I did not receive the latest credit card statements by mail. Capitol One informed me of the missed payment over the phone, and I immediately sent a check to cover the full amount of $***.**. Despite this, Credit Karma alerted me about a late payment, even though I had settled it promptly. Capital One instructed me to dispute the late payment, which is unusual given our otherwise excellent credit history. Upon checking, there was actually a small credit owed to our account. I request assistance in disputing the late payment and having it removed. Every effort was made to rectify the situation as per instructions given by Capitol One. Our track record has been free of late payments for many years. Please reach out if necessary. Thank you for your support. - M.N.

I have not received my recent credit card statements by mail. After a call from Capitol One, I explained that I did not receive the last statement and assured them I would send a check immediately. Despite that, I received an email from Credit Karma about a late payment. I contacted Capital One, but they advised me to dispute the late payment. We have a nearly perfect credit score and ensure timely payments. I believe a small credit is due to our account. Please intervene to have the late payment removed and rectify our credit report. Capitol One was informed about the payment, but it seems the paperwork for the late payment was not halted as promised until our check was received. No payment was requested over the phone. We pride ourselves on our long history of timely payments and ask for your assistance in restoring our credit score. Thank you for your support. Michael N.

I'm Sharlene L., and I opened a Credit Karma account. The information displayed is overwhelming, especially with concerns about account security. Recently, I've faced issues with fake profiles and unauthorized access. Despite trying to deactivate my CK account, I encountered a complication about a linked savings account that I didn't create. My profile shows no linked accounts. I would appreciate help deactivating my CK profile since the process seemed straightforward but has been challenging. Disappointed by the misleading simplicity in TV ads, I'm eager for a solution. Conversations with CK's chat support have not been helpful. I thank you in advance for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. -Sharlene L.

I have noticed an £84,[redacted] mortgage debt from The Bank of Scotland on my credit report, which I should no longer be held accountable for. Following my divorce in March [redacted], a clean break was agreed upon that same year. I possess written evidence in the form of a divorce consent application, signed by both myself and my ex-wife, freeing me from the mortgage liability. I am encountering obstacles in purchasing a new property and securing a mortgage due to this outstanding debt. Curiously, this £84,[redacted] mortgage has not appeared on my credit report previously, despite having taken out two mortgages since then. I am puzzled by this sudden hindrance and kindly request its removal from my credit history to proceed with my property plans smoothly. Please let me know if you require a copy of the relevant documentation. Regards, M. Fountain

I am an 80-year-old dealing with ongoing fraud incidents impacting my credit scores, which need immediate correction due to an upcoming knee surgery. Recently, unauthorized inquiries were made by reps from Cardinal Financial, Guide to Lenders, and possibly Progressive Insurance using my social security number, despite freezes on my credit accounts. My scores dropped from [redacted] to [redacted], causing immense distress. I plan to report this to the police and seek assistance on how to proceed. These events are deeply concerning and affecting my well-being. Thank you for any help provided. ~ SEL, [redacted]/[redacted]

I checked my credit report and noticed an outstanding balance of $[redacted] from Toys R Us, which I find confusing since I have never had an account with them and the Toys R Us in Omaha, Nebraska, where the charge seems to come from, has been closed for six years. I believe this is a fraudulent claim that needs to be addressed. Can you provide guidance on how I can dispute this inaccurate information and have it removed from my credit report, considering the store no longer exists and I never had any association with them? Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I had an outstanding $[redacted] payment with Sprint that went to collections with Convergent Outsourcing back in May. The full amount was deducted from my bank account that same week or the next. I checked my credit report on Credit Karma and noticed the balance was not updated. Upon contacting Convergent Outsourcing, they confirmed the account had a zero balance and was settled in May. However, the debt is still showing on my credit report.

