What steps should I take to report the fraudulent use of my personal information? A friend noticed on their Chime app an account under my name labeled 'Kenneth-Mcclain-1'. I am puzzled by this and concerned about who this individual is and why they have access to an account using my details.

Chime suspended my account over four months ago. They informed me that it would take a 48-hour investigation and requested information like check stubs and ID, which I promptly provided. Despite this, my account remains suspended, and I have not received any follow-up emails or updates to resolve the issue. I have over $4,[redacted] in unemployment back pay in that account. How can I effectively address this matter with Chime?

My wallet was stolen, and when I attempted to block access to my account, I couldn't log in because my password and phone number were changed. How could this happen? I don't have the phone number I originally had linked to my account as I had requested a change, but this alteration seems suspicious. I made a reservation for a hotel room for March 13th to March 15th, [redacted], and was asked to pay in advance. Unfortunately, my reservation was canceled due to COVID-19, and I have not received my $[redacted] refund. I attempted to contact the property, and they directed me to Booking.com. However, I was unable to speak with a representative as the automated system did not recognize my confirmation number or 4-digit pin. Can Chime assist me in getting my refund? Thank you.

I haven't used my Chime card in months and can't remember my password for my account. I tried using the "forgot my password" button, but the link was sent to my old phone number ending in [redacted], instead of my current number [redacted]. Can you please assist me in setting up a new password using my new phone number so I can start using my Chime card again? Thank you.

I worked for a family business and was paid $[redacted] by check. After deducting $[redacted].99 from my balance, I was paid $[redacted] through my new card. However, my account got suspended when trying to activate the card after receiving the payment. Despite emailing Chime multiple times, I only receive repetitive responses. It has been past the date when Chime was supposed to send me a check for the remaining balance, which was due on November 1st. As of now, I have not received any payment, and I am considering legal action if this issue is not resolved promptly.

I recently had a conversation with a representative regarding updating the phone number on my Chime account. They updated my email to [redacted] but failed to update the actual phone number. My correct number is [redacted], not ending in [redacted]. It has been approximately 8 hours since the update was supposed to occur, and I am concerned about the status of my account and any potential transactions made by my ex-partner who had access. Furthermore, my bank account and routing number linked to CashApp are also compromised by my ex. I am unable to access that account and request assistance in unlinking it from my compromised accounts. I hope to receive a prompt response due to the urgency of this matter. Thank you.

My account got closed due to a dispute that's inaccurate. I have a pending deposit which I've been waiting for months. I can't access it now. Someone from your support team mentioned they would send me any remaining funds to my address. Unfortunately, I moved recently and couldn't update my new address before the account closure. Currently, my two children and I have been sleeping in my car because my landlord evicted us for non-payment of rent. The closure of my account seems unjustified in this situation.

Hello, I placed an order with an online merchant on Friday, December 4 for $[redacted], but unfortunately, the order was cancelled as per the merchant. They have advised me to wait for the Authorization Hold to be removed from my account instead of issuing a refund. I am concerned about how long this process will take and what steps to take if the hold persists, the merchant re-authorizes it, or if the transaction goes through to settlement despite being cancelled. It's been nearly two years since I last accessed my Chime account. I believe it is linked to my social security number for verification. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the phone number or email associated with the account as I frequently change phone numbers and create new email addresses. Retrieving my Chime account has become a challenge due to this lack of essential login information. I have a strong affinity for Chime and would like to resume using their services. I am facing issues transferring money from my Chime account to my Cash App. Chime keeps denying the transactions, and I'm unsure why. I specifically confirmed the ability to transfer money to Cash App before switching to Chime. If I had known this would be a problem, I would have chosen a different online bank. I feel frustrated and misled. It's disappointing to be told I can perform a certain action when I actually can't.

I am experiencing difficulties transferring funds from my Chime account to my Cash App. Chime is refusing the transactions, and I am unsure of the reason for this issue. Prior to signing up with Chime, I confirmed that transferring money to Cash App was possible. If I had known this would be a problem, I would have chosen a different online bank. I feel misled and disappointed that I was informed I could make these transfers when apparently that is not the case.

My account was closed due to a dispute regarding fraudulent card usage. I am awaiting a check for the amount in question. I was advised to call today to confirm the exact amount to be deposited into my account and sent to me by check. I request the check be expedited for delivery within 3 to 5 business days.

I was in jail from November 1, [redacted], until yesterday, December 9. Someone is using my card and account that is not mine. The number on the account is unfamiliar, and I can't access my account to change the pin or cancel the card. I need assistance as the person I contacted yesterday was unhelpful.

I am still waiting for my money from the last pay period on November 27th. I received a Chime deposit of $[redacted].83, of which I only spent $[redacted]. However, my funds seem to have disappeared from my card, and now that I have been paid again, my card is showing as not activated. I am extremely frustrated and need all of my money back. If I don't receive answers about the whereabouts of my funds and my money back promptly, I will have to take legal action as soon as possible.
