My friend is using the app on his Samsung phone with the number 06 60 84 79 57 and his email is [redacted] Due to limited internet access at work, I granted him full access to my Wallet yesterday. After an update, everything got blocked. I tried to log in on my smartphone to complete the update, but Mr. Pauton, my friend, can no longer make transactions on his Samsung phone. I am having trouble logging into my account. I contacted a number with the [redacted] area code earlier today, and after speaking to someone this morning, I have not received any follow-up. I am uncertain if this is the correct number, or if I have been a victim of hacking. The number I called was [redacted], which I found through a Google search. I was informed by my tax accountant that I require a 1099B form. How can I obtain this form? Could you please explain what a 1099B form is? I experienced a significant financial loss through Crypto.com. I sought technical support, and the individual who assisted me identified themselves as a Crypto.com technician. I haven't accessed my Crypto.com account in a while, and after making my first deposit, I encountered issues trying to cash out due to multiple incorrect password attempts. Despite setting up the password recovery process, my account got locked for 24 hours, and now I am completely locked out. I only have around $50 in the account that I would like to retrieve. I've been experiencing login issues on crypto.com for almost a week now. None of the help representatives I've spoken with have been able to resolve the problem. Every time I attempt to log in, it seems like it's going to the home page, but then it quickly reverts back to the start-up page. Dear Crypto Team, Today, we received several automated calls requesting verification of my Crypto account. I entered the verification code sent to my email, but it did not work. The automated calls persist, and I need guidance on how to proceed with verifying my account. Since I am currently on vacation, I want to ensure everything is in order. I received an email from [redacted] instructing to follow the provided guide regarding Google Authenticator and exporting the account. Today, I deposited $50,[redacted] into Crypto.com. Earlier, while setting up my account, I had trouble recalling my password. After resetting it, I encountered issues with the two-factor authentication process. The app started malfunctioning, and I haven't been able to access it for around four to five hours. I require assistance to regain access to my Crypto.com account and set up a new authenticator. Thank you.

Dear Crypto.com, I recently made a deposit of 0.88 BTC (23,[redacted].14 €) from Deluxe Royals to my Crypto.com account on 30/03/23. I am unable to locate this amount in my Crypto.com account. Instead, I have received a request from Crypto.com asking me to first pay €15,[redacted].00 to receive the total amount. Is this process legal or is it a scam? I use other apps for transactions that don't charge high fees. I've been trading coins and noticed certain discrepancies. Despite it claiming to have no fees, when attempting to sell $[redacted].39 worth of flux, I received $[redacted].35 in USD coin, appearing to have a $14 fee. I tried a limit order to get $[redacted] and ended up losing the money. I need help as I have three coins stuck on the platform. I've tried reaching out but received no response, and I've lost a considerable amount of money in the process. Initially, I had $[redacted], sold a coin, and now only have $[redacted].

I am unable to access my account due to a recent change in my phone number. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past few months, I have only received one email response where I provided my new phone number, but have not heard back since. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service. If assistance is not readily available, please consider simplifying the app for users. In October, my son passed away in British Columbia, Canada. As per the law, I am the trustee of his estate since his assets are less than $25,[redacted]. Even though the law in the province where he passed away and resided with us states that probate is not required, Crypto is requesting it to release the funds. We have provided them all the necessary information along with a notarized declaration, but they are still asking for probate. I am looking for guidance on how to access the cash in his accounts, as I am entitled to it.

I recently opened a Crypto.com account and completed the minimum deposit via wire transfer from my bank account. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where I was unable to make any purchases due to a request to reset my 2FA. As a result, I am currently unable to access any features on the app until I resolve this 2FA matter. Given the circumstances, I am looking to withdraw the remaining balance from my Crypto.com account and transfer the funds back to my bank account. Thank you for your assistance.

On May 6, [redacted], after I sent a wire transfer of $[redacted] to my first Crypto.com account, I attempted to make a purchase and was prompted to reset my 2FA. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reset the 2FA and access any Crypto.com site. Now, every time I try to log in, I only see a dark screen. I am reaching out for assistance to withdraw my funds back to my bank and deactivate my account. I have not had any luck reaching Crypto.com's customer support.

On Friday, May 19th, [redacted], I initiated a $[redacted] USD wire transfer from my PNC account to the recipient's email address. However, I mistakenly entered the memo as "Crypto market" instead of my Unique Number ([redacted]87). I have contacted PNC's wire department to cancel this transfer and re-send it with the correct memo.
