Good morning,
I am experiencing a problem with Equifax and Experian reporting an eviction on my record, case number JE[redacted]L, in December [redacted] from Morguard. However, I have never been evicted and I paid my rent for that month on time. I informed the apartment complex of this mistake in January [redacted] and the necessary paperwork was submitted to correct the error in September [redacted]. Despite this, I continue to encounter difficulties when trying to rent a new apartment as it shows I owe $[redacted] to the same complex. The apartments are now managed by different staff who are unaware of the details being reported to Equifax and Experian. I kindly request assistance to rectify this issue promptly and to provide me with the correct contact information for rental history inquiries.
Thank you.

I am confused about the charges showing up on my bills. I have medical insurance with MVP, so I should not have to pay $[redacted] to EOS or $1,[redacted] to Wakefield and Associates for services I received. Additionally, I was surprised to see a $[redacted] charge from Credit One for a credit card that I did not open. I suspect my ex-husband might have used my information during our divorce.

My name is P. Michele Bailey, ending in [redacted]. I am experiencing ongoing unauthorized charges from CreditKarma to my checking account, despite my repeated refusals. I have never engaged with CreditKarma and consider this a form of theft. I am requesting a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my accounts. I prefer a direct phone call for further discussion as I find mail and online communication inadequate for resolving this matter promptly. The situation has caused significant distress and financial loss for over a year. Please address this promptly. Sincerely, P. Michele Bailey. Phone: [redacted]. Thank you.

My credit score has consistently been over [redacted] for a long time. Recently, I checked my score and it has dropped to [redacted]/[redacted]. During this time, I was recovering from bariatric sleeve surgery at my sister's place in CT for 5 weeks.
I noticed a change in my debit card, and although I primarily use my Visa, Discover, and debit card, I always make on-time payments, sometimes paying off the balance in full well before the due date. Despite this, my score dropped by 29 points, which seems unjustified and confusing to me.
I typically pay more than the minimum amount due, sometimes significantly more, such as $[redacted] on a minimum payment of $25. I want to pinpoint the reason for this sudden drop to rectify it promptly.
I am concerned about this unexpected decrease and want to address any issues to avoid any further negative impact on my credit score.

I utilized your website to work on my credit. I settled my child support balance in full with interest and informed you, but it did not reflect positively on my credit score. Similarly, I resolved an issue with another company and began making payments to Jupiter Medical Center, but this progress was not reflected either. Upon checking back, I noticed my credit score decreased due to an account linked to someone named Cavette, not me (Gavette). It seems that my efforts to improve my credit are not being accurately represented. I am disappointed that my actions to rectify my credit situation are not being reported, but rather inquiries seem to be negatively impacting my score instead. I urge you to review the disputes I have submitted and update my credit report accordingly.

I am seeking to cancel my savings account as I inadvertently opened a duplicate account. Upon reflection, I realize I only require one savings account. Unfortunately, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my online savings account and have not received responses through email, telephone calls, or verification codes from Credit Karma for assistance. To address this matter, I intend to escalate it to your CEO's office at the headquarters in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Kindly assist me in closing this duplicated savings account. Thank you.

I waited for two days to hear back from the customer service team via email, but unfortunately, their response did not address the issue I reported. Despite their recommendation to communicate via email for a written record, this approach lacks efficiency when there is a delay in their response and neglect of the actual problem. I require a phone number to promptly resolve the issue and ensure they understand the severity of the situation. The website is currently inaccessible, and their suggestion to log in from the same device is not applicable as the login page and home page fail to load. The only functional page is the help center, but the response time is inadequate, and the problem remains unaddressed.

I have separate files from Transuniuon, Equifax, and Experian, which contain incorrect credit disputes and collections. I possess letters from creditors stating that all bills were paid in full and I am not liable for them. Despite providing this evidence, my credit still reflects these negative items after two years. I am unable to mail the files to the Credit companies due to their P.O. Box address, and courier services like DHL, FedEx, and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. I urgently seek an email address where I can send all the documentation to rectify this issue as nobody seems interested in reviewing the proof to correct this misinformation. Despite sending the information to the collection agencies, they are unresponsive, disregarding the letters from the creditors confirming full payment. I am caring for my 96-year-old mother in Rome, Italy, and once I am able to address this matter, I will pursue legal action as the information reported is incorrect, causing me financial harm and affecting my ability to secure credit. Please provide a non-P.O. Box address or an email for disputing inaccuracies. It is my final attempt before seeking legal redress for the damages incurred due to the erroneous information affecting me and my mother.

I noticed two items on my credit report marked as high impact that I paid through your site. Both were TransUnion entries. On October 3rd, [redacted], I paid Manatee Hospital $[redacted].60, and on October 5th, [redacted], I paid Frontier $[redacted].48 as we had agreed upon.
I was informed that my credit score would rise by 21 points for the negotiated payment and 23 points for the full payment, totaling a 44-point increase. However, my credit only went up by 23 points. I am missing the other 21 points that should have been added. Can you please address this issue promptly? Thank you for your assistance.

