Hello, I purchased an LV multi pochette from Jimmy_luxuries and received it yesterday. The item cost 50 euros with an additional 20 euros for shipping, which I believed was to include the original box and cards, yet they were missing. The bag was delivered in a dust bag. However, upon inspection, I noticed significant discrepancies from the bag I ordered and the one I received. I have placed around a dozen orders, but immediately canceled half of them because they were a mistake. I tried to cancel the red Tenor Saxophone, the ligature, and the nine Saxophone mouthpieces. When attempting to order the DJ controller, the first few tries failed, showing as unsuccessful transactions. I then tried with a different vendor, which was slightly more expensive, and it went through. However, the initial transaction then appeared successful. This made me realize the website was malfunctioning. Despite my quick cancellation requests within 15 minutes, some items still shipped, and I had to refuse delivery, asking to return to sender. I received damaged LOUIS VUITTON shoes that I ordered. Upon contacting the manufacturer, they instructed me to damage the shoes in order to get a refund. After doing so, they blocked me without refunding the 76€ I paid. I find it unfair to deliver damaged items and then ask customers to destroy them for a refund, only to be blocked afterwards.
