I have had some concerning experiences with the front door receptionist at Ceva Logistics in Romulus, Michigan. The receptionist, Laura, has displayed unprofessional and rude behavior towards me and my colleagues during visits to the facility. Her attitude and comments have made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer. I believe her behavior is not in line with the customer service standards expected at Ceva Logistics. I have witnessed several negative interactions with Laura and feel that her approach lacks respect and professionalism. I hope that Ceva Logistics addresses this matter promptly to ensure a more positive and welcoming environment for all customers.

In [redacted], my husband, R.I., started preparing for a gastric bypass through CEVA Logistics. He attended classes, nursing appointments, and dietary meetings, lost 75 pounds, decreased diabetic medication, and was in better health. However, in January [redacted], he was denied the surgery five times, despite being prepared and previously covered. This sudden change has led to his depression and unhealthy eating habits reemerging. Understanding the benefits of the surgery and the effort he put in, we hope Blue Cross Insurance can reconsider covering his gastric bypass to improve his health and reduce his medication dependency.

I plan to inform Costco that I no longer want it due to the lack of communication during this time. With experience in delivery from UPS and the US Postal Service, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. I have experienced a second missed delivery after it was confirmed, which is frustrating. The order was sent on June 29 and was supposed to arrive on July 7 as per a robo-call. I contacted Ceva Logistics and spoke to a supervisor named Natalie. She mentioned the shipment reached either Phoenix or Tucson but got stuck on the dock due to a communication error. Natalie promised to resolve the issue and have the items sent on today's shipment. Despite receiving a robo-call confirming yesterday's delivery, nothing arrived. I ordered an LG OLED 55BX6L - Smart OLED TV from onlinestore (order WFEFSXCYY). The delivery was scheduled between May 5th and 7th, [redacted]. On May 6th, a lady called me and we agreed on delivery for Monday afternoon, May 10th. I waited the entire afternoon, but no one called or contacted me. I, Dr. Theresa Ware-Asbury, purchased a product from Costco in early April. Despite being informed that my order was ready to ship on April 20, [redacted], the item never arrived. After much effort, I spoke with Nadia, who revealed that the item was still at the shipper's dock. She assured me that someone would contact me to arrange a new delivery date. However, no contact was made the following week. I was later told on May 3 that the item would be delivered on May 4 between 8am and 9pm. Regrettably, the item did not arrive as promised.

I wanted to inform you that the refrigerator was delivered to me yesterday, Saturday, December 3rd, at 1:30 pm. However, it was not installed, and the old one was not taken away because the doors needed to be reversed, which the delivery personnel mentioned they were not authorized to do.

The refrigerator was delivered on Saturday, December 3rd, at 1:30 p.m. It was not installed, and the old one was not taken away because the workers needed to reverse the door opening, and they said they were not authorized to do so. Currently, I still have the non-working old fridge and a new fridge, partially unpacked, in the middle of the kitchen. I urge you to authorize the operation as soon as possible to install the new refrigerator and remove the old one.

I have been eagerly anticipating the delivery of my order. On 5/30, I was informed that the truck transporting my package had broken down. Several attempts to reschedule via phone were unsuccessful after waiting for over an hour on hold. The driver concealed the vehicle upon arrival and requested an additional $40 to deliver my 250lb package inside my home. He arrived unaccompanied, which raised questions about how he managed to handle the package alone. Despite not having cash, I offered payment by debit/credit card, but he insisted on cash only, indicating potential fraudulent intentions. As a result, I was left with a massive box on my lawn and had to strain my back trying to move it indoors with the assistance of others.
