I am attempting to create a new Chime account as my previous account got deleted while I was incarcerated for a year. I am hoping to open a new account as Chime is the best bank option for me. However, I am having trouble creating the account as it gets stuck after selecting a username and password. I would like to use my email as the primary contact for this new Chime account. Additionally, if possible, I would appreciate it if a secured card could be included to help improve my credit score. Thank you, Lance

I have two issues I need assistance with. Firstly, I have an invoice for a security deposit at a Hyatt Hotel that should have been refunded to my account as the hotel has confirmed I do not owe them anything. The pending transaction needs to be cleared, and the money should be returned to my account promptly. Secondly, I made a mobile upload early this morning, and the funds have not yet been cleared. The information stated it would be processed before 8 o’clock tonight. I would appreciate an estimated timeframe for when this transaction will be completed.

I've had a Che account for many years, always in good standing, including using the spot me feature. Unfortunately, I was logged out of that account and couldn't access it anymore. They helped me create a new account with a different email. I'm confused as to why I can no longer borrow from this new account when I could from my previous one. Nothing has changed, as I'm self-employed and don't have direct deposits.

After emailing them for security verification, I was told any owed money would be collected, and the remaining balance would be sent via check in 30 days. It's been over 30 days, and I haven't received the money. Moreover, I can't access my account.

I am currently in the Philippines and in need of accessing my virtual card from my Chime account since my hard card will arrive in October. However, I encountered an issue when trying to log in; it doesn't accept the last 4 digits of my social security number and primary account. I also need to update my phone number in my account. I am experiencing difficulty regaining access to my Chime account. It has been a few years since I last logged in, causing me to forget my password. Unfortunately, my email and phone number associated with the account have been changed, so I am unable to receive any verification or correspondence using the old contact information. Despite multiple phone calls and emails to Chime, the responses I receive only direct me to update my information through the Chime app, which I cannot access due to being locked out of my account. I have provided necessary documents such as my ID and SSN to prove my identity. I have reiterated my new email address to them, but they have not updated it in their system. Tomorrow, I plan to call Chime again to resolve this issue and access the funds in my account. I kindly ask for assistance in addressing this matter. Thank you for your attention. Ps. I lost my card and it's currently on hold. I need to withdraw $[redacted] to pay a bill, but I don't have my card. They are sending me a new one, but I need the money tonight. Recently, my phone broke, and I can't remember the login details for my Chime account linked to my Gmail. Because the phone is broken, I can no longer access the phone number connected to it. I don't have the funds for a replacement phone currently. On the bright side, I now have a new phone number and a new email address.

I received a payment from a Chime account and got an email with a link to claim the money. I downloaded the Chime mobile app from the Play Store and created an account using my TextFree WiFi app phone number. However, I am not receiving the verification code from Chime to log in. I need to update my phone number to my new regular cell service number in order to access my account and withdraw the payment I claimed.

I have an older Chime account that has been inactive for years. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email or phone number associated with it, and my attempts at guessing the password have been futile. Interestingly, my daughter-in-law faced a similar situation when she couldn't remember her account details but managed to resolve it by contacting Chime. They helped her verify her identity to update her email and phone number, allowing her to regain access to her account. I am looking to do the same and start using my Chime account again.

I accidentally linked my cash app to a chime card I no longer have instead of another card I intended to use. I have since changed my email and phone number, and I need assistance in retrieving my money. Cash app advised me to contact chime for resolution, but after messaging back and forth with chime representatives this morning, I was directed to someone who could not provide assistance after costing me $46.

I was offered a referral incentive to invite friends to join Chime where I would receive $[redacted] and my friend would get $[redacted].
