Hello, I am sir Al and I am having trouble accessing my account. It seems that someone may have gotten hold of my account details and changed the login information, including the email and phone number associated with it. I am unsure who may have accessed my account and made these changes. I am struggling to log in and would like to update my account with the correct email and phone number.

Chime closed my account, citing a violation of the deposit account agreement, without explaining further. Prior to this, I had unauthorized charges and was attempting to recover the funds. After a few days, I discovered my email had been changed and my account closed, leaving $[redacted] inaccessible. Despite providing all necessary documentation, Chime keeps delaying the resolution. I'm frustrated with their lack of responsiveness and unhelpful customer service. I deposited $1,[redacted] in cash a few days before the account closure, and I have proof of these transactions. It's incredibly frustrating dealing with this situation, and I hope for a prompt resolution to retrieve my funds. Thank you.

I recently closed my account with VSP where payments were made automatically. The representative informed me that my account would be canceled in July [redacted] as it had just renewed for another year. I inquired about the renewal happening without my consent and without receiving any notification, which I found unacceptable. I explained that due to having emphysema and being unable to afford my medication, I closed the account. I reached out to my bank, not VSP's bank, to prevent further payments. Despite informing them in advance, my bank failed to stop the payment to a closed account. Now, I am considering filing a complaint with the insurance board against VSP and my bank. I am giving them until Thursday, August 10th to resolve this issue, or I will pursue legal action. It is frustrating to have to deal with these financial matters while trying to focus on my health.

My email associated with my Chime account was changed without my authorization. Shortly after, Chime closed my account, leaving me unable to access my remaining $[redacted] along with a $[redacted] cash deposit. It's frustrating that Chime would prevent me from withdrawing my own funds. Despite reaching out through numerous calls and emails, including providing requested information, I've received no resolution after almost 5 months. A supervisor named Mel hung up on me during a call, and when I tried calling back, they were unavailable for the day. I am desperate to have access to my money and would appreciate any assistance.

I bought a saw on Amazon for $[redacted].00, the purchase went smoothly and the amount was deducted from my account. I even got a tracking number and delivery date. Soon after, Chime texted me asking about the purchase. I confirmed it, but Chime said I needed to repay to complete the transaction. The vendor then emailed me, mentioning that the initial transaction did not go through, and I had to use the same card or a different one. I followed the link provided, made the payment again, and another $[redacted].00 was deducted. The saw has been delivered, but Chime halted the first payment as they did not recognize the vendor. Now, I am requesting Chime to refund the initial payment since they stopped it first.

My name is Shawna T. and I have a Chime account. I visited a 7-11 ATM to withdraw $60 from my $70 balance. After requesting the $60, the ATM showed "transaction processing," then quickly changed to "ATM out of service, please use another ATM." I then went to an Am/Pm ATM and checked my balance. It displayed only $10. The 7-11 ATM deducted the $60 from my account but did not dispense the cash; the transaction is now pending. I urgently need the $60, as that was the purpose of the withdrawal.

I contacted customer service to inquire about the daily limits for the Credit Builder card for withdrawals and purchases. The representative instructed me to download the ANYDESK app and provide a security code, which would grant them access to my phone and Chime account. I found this suspicious and decided not to proceed. The representative kept calling me back from the same number. I deleted the app and hope my account is secure. I'm concerned about this practice and unsure if it's legitimate or a scam. I'd like clarification from Chime regarding this situation.

I'm Carie Singh using my daughter's email due to issues with mine. I can't recall my Chime account password as my phone screen is broken. I reported a new Chime card, ending in [redacted], stolen and couldn't transfer funds. I advised my daughter to dispute the transaction, which was denied. I'm unable to access my Chime account, email, or app to change my password or track transactions on the stolen card. I am experiencing difficulties using my Chime card to access funds that my friend transferred to me today. I need to return the funds to her and would appreciate if the most recent transaction could be canceled urgently. I would like to request a new card from Chime promptly as I never received my last replacement card back in the spring. Currently, I am unable to log in to my Chime account since my phone is unavailable, but I am willing to provide any necessary verification via email on the hotel computer where I currently have access. I am using this device temporarily and expect to have my phone back tomorrow. I will contact Chime to address the card issue once I have my phone back. In the meantime, I need to decline the transfer made by Melissa Baca and return the full amount to her. Kindly assist me in resolving these matters promptly by contacting me via email. Thank you. I have an old CHIME account, but I don't remember the email address or phone number linked to it. A customer service representative advised me to send a copy of my driver's license selfie along with a piece of paper showing today's date and my name. I need to either open or cancel my old account, but not being able to access it or remember the password has made this process challenging for me.

I am waiting for my replacement Chime debit card. However, a refund from Cash App is being sent to my inactive card. Since my new Chime card has not arrived yet and I threw away the old one, I am wondering if the refund can be transferred to my Chime credit builder card. I anticipate it will take another week or two for the new card to arrive. Chime is sending the refund to my old deactivated card, and I'm unsure what steps to take in this situation.

I recently transferred my SSDI funds from my checking account to my Chime account as cash and it's now put on a 7-day hold. This money supports my two children for the entire month, and having it on hold has caused bills like my phone bill to be declined. I'm confused as to why my cash SSDI transfer is still on hold even though it was done as cash. Can someone please help me with this issue?
On another note, I want to warn everyone about a phone scam where someone claiming to be from Chime is asking people to download an app to gain access to their phone. I encountered this scam and saved the phone number and app name. Be cautious and aware of such scams.

I have spoken with two individuals who directed me to a service chat that requests $1 for assistance. I do not have a dollar in cash; it's all in my Chime account. Additionally, I need to request a new card since I mistakenly thought I had closed my previous card and shredded it. It is crucial that I have a one-on-one conversation with a representative. I've been attempting to resolve these issues for an hour now, and my frustration is escalating. My email is also not working correctly, so please contact me via text at [redacted].

The IRS deposited my [redacted] tax refund of $9,[redacted] on April 12, [redacted]. When attempting to log in, I discovered that Chime closed my account. Despite contacting an agent via email and being directed to call, I was informed that I had closed my account, which is confusing since I used it for my direct deposit. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach a live agent and am only directed by the automated system. I urgently need to resolve the issue of accessing my closed account with my funds.

Two days ago, I lost my phone. Today, when I attempted to log in to my account to update my email and phone number, I encountered an issue during the password reset process. The email associated with my account is [redacted], and the previous phone number linked to the account is [redacted].

I have received three emails in the past day claiming that I opened a Chime account, which I did not authorize. The messages are stating that a card is en route to my address. I have attempted to access the account but do not have the password. Following their protocol, I submitted photos of my driver's license (front and back) and a selfie for verification on the Chime website, not through any email links. However, I am unable to change the phone number associated with the account, which isn't familiar to me except for the last 4 digits. I did not initiate a Chime account and am worried about potential identity theft.
