I am frustrated with my bank's customer service. The toll-free number just leads me through endless options that don't help with setting up online access. My PIN has changed multiple times without my request, causing my account to be regularly blocked. The app is equally useless. Simply put, I need assistance setting up online access and using the app. Asking me to email for help is not an acceptable solution. I have no visibility into my account activities or balance. I fear I will only receive a generic email response that won't address my issues. This level of service is disappointing. My 25-year-old thinks it's terrible. Is it worth continuing to bank with them if deposits are not processed early like with USAA?

I have been addressing this issue since October [redacted] and I am dissatisfied with the resolution. The dispute has been closed, and I was charged for a product I never received. Despite my efforts, the company has not responded to my inquiries or provided a refund. I have clearly stated that I did not receive the product and have incurred a loss. The bank sided with the provider even though they are reported as scammers by the BBB. I have provided all necessary information and requested further assistance which has not been provided. I am now requesting the refund of the charged amount back to my account.

Please assist me in closing my account promptly and refunding the remaining balance of around $47. I have encountered numerous issues with your service, feeling deceived by the mishandling of my documentation. Despite providing my information, I was falsely informed that my torn Social Security card with watermarks was invalid. It's crucial to note that legally a torn card remains valid. The errors made not by me but by a Chime employee have led to the suspension of my account and the unlawful withholding of my funds. Chime's system should cross-verify correct details like names, birthdates, social security numbers, and addresses. Please review the information I submitted over two weeks ago and rectify the situation by either updating my details or finalizing the account closure and returning my funds. Simplify the process by promptly addressing this matter. I request a Chime tech support employee to address this promptly. I no longer wish to engage with this company.

I attempted to create my first bank account with Chime. After entering my contact details, SSN, and agreeing to the terms, a pop-up message indicated my session expired, prompting me to restart. However, upon doing so, it stated my phone number and SSN were already linked to an existing account. Despite this, I am unable to access the account with my email and unable to create a new one with a different email due to the SSN and phone number being associated with another account.

There appear to be two unauthorized charges on my account from December. One of them was initially disputed with Chime but deemed not fraudulent. They returned the funds but I did not authorize the charge to begin with. The transactions in question are as follows: 1. [redacted]-19 Islip Council - $70.69 2. Vscogirls.com - $99.00 I did not receive anything in exchange for these transactions nor did I make any purchases on these sites. Both of these charges need to be cancelled as they have put my account in a negative balance. I have already received a new card with updated information. The funds were fraudulently withdrawn from my Chime account, and I kindly request your assistance in reversing these charges. Thank you.

I am a new user of Chime. My mentor introduced me to the benefits of using Chime and shared a link to open an account. During the sign-up process, I reached the point of entering my SSN but couldn't recall it. As my guardian was unavailable, I mistakenly entered the wrong social security number. Now, I am unable to open an account due to security reasons. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to contact customer service during their working hours to rectify this issue.

I received my Chime card recently and set everything up, including linking it to my other bank account. On the 27th, after sending my kids to their dad's, I made a $14+ deposit to have some funds on my card. When I went to get my card later, it was missing. I suspected my young kids might have taken it, but they claimed they didn't have it. Despite searching my house thoroughly for two weeks, I couldn't find the card. I recently purchased a new phone and needed to check my Chime account, but my old number was no longer active. After updating my number, I checked my transactions and was shocked to see all my deposited money was spent the day before my daughter's birthday. I'm devastated as I had been saving for her birthday. I need urgent assistance regarding a total account replacement and transaction disputes. It's disheartening to have no money left, especially before my daughter's birthday tomorrow. I appreciate any critical help you can provide. Thank you.

My account has been suspended. After contacting support, I was instructed to submit various documents for verification including my driver's license, Social Security card, and a bill displaying all four corners. I sent these documents over 24 hours ago but have not received a response yet. As my employment check is directly deposited into my account, it was supposed to come in yesterday. However, due to my account suspension, I will not receive my check this week. I followed all the steps I was given and need my account reinstated promptly.

I have been trying to reach a live representative for some time now. My account was suspended after I tried to help a friend by transferring money from my Chime card to my Cash App card. Despite using Chime for direct deposits from my employer, my account was closed shortly after I received a direct deposit. The address on file is outdated, and I need to update it to ensure my paycheck is not sent to the wrong place. I was instructed by a live representative to provide proof of address, my last four social, and ID to update the address. I am frustrated as I now have to wait 30 days to receive my paycheck. Can someone assist me in changing my address promptly?

I am having issues with my Chime app. I have not loaded any money onto it yet. I tried calling the number to access the prompts, but it did not direct me to my card. It stated that it recognized my account through my phone number, but claimed that someone else is using my social security number for the second time. The first time I downloaded the app, I was informed of this issue even though I had never used the app before. Now, they are still insisting that someone else is using it.

I recently lost my Chime card and requested not to have a new one issued as I needed access to my funds. However, Chime proceeded to cancel my card and send a replacement anyway. Despite attempting to transfer $[redacted] to Venmo last Friday, the amount was deducted from my account, but the transaction remains pending, and I am unable to access that money until Wednesday. I am frustrated as I wish to cancel this transaction from Chime to Venmo since I am expecting my Venmo card by Tuesday. I am also seeking guidance on how to access my funds, either through PayPal or another method.

I lost my Chime card and did not request a replacement. They canceled it on Friday and are sending me a new one. I am unable to access my funds and realized Venmo deducted money from my Chime account. The transaction is pending until Wednesday, leaving me without access to my money. I want to cancel the transaction and also understand how to transfer money from Chime to PayPal to access my funds sooner.

I started to sign up to create a Chime account but couldn't finish due to a doctor appointment. When I returned, my computer had shut down and I couldn't continue with the registration. I attempted to start over, but it now shows an error message of "invalid email," indicating that two people are trying to use the same email. If the previous information could be deleted, I would appreciate a clean slate to successfully create an account.

I requested a new card over a month ago with an expected delivery date of February 4th, which did not happen. My mother created a Chime account recently at my suggestion. Her check was directly deposited into her Chime account, but she is still waiting for her ATM card. We mistakenly thought she could transfer funds to my Chime account while waiting for the card. Despite being told the transfer would be completed in 24 hours, it has now been over 30 hours. We contacted Chime support again today, and they repeated the same information. This delay is causing us financial strain as we have bills due. We urgently need access to my mother's money, and the hold on her funds is concerning. We are in need of assistance promptly to resolve this issue.

Hello Chime Support, I am writing to report an issue with my recent transaction at the United Pacific gas station on La Mesa Blvd. On Saturday 02/22/20 at 3:11 am, I made a debit purchase of $9.24, which did not show up on my statement. However, two unauthorized charges were made a minute apart. The first was on the same day at 3:09 am for $45.26, and the second at 3:10 am for $75.00. I have my receipt from the pump I used during the authorized transaction. I am requesting immediate assistance from Chime to resolve this matter. I have been in touch via email with Alexander and Xavier regarding my login issue. My name is Travis Sallee, and my card number ends with [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost my phone with the saved login details, and I can't recall my password or PIN.
