fully powering up after a recent power surge caused by severe winds about two weeks ago at 9:30 pm. Despite being connected to a surge suppressor, only the receiver seems affected. I tried connecting it to a different surge suppressor, but it didn't fix the issue. The two Joeys in other rooms are working and display a message searching for the receiver signal. When I turn on the main receiver, it briefly shows the main start screen options on the TV for about 2 seconds before going blank, although the receiver itself remains powered on with the red light on.

I need assistance setting up a payment plan without incurring a fee to Doxo. Recently, I made two different payments yesterday to settle my bill. Following my husband Elmer's recent passing, I had to update auto payments due to the closure of his credit cards. I am looking to pay the outstanding amount without extra charges. We have been repeatedly requesting a mailed bill from you for months now, but unfortunately, we have not received one. Subsequently, we had our channels suspended until we guessed a payment based on previous bills and made a payment on 3/11/23 via debit card. However, we still do not have access to all of our channels. We urge your billing department to address this issue promptly to avoid monthly disruptions in our service. The level of customer service we have experienced has been extremely unsatisfactory, and we are considering switching to "Direct TV." We believe our two-year contract may have expired. I always pay my bills through the TV app, but your systems are down. Yesterday, when I called to pay my bill, the person I spoke to said their system was down and couldn't find my account. Without your help in locating my account or anyone else's, it's unfair for our services to be cut off due to no fault of our own. I have been trying to contact Dish Network for 3 hours to cancel services but have been unsuccessful. This has been a very poorly handled experience. I recently signed up for the service for my disabled son, but now I am losing money trying to handle the cancellation long distance. The only helpful person has been the installer, but even he is limited in his ability to assist due to the company's poor communication. I called last Friday and was given an extension on my bill until next Friday. However, when I got home today, my service was shut off. I kindly request for my service to be turned back on until Friday as promised. I have been a loyal customer for over 11 years, and it is disappointing to face this issue. I have been on hold since 5 pm, and now it is 8 pm. If my service is not restored despite the assurance given, I am considering switching to Direct TV tomorrow. Additionally, if necessary, I will return all equipment to your company.

I've been attempting to pay my bill, but I'm unable to get through on the phone to make a payment. Unfortunately, I do not have my account number or know the exact amount due since I haven't received my March [redacted] Dish bill in the mail. Currently, my TV only shows ads about selling Dish Network Service rather than addressing my TV service issue or providing guidance on obtaining my account number to settle my bill. I've heard about cybersecurity problems you're facing and that services will not be disrupted due to these ongoing issues. Please assist me promptly.

I am frustrated with the lack of communication and support from your company. Despite being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I have not been receiving any bills or emails. As a result, my service has been disconnected, leaving me unable to pay even though I have the funds available. Please address this issue promptly, or I will have no choice but to cancel my service.

Quiero cancelar mi servicio porque no he tenido programación desde el 03/01/[redacted]. He intentado comunicarme con el servicio al cliente de Dish, pero no he recibido respuesta. Estoy cansado de no tener señal y perderme todas mis series y programas grabados. I need to cancel my Dish Network service. They installed the dish in front of my house, drilled a hole in my front room wall, ran the cable through the wall on top of the carpet to the TV, and never buried the cable. Despite several requests, they have not addressed these issues. They are trying to charge me $[redacted] for cancelling, but I refuse to pay. They have also dropped channels without notice, leading to ongoing reception problems and buffering. I no longer want their service. Please assist me. Thank you.

I believe I mistakenly entered the wrong account number for my online payment two days ago. My credit union attempted to transfer the payment to Dish, but it was not accepted, resulting in a disruption of my Dish service. Upon returning home after a 2-month absence, I encountered error code [redacted] on my Dish network. Despite numerous attempts to reach out to Dish support, the high call volume prevented me from connecting with anyone. I followed the instructions to reset the dish box multiple times over several days but to no avail. Eventually, I resorted to using an online streaming service which worked perfectly. I faced difficulty canceling my Dish subscription online due to the lack of a 16-digit account number or through phone assistance. My Dish Network service is not working and has been down for 45 days. A service technician came on Monday and tightened a connection outside, which temporarily fixed it for about 12 hours. However, it is out again, and I require another service call to address the issue with the dish equipment before it reaches my house. I have been trying to contact customer service, but I keep getting a high call volume message with no one answering. The problem is not with the internal connections to my TV or DVR but with the satellite installation. I need this problem resolved as soon as possible.

I recently signed up for a new service with Dish a week ago, but I am still waiting for the installation to be done. On Saturday, I had my first appointment scheduled, but no one called or showed up. Dish reached out on Monday morning and set up another appointment for today. The technician arrived, but there was an issue with the work order that required technical support, so the installation couldn't be completed. The technician left, and I have been struggling to get through to anyone at Dish to address the situation. When I signed up, it seems like they didn't input my information correctly, even though it was confirmed correctly during the sign-up process.

I am unhappy with the current charges based on my Dish equipment's performance, which has caused interruptions. I am requesting a technician to address these issues. Additionally, I would like to be eligible for the 55 or older payment bracket. I have faced difficulties with arranging a technician so far and am displeased with the service provided by foreign employees. I intend to streamline my package to only include HBO, and if this change is not possible, I will downgrade to the $57.00 rate without any premium channels.

I recently got an email saying my service was canceled due to non-payment but I have proof of payment through my canceled checks. Last week, I received a call from a person claiming to be from the company who wanted personal information to replace parts in my box. I refused to give this information and she threatened to cancel my service, so I told her to proceed with the cancellation. Subsequently, my service was indeed canceled.

I am experiencing frequent freezing of the picture on my TV every 2 minutes for up to 5 minutes on all channels. Despite following the self-help instructions, the issue persists. I have been a loyal Dish customer for over 25 years and have never requested additional free services or complained about my bill. Two weeks ago, we had our receiver changed due to ongoing issues. Despite multiple calls, the new receiver was not activated for two weeks, leaving us without service. I am contemplating discontinuing my Dish service unless a credit is applied to my bill to account for the period without access. I am not seeking any complimentary services, just a fair adjustment to reflect the service disruption.

I haven't received a bill or an email to pay since February. I attempted to pay online but couldn't do so as I am unaware of the exact amount due, and my previous estimated payments were rejected. I've been trying for four days to contact customer service, but all numbers provided have recordings stating the inability to take calls. I've tried a total of 10 numbers without success. My service has been disconnected, leaving me unable to access any TV channels. This level of service is highly unsatisfactory and reflects poorly on your company.

My account was recently suspended, and upon reinstatement, I noticed a significant loss of channels. I am missing important channels such as all of my local channels, TV Land, and the History Channel, among others. The reason I chose Dish Network was for the variety of channels it offered, including those now missing. Could you please investigate what caused this channel loss?
