Yesterday at approximately 8:30 AM Arizona Time, I started receiving harassing texts and calls from an unknown person after I shared my Craigslist therapy posting. I have forwarded the emails and details of the blocked calls for assistance with this issue. I received an email advising me to contact the authorities and my phone carrier. Subsequently, my post was deleted with a message instructing me not to post that type of ad. I am a 63-year-old professional, and not being able to advertise where my competitors do will have a financial impact on me. I tried reaching out multiple times via email but have not received a response. Additionally, my attempts to repost or create a new ad have been blocked, and I am unable to update my credit card information. I need urgent assistance as my livelihood and my Children's 501C3 benefit from my work. I suspect this may be a competitor's attempt to hinder my business. I have been unable to speak to a live representative at the corporate numbers, only automated messages. I request the ban be lifted from my account as I have not violated any policies. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Diedre Brooks-Hernandez, Stress Management Consultants. Email: [redacted], Phone: [redacted].

Hello, Craigslist Community, I am based in San Antonio and recently bought a puppy through Craigslist. Sadly, the puppy turned out to have parvo and passed away shortly after. I've discovered that the seller, who uses various fake details, has been selling multiple sick puppies on Craigslist. This individual even falsifies vet bills, as confirmed when I contacted the vet mentioned on one of the bills. To warn others, I posted a message on the pets board about her actions, hoping to prevent more people from experiencing the same heartache. However, my posts titled "Beware of 'Breeder' & Looking for Information" and "Beware of Breeder" were flagged, likely by the seller and her associates. It seems my experience is similar to others who have tried to alert the community about her in the past. I am requesting assistance in preventing my post from being flagged, as I believe it's crucial for people to be aware of the situation before buying a puppy to avoid heartbreak and financial loss. Any support you can offer would be valued. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kind regards, Kisber G.

My ads are being removed before they are even posted. When I try to verify by email, I see that they have been flagged. I've used the platform for years under Hay and have never encountered this issue before. It is frustrating that I can't get in touch with anyone about this problem, which affects my income from selling hay to horse and cow customers. Without my ads, I can't inform customers about new hay. I'm unsure if you'll receive this email since no one has responded since I reached out last night.

I am having trouble posting my merchandise listings on the platform. I initially posted under COLLECTIBLES, but realized it should be under BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. However, my listings keep getting flagged and removed, even though they adhere to the rules. I have tried to reach out for support numerous times, but have been unable to connect with a person. I am receiving messages from gethuman.com, but there is no actual human response. Could someone please go into my account and delete the flagged listings so I can start fresh? I suspect someone might be intentionally flagging my posts, but ultimately, I just need assistance. Thank you. - Marilyn M.

I had a customer interested in purchasing my set of 4 Z06 wheels and requested to remove the listing from craigslist. Payment was due over a week ago. After reaching out, she mentioned being busy at work and her husband supposedly sent the payment via USPS with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking number provided is invalid. She also mentioned including extra funds for a mover to collect the wheels next week. I attempted to contact her, but the phone number provided does not connect. The customer's name is Chloe S., and her email is [redacted]

I listed an ad for [redacted] Beanie Babies priced at $[redacted]. A person named Dw reached out expressing interest, with the email [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. Shortly after, someone named Chris contacted me from the email [redacted], possibly associated with Dw. Chris mentioned wanting to buy the items urgently, planning to pay with a certified check through UPS. I shared my information for mailing the check, and they referred to using US Cellular for photos, though I don't use that service. Chris mentioned sending a tracking number but hasn't yet. They instructed me to keep my share and give the rest to movers. I received another text from US Cellular through an email address @mms.uscc.net, unknown to me. I am concerned about my information's safety and wonder if this is a scam. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I'm troubled by dishonest actions like this and await your response. Thank you, Kathie Hilgenberg.

I agreed to sell an item for $[redacted], and the buyer was supposed to handle the shipping by arranging a pickup after sending a cashier's check. However, the buyer unexpectedly sent a text saying they had mailed me a $[redacted] check for shipping fees and other costs. I felt uncomfortable with this and informed them I was no longer interested. The buyer explained they sent the extra money for the shipping company. I decided not to proceed with the transaction and let the buyer know I would be reporting this to Craigslist.

I listed an item on April 29, [redacted]. After receiving a response and realizing the buyer was a scammer, I canceled the post. I have tried to repost the ad multiple times over the last four days, but it keeps getting flagged and removed within about 5 minutes. The post in question is #[redacted]. I haven't encountered any issues posting other ads, only this particular one. How can I repost it without facing flagging and removal? Thank you.

I discovered a Craigslist post about my house that I didn't create. The post, which has been deleted, used details possibly from Zillow, including my house's address. I contacted the poster via email at [redacted], and they replied saying they had left for Massachusetts due to work and family emergencies. They advised me to drive by the property to view it and get back to them if interested. The post listed the address as [redacted] NW Germantown Rd, Portland, OR, with details of the property, rent, security deposit, lease options, pets policy, laundry, utilities, and included appliances. The person identified themselves as Andy Lansbury and mentioned setting up an application without a fee.

I've been working on updating my 96-year-old mother's bedroom set ad by changing the title, description, and price, but I noticed it stopped showing on the site altogether. After researching, I discovered I have been "green ghosted" for making too many adjustments to the ad. This was unexpected as platforms like eBay allow endless modifications to listings without any issues. I depend on this site to sell items locally from my mother's house to cover her property taxes, and eBay isn't an option as these items can't be shipped. It's crucial for me to rectify this situation quickly, so I kindly request to be removed from the blocked list. I had no idea that frequent changes could trigger bots to "ghost me." Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated as time is of the essence for me. Thank you for your help! Best regards, Pat R.

Hello, I am reaching out from Malaysia. My ex-partner is aware of my job and is deliberately trying to hinder my income stream, causing me distress as I have a child to care for. Our divorce is scheduled for next week, and this issue is separate from the legal proceedings. He has been flagging my advertisement repeatedly, despite my efforts to change my contact details. He is even using his acquaintances to track me down in an attempt to take away our child. I am in a difficult situation as I need to support my baby and elderly father without his assistance. Due to the ongoing divorce process, I am unable to file a police report at this time. I kindly request the restoration of my advertisement. I have contacted support multiple times regarding the wrongful flagging under the "beauty" category but have not received any replies. Can you please assist in safeguarding my email account? I am hopeful for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your help.

I am unable to edit the information in my posts. Out of 14 posts, 12 are showing felonious content online but I cannot remove it because it only appears in the specific location box, not in the edit post area. Despite posting for 15 years, I have not received any responses since yesterday, which is unusual for me. The problematic information is related to "Columbia" and surrounding areas. Thank you.

This number belongs to Sara's Alterations and Tailoring, owned by Sara Edrissi, and is not associated with any TV sales. Kindly remove our number from the ad listing to prevent further inconvenience. I fully paid for a 6-week accommodation at this location, beginning on May 18th, via bank transfer. I have been unable to reach the landlord, John Nugent, for the past month through email, phone, or WhatsApp (business number [redacted]). Despite his previous email confirming receipt of the payment and promising a receipt, I have not received one. I am now unable to coordinate the receipt of keys. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Every time I try to reply to an ad on Craigslist by clicking the reply button and then the phone number box, a circling motion in the center of the screen occurs for 5 to 10 seconds, ending with an "Error Has Occurred" message without displaying the phone number. This used to happen occasionally but now happens every time. It's frustrating!