About 8 months ago, my husband, P.D., accessed Credit Karma and came across an offer to lower the interest rate on our current auto loan. We applied, but were declined due to insufficient income. The company mentioned we could re-apply after six months of employment, which I have now completed with my new job. I am unsure of the company's name and would like to revisit their offer. Can you provide me with a list of recent offers that cater to fair credit for auto loans? This is specifically for the auto loan my husband currently has. I am looking for any offers from April onwards to jog my memory. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I need to ensure that only I can download the Credit Karma application on my phone. I have been attempting to download it, but I am unable to proceed because it is indicating that my email needs to be changed. I had previously reported that my information was compromised as I have never used Credit Karma before. There seems to be an application registered under my name being accessed by someone else. I am requesting to have it blocked to prevent unauthorized account access. Please guide me on how I can properly install the application on my phone using my email, which is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. This account with incorrect information does not belong to me; I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

My Rent Plus account was recently removed from my Credit Karma profile, causing my credit score to drop by approximately 70 points. I did not request for the account to be removed; instead, I wanted the correct payment amount to be reflected. I have made payments totaling $[redacted].00 since October and believed that updating this information would positively impact my credit score. However, the account was deleted entirely. I pay to ensure that my payments are accurately reported and displayed on time, so I need the Rent Plus account back on my report with the correct payment history.

I have recently realized that Capital One sets interest rates systematically. Despite having a credit score of [redacted], I was given the highest rate of 25.74% instead of the lower end at 15.74%. When I contacted Capital One, they informed me that my interest rate couldn't be changed. It's frustrating that there seems to be no flexibility based on my credit score. This feels deceptive, and it concerns me that Credit Karma didn't warn users about this practice. I called 1-[redacted] seeking help, but they mentioned there was no one available to address my concern, leaving me stuck with this unfavorable rate.

I own a Bonneville with a $21,[redacted] balance due. PHI Air Medical received over $8,[redacted] directly from my insurance company, and I've paid them over $5,[redacted] myself. The remaining balance is in question because their charges were double the usual rate. My agent has been addressing this for the past six months, but we have not received any responses from the helicopter service provider. This appears to be the only outstanding issue as I have no knowledge of Bonneville and have not received any bills or communications from them.

I recently received a CP2057 notice from the IRS informing me about the need to file an amended return for incorrect income in [redacted]. I have been attempting to utilize CreditKarma's feature for filing amended returns, but whenever I try to initiate the process, I receive a message stating that CreditKarma is currently unable to process Federal returns. I am eager to know when they will be able to assist with this. The IRS may start imposing interest and penalties if I cannot file a 1040X promptly. Unfortunately, CreditKarma's online resources are limited, as they only offer a basic [redacted] form without the necessary worksheets for manual filing. I am in need of more detailed guidance to complete the amended return correctly.

I have a $[redacted] hospital bill in collections from Optimum Outcomes. My insurance company confirmed they paid it, and Horizon said to disregard it, yet it still shows on my credit report. Additionally, there is a $[redacted] Comcast bill, but I never had Comcast or lived in Delray Beach, Florida. I submitted a fraud ID form to Comcast as I believe it's a mistake. I'm puzzled why these charges persist despite the investigations and assurances from my insurance and Horizon. It's important to resolve these errors on my credit report promptly.

I recently checked my credit report along with my friend, Alice Wiess. I used my email for the process as Alice is older and not as comfortable with computers, plus she doesn't have an email. However, when I now attempt to access my credit report, Alice's information is displayed, making it challenging to cancel her account and resume using mine. Despite creating a new email address, her details persist. Please deactivate both our accounts and completely remove Alice Wiess's account as she no longer requires monitoring. Kindly close Alice Wiess's account. Thank you, Toya J. & Alice W.

I encountered an issue while attempting to create an account. Uploading my ID didn't seem to work, despite multiple attempts. I am concerned about potential unauthorized credit card accounts and loans opened by my ex-boyfriend, who had access to my personal details while we lived together. I believe Credit Karma may help me verify this. This situation is causing me significant distress, and I am eager to investigate to alleviate my anxieties. As a student with limited finances, any established credit likely belongs to my father, making this matter even more alarming. Contact me at [redacted]. Thank you.

When I signed up for Credit Karma, I was assured I could reach them by phone with questions. However, now I can't find a phone number. I distinctly remember speaking with a representative when I first joined. I strongly prefer phone support due to the numerous questions I have; more may arise from the answers I receive. If I can't locate a phone option, I may have to consider canceling my account. Email would be too laborious for me to use, having to type out all my inquiries. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Today, I used your services for the first time and discovered that my company email was used to set up an account linked to my credit score. My estranged wife, without my consent, has been obtaining payday loans and credit cards online, possibly using your tax services too. To secure my information, I plan to change to my personal email. However, I never received a password reset text at my phone number, [redacted]. Could you please confirm if this number is correct? If not, contact me immediately. I suspect fraud and wish to take legal action if the number is indeed hers. Your quick response is appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
