I'm puzzled by the frequent adjustments in my credit score whenever it's negative. However, after paying off a significant amount of $12,[redacted] across all my credit cards, I've seen a positive change for three consecutive weeks now. It's currently October 9th. Before, I used to receive notifications prompting me to make payments by the 1st to impact my score positively. I find it strange and concerning that there have been no adjustments despite the substantial payments I've made on all my accounts. This situation seems unusual and raises ethical questions for me.

I received an alert indicating that my credit score dropped due to a new late payment on my account with Lendmark Financial. However, this account has been closed since last month, and I only recall having one late payment when I first started the account, over two years ago. I contacted Lendmark, and they confirmed that everything looks normal on their end, showing only the initial late payment from the beginning of the loan term. They assured me that my closed account is in good standing without any recent late payments. They advised me to reach out to Credit Karma to verify the source of the information they received. I urgently need this matter investigated and corrected as my credit score has decreased by over 40 points unjustly. I can be reached at [redacted].

I have forgotten the passwords for both my Credit Karma and email accounts. Although I know my email addresses, I am unable to access them.

I have been a loyal user of Credit Karma for years and it has greatly helped me manage and improve my credit. Initially signed up with my email [redacted], the account may have had my late wife Tina Strader's name on it. Despite her passing in October [redacted], I informed various institutions, including you, about the situation. Recently, when I switched phones, I updated my email to [redacted] and have since been unable to access my account. The service was accurate and up-to-date until the email change, showing details about my home, vehicle, and credit cards. I truly value this tool and would appreciate assistance in regaining access promptly. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am seeking to dispute the negative impact on my credit score due to fraudulent activity on my credit card reported by ELAN in the last 2 months. After discovering the fraudulent transactions, I promptly filed a claim and ELAN confirmed them as fraud. The reimbursed amount was $[redacted]. I request the points deducted from my credit score due to these unauthorized charges be reversed, as they were not a result of non-payment but fraudulent activities. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I anticipate your prompt reply. Regards, D. Camacho Jr Contact Information: Phone: ([redacted])-[redacted] Email: [redacted]

I recently received an email from Credit Karma informing me that Equifax included information from Bank of America on my credit report. The report mentioned a credit dispute with a merchant between 14 September [redacted] and 9 October [redacted], impacting my credit score by 34 points on both Equifax and TransUnion reports. Upon contacting them, I was informed that the credit drop was due to the dispute I filed. I am puzzled about the legality of this situation and why Bank of America would report this to the credit bureaus.

I recently received an email from Credit Karma.com informing me that my personal data may have been compromised in a data breach. I contacted their support, and they advised me to check my account for details regarding the breach. However, I've been experiencing difficulty accessing my Credit Karma account for the past four months. Despite resetting my password multiple times, I continue to encounter login issues. Although I received confirmation that my password was successfully reset, I am still unable to log in. The support team mentioned that accessing the account via a mobile device might be more successful, but I am only able to use my desktop. I am concerned about the data breach and would appreciate prompt assistance from Credit Karma.com. Thank you.

I received an email from you suggesting that I could likely be approved for certain credit cards. Upon applying and getting rejected, I received another email stating that there was an inquiry on my credit report. This situation may further harm my credit score. I was under the impression that Credit Karma's emails were intended to recommend credit cards without impacting my credit score negatively. It seems that this is not the case. I am displeased with this outcome and would like to know how you plan to assist in removing the inquiry. - R. Powell

Hello, I have noticed an entry on my credit report in the bankruptcies and collections section for a loan that is actually in good standing and up-to-date. I do not have any bankruptcies or collections. This item should be in the correct section showing that it is current and never late. I have contacted customer service about this before and was informed not to worry, but my bank has raised concerns about its impact on my future borrowing. I would appreciate guidance on how to remove this item from my credit report and an explanation as to why it was listed in that section. The reference number is [redacted]15. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Tom.

I recently noticed a new credit alert on my account from a third-party debt collector called Eastern Account System. After contacting Frontier Communications, the original issuer of the debt, I confirmed that the amount I owe is less than what is being reported on my credit file. I have a remaining balance of $32 from the $57 debt that I am paying directly to Frontier Communications. I would appreciate it if the information from Eastern Account System can be removed from my account as I am settling the debt directly with the company. Thank you.

I recently received an email about your Savings program and I'm interested. I have some questions: 1. Does the account earn monthly interest and if so, what is the rate? 2. How long does it take to receive a withdrawal once requested? 3. My savings are with my Credit Union which makes it tempting to dip into. I appreciate CreditKarma for credit help and would like to explore this further depending on your responses. Thank you for reaching out. Best, Connie W.

