I would like to thank you for your assistance with my time card account. There seems to be an issue with my four-digit PIN, preventing me from using my Chime card. My name is Linda Numan Johnson, email: [redacted], address: [redacted] Panamint Street, Mojave, California, [redacted], and phone number: [redacted]. Until my four-digit PIN is resolved, I am unable to utilize my Chime card. The 16-digit account number is 49 85-03 21-62-71 34 93, expiration 10/27. I have tried using the four-digit code, [redacted], but it is not working. I kindly ask for prompt assistance to reset my PIN so that I may access my card. I recently attempted to send money to a friend using a funds transfer, but it was returned due to "insufficient funds". Surprisingly, I still had a balance of $58 in my account. Since Chime does not have a minimum balance requirement, I am concerned about the possibility of stolen funds. Recently, my friend signed up for Chime using my referral. However, it's been a month, and we still haven't received the referral bonus. We haven't received any email confirmation, and there's no evidence of us using the code in our accounts. We hope to receive the promised money, but we understand if this isn't feasible. Despite this issue, I enjoy using Chime, so if the bonus is not available, it's not a big problem.

I recommended Chime to my mother, Cynthia G., using my referral link to help us both earn extra money this month. Having banked with Chime for over 5 years, I assured her that setting up her account wouldn't be difficult, especially since she did it well in advance of her next S.S. Disability deposit. Unfortunately, her qualifying direct deposit was delayed by nearly 4 days, as it was mistakenly sent to the wrong person. Despite providing the correct information during her call to Social Security, the deposit was still misdirected. Despite the deposit being made within the 45-day limit, neither of us has received any communication to explain the delay.

Despite multiple attempts over the last three months, I have been unsuccessful in reaching Chime for assistance. The new automated ID scanning system is unable to process my state-issued identification due to scratches, leaving me unable to access my account or transfer critical funds as a disabled combat war veteran. Chime's customer service has not been able to provide an alternative solution or respond to my inquiries, exacerbating the urgency of this matter.