I applied for a loan based on the odds given but was turned down. Despite being told I had a 90% chance of a $4,[redacted] loan, I was offered an $8,[redacted] secured loan instead. I couldn't access the $4,[redacted] loan I qualified for. When I contacted the company, they said it was their policy. Trying AVANT, I found an account I never set up and requested an email to reactivate it, but haven't received one yet. The process feels unclear and I question its legitimacy.

I am having trouble logging into my account to check my credit score. Initially, I was hesitant as I thought it might be a scam. I called the number provided and learned that CK took over from Noddle for credit score checks, which reassured me about the legitimacy. However, I am now facing issues with logging in. The login process is asking for an SSP number, but I am unsure what this is. Can you please clarify and assist me in logging in? Apologies for the detailed explanation. My name is Sally K. and my email is [redacted]

I recently used Credit Karma based on positive recommendations from family and friends, and because it claimed to be free. However, during the registration process, after entering all my personal details, I was prompted to input a card number. I used my [pay card] which was then charged $1.07. Instead of showing me my credit score after payment, the page redirected me back to the card information prompt. Despite re-entering the details, I was charged another $1.07 each time and still did not access my credit score. This left me frustrated as I had divulged sensitive information, paid for a free service, and was unable to view my credit score as intended. My main goal was simply to obtain my credit score, and I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service,
I recently discovered an unauthorized attempt to purchase a house using my information. The incident was flagged by your system, but I was unable to obtain the necessary details to dispute it with credit bureaus like TRW and Experian. I have a 7-year extended block due to being a victim of identity theft, so this situation is concerning. The relevant case numbers and information are as follows: Incident #: [redacted]3, Case Number: [redacted]7, Date: 10-4-16, Detective: Willkomm. Please provide me with all the information regarding this incident so I can take appropriate legal action under the protections of the FCRA. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you.
Sincerely,
I.K.

I value clear communication and want to address an urgent matter. Today, I received an email from Personify Financial denying a loan request. This is alarming as I have no knowledge of this company prior to this communication, putting my identity at risk. I urgently request all details pertaining to my loan application and any related information that Personify Financial may have. This is crucial for my identity and credit security. If a prompt response is not provided, I will escalate this issue to regulatory authorities such as FDIC, FTC, FCC, and FBI. I insist on immediate action and ask for all correspondence to be sent to my email address on file, [redacted]

I recently settled a credit loan with Sun Trust Credit Serve that was associated with Home Depot. Even though it was a fixed-term loan that I paid off early after being open for 5 years, my credit score dropped by 32 points. I reached out to all three credit bureaus, and they confirmed that Credit Karma is the one responsible. Surprisingly, when I paid off my auto loan ahead of schedule by 3 years, my score didn't increase accordingly. The same happened with my student loan repayment; there was no bump in my credit score despite paying it off. I respectfully request a correction to accurately reflect these paid debts on my credit report. Thank you. Lawrence P., Customer #[redacted]

I was recently denied an important SBA loan due to incorrect credit information. The bank calculated my FICO score, taking into account the "age of credit," but my credit report only shows 1 year and 9 months of credit history. Despite being 47 years old and having established credit for much longer, important accounts like my JPMC account over 5 years and a paid-off Harley Davidson haven't been reflected in my report. I'm wondering if there's a way to dispute this discrepancy regarding the "age of credit" to rectify the error and improve my chances of resubmitting my loan application, as this loan is crucial for me.

I have been using the Credit Karma app to work on improving my credit score diligently, and after reaching [redacted] on my TransUnion score, I decided to apply for a credit card suggested by the app. Despite being told I had fair chances, my application was denied, resulting in a sudden 22-point drop in my credit score without any prior warning about the risks involved. I feel misled by the site, as this unexpected consequence will take me several months to rectify. I am requesting the removal of this inquiry from my record and assistance in repairing my credit score. It is disheartening that the app did not caution me about the potential negative impact of a denial on my score. I trusted Credit Karma to guide me responsibly in matters of credit, only to discover that actions on the site can unexpectedly lower my score. This setback is frustrating as I was close to achieving a goal of purchasing a car. I urge the site to be more transparent about the possible repercussions of credit card applications to prevent others from facing similar issues.

I did not receive the latest credit card statements from Capitol One in the mail. After speaking to a representative over the phone and explaining the situation, I promptly sent a check for the full amount of $[redacted].84 to cover the missing payment. However, despite this, I received a notification from Credit Karma stating the payment was late. Upon contacting Capitol One again, they advised me to dispute the late payment.
Upon checking, it appears there is actually a credit on the account. I am concerned about the impact of this late payment on our otherwise excellent credit score. I followed instructions given to me by Capitol One representative regarding the payment, but it seems the paperwork regarding the late payment was not stopped as promised.
I kindly request assistance in disputing and removing the late payment from my credit report. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Michael N.