I noticed that my TransUnion score seems to be doubled. When I reviewed the information you provided me from TransUnion, I saw that there are two identical card accounts with nearly the same balances. I possess only one TCM Bank credit card, yet your report displays two with duplicated credit balances. I have contacted TransUnion, and they confirm only one credit card account with a balance of around $1,[redacted]. Your report, on the other hand, shows two separate open accounts for the same credit card company. This discrepancy is not accurate as verified by TransUnion, and I hold a correct credit report from them that does not have this error. I would appreciate it if you could rectify this issue, as it is causing me some anxiety whenever I come across it.

Hello, I want to share that yesterday I received an email from Credit Karma stating that my account had been accessed from a different computer. Since I did not authorize this access, I promptly changed my password. I reached out to Credit Karma to request more information about this unauthorized activity, specifically wanting to know the location and city of the access. Unfortunately, a Credit Karma support representative responded saying they were unable to provide further details, which left me feeling confused. As a user of Credit Karma, I believe I should have the right to know all the details surrounding any unauthorized access to my account. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I have reached out before, but my issue is unresolved. I am having trouble logging into my account. Despite multiple exchanges of emails with your team, the problem persists. The latest correspondence indicated my details are linked to a different email address, leading me to believe my account has been compromised. It appears someone has accessed my account and is using another email to log in as me. However, the email address you provided is unfamiliar, belonging to a different individual. I am concerned about the privacy breach and wish to rectify this situation promptly. Kindly remove the unauthorized email and assist me in setting up my account securely. Thank you.

Subject: Persistent Credit Report Issue with T-Mobile Dear Credit Karma Support, I am reaching out to address the ongoing issue with the erroneous report that T-Mobile keeps sending despite my previous dispute back in [redacted]. I had already been cleared in that instance, and the case was dismissed. Upon reviewing my credit history and consistent payments, it is evident that this account is not mine. If it were, I would have taken responsibility and paid it promptly. Furthermore, I kindly request the fraudulent flag to be removed from my account because of this recurring matter in [redacted]. I appreciate your attention to this matter, K. Fangue

I am seeking copies of my credit report, including details of closed and settled accounts from [redacted] to now. A dispute with Verizon Fios had been resolved and closed in [redacted]/[redacted], as per my CreditKarma account. Unfortunately, these charges have resurfaced on my credit score in March [redacted] without my knowledge, jeopardizing my mortgage approval and years of credit rebuilding efforts. Dealing with Verizon is challenging, and I fear contacting them directly due to their unresponsive nature. I urgently need assistance in reaching out to credit reporting agencies to rectify this issue promptly. Time is of the essence with my mortgage application hanging by a thread. If anyone can advise me on how to engage with these agencies, especially by phone initially, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help provided. - Bernadette D.

I have been a customer of PenAir FCU for over 45 years without any issues until recently. Unfortunately, due to illness, I missed a payment on my credit card account by mistake. After realizing this, I promptly paid off the balance twice. I reached out to PenAir, explaining my long-standing loyalty and the circumstances of my missed payment, but they declined to forgive it. Although my PenAir credit card account balance was zero, there was still a $34 amount showing as not yet due. I settled this amount today. Despite Transunion reporting my account as not current, it is up to date. I am experiencing confusion and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you. - M. Mead

After successfully repaying a 2-year small loan at my local bank without any missed payments, my credit score unexpectedly dropped by 70 points into the "poor" range. The bank manager assured me that they reported the loan as paid in full to the credit agency, and there should not have been a negative impact on my credit score. I had anticipated an increase in my credit score after fulfilling my loan commitment. This setback is concerning as I had been working diligently to improve my credit for upcoming financial needs. Any advice or assistance regarding this matter would be greatly valued. Thank you for your help.

I put a lot of effort into increasing my Transunion and Equifax credit scores by removing accounts from my credit report. I successfully had four accounts removed and saw my credit score triple this month. However, I was shocked to see my score drop by 85 points for no apparent reason when I checked yesterday. The explanation Credit Karma provided did not seem valid to me. Despite only having one account in collections for $82 left, which is set to be removed, I am now concerned about taking on credit card debt as I am in the process of applying for a home loan. I am seeking a clearer explanation for the sudden drop in my credit score after all the hard work I put in to improve it.

I recently spoke with a manager at Syncb, also known as Synchrony Bank for National Credit Cards/Airlines, regarding a hard inquiry on my TransUnion Credit Report dated May 11th, [redacted]. The manager has confirmed that their bank did not perform such an inquiry and does not offer airline credit cards. The manager explained that no application was submitted to their bank, and they do not have any record of initiating the inquiry. As the manager suggested, I am requesting Credit Karma to investigate the matter and remove any inaccuracies. I value your service and understand that mistakes can happen, but I kindly ask for prompt resolution to remove this error from my credit report as it negatively impacts my credit rating. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
