Since my delivery [redacted] never arrived due to being allegedly misdirected, it was sent back. The mistake was never on my end as my address was correct. After contacting the seller, they said they would look into it but I never received a response. Even dhgate promised to help me get my money back. I made a purchase, but the app does not show it as delivered even though I received the item. The product I got is not what I expected for the price paid. I have evidence that the seller misled me. I placed an order on 3/11/22 for 2 polo shirts and 2 tracksuit pants totaling AUD $[redacted].50 on DH Gate. However, I received a pair of light blue Manchester City shorts from the seller yang137 instead. I contacted the seller to either send the correct items or refund me. They claimed they would send the package in 30 days, but that never occurred. When I followed up and mentioned a refund, the seller stopped responding. Trying to resolve this through DH Gate's website has been challenging. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I have screenshots of all relevant information.

Hello,
I noticed that money was deducted from my account for the first order on your website, even though I canceled it. I ordered two items initially but decided to cancel one, so I canceled that order. However, the payment of €71.19 still went through. I have contacted the sellers, but they claim they have no record of my order. I had ordered a sweater and a hat, then canceled the sweater and kept the hat. Unfortunately, I have been charged twice for the hat and once for the sweater that was canceled.

The seller has not shipped my order as promised. They provided a tracking number for SunYou Courier, which we paid extra for express shipping. However, there seems to be an issue as SunYou Courier may not be a legitimate courier service. The seller suggested sending only one item to test the shipment process before sending out the rest of my items. After some back and forth, they mentioned canceling my order, but now they are saying I have to wait for a refund, which may take until May, even though the expected delivery date was much sooner.

I purchased two jewelry items of supposed high quality which were to arrive within 3 weeks. After waiting for over a month, one item arrived, but it turned out to be a cheap $10 piece instead of the promised high-quality product. The second item's tracking status shows it was shipped a month ago but has not been processed by any shipping company. Even if it were to be delivered, I believe the seller sent it to the wrong address despite my multiple attempts to update the information with them.

Hello! I am seeking a refund for an order that has not been shipped yet due to the need for it early on and my hesitation to purchase it. I reached out to the seller, guaqiu, requesting a refund. After explaining my reasons, I asked for more detailed photos of both items and their interiors. I'm facing a situation where I have several orders showing as delivered, but I haven't actually received the items. The tracking information only shows "shipping label created" or even "no shipping label created." I've reached out to the sellers but haven't had any success in resolving the problem. I'm hoping to either get the items I ordered or receive a refund if that's not feasible.

I recently placed an order for an Astros jersey on DHgate without logging in to my account. After completing the purchase, DHgate prompted me to login to track my order, which I couldn't do as I hadn't personally created an account. It seems DHgate automatically generated an account for me based on the email provided during the purchase. Unfortunately, I am now unable to track my order as I don't know the password for the account created by DHgate. When attempting to reset the password, I only receive an email confirming my email address without a password reset option. I'm unsure of the next steps to resolve this issue. Will my jersey still be shipped even if I cannot access the tracking information through my account?

Hello, I recently made a purchase of what were supposed to be Alexander McQueen designer shoes from a seller online.
