I contacted Cardpool on Friday, June 1st, but as of Monday, June 4th, I have not received a response despite them having the information for my cards. If this issue is not resolved within the next day, I will be escalating it to the BBB and FTC.
I provided all the necessary information and verified my email address. However, upon pressing the "Finalize" button, I encountered a vague error message. This same error has persisted for the last three days. It's frustrating that while inputting our details went smoothly, the website fails to complete a simple transaction. It would have been helpful if the site had a warning about these technical issues over the weekend.
After a week of waiting, I received a vague response that did not address the main problem, which is the recurring error message. I will give them one more week to rectify the situation before taking further action.

I made two separate purchases of $50 USD Google Play E-gift Cards each on 06/16/[redacted], totaling $[redacted] USD in Google Play credit. Despite receiving payment confirmation emails, I have not yet received any of the Google Play E-gift codes. I have attempted to contact customer service four times, even leaving two messages on the 1-[redacted] Hotline, with no response after 8 hours. My account shows the purchases are successfully completed, but I still haven't received the codes to redeem. I am hoping for assistance in receiving the purchased Google Play Gift Credit or a refund. I am not trying to be rude, just seeking a resolution to this frustrating situation. You can reach me at [redacted] or 1[redacted]. I appreciate any efforts to help me solve this problem.

I used a card pool at a store located at [redacted] W. Desert Inn Rd., Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was denied when I tried to redeem my $[redacted] Victoria’s Secret card, which I ended up selling for $[redacted]. The store manager, Carly, mentioned that the card needed to be investigated for fraud, which left me feeling uneasy. I even brought in the person who gifted me the card at the wedding, but I still faced rejection. I am upset by the whole situation and feel like I've been cheated by Smith’s. The manager further disabled the card pool machine, preventing others from using it. I urgently request a callback to resolve this issue and simply want my funds returned to my card. I can be reached at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

It appears that I used a carpool company's kiosk to exchange an old gift card which had a warning that the transaction would be void if not completed within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately, I only noticed this after my kids attempted to cash in the voucher on my behalf but were rejected by the store for being too late. Despite leaving multiple voicemails with cardpool.com, I have not received a response or a resolution for the problem.

I submitted 4 gift cards to Cardpool on 10/18/[redacted]. However, I have not received payment for them. My transaction status has been in review for 2 weeks now, though it should only take 1 business day. I have tried contacting them through phone calls, emails, and even reached out to Blackhawk, the company affiliated with Cardpool, but have not received any responses. I am feeling frustrated as no one has returned my calls or emails despite multiple attempts. If I do not hear back by the end of today, I am considering involving the authorities. My name is Robert Wilson. Thank you.

I have sold two gift cards on CardPool, one for Macy’s worth $[redacted] and another for Bed Bath and Beyond worth $50. The Macy’s card was successfully sold for an Amazon gift card as expected. However, I suspect a scam with the Bed Bath and Beyond card. CardPool informed me on Nov 6th that the card was sold, but later emailed me stating its value was $0 instead of $50. After contacting Bed Bath and Beyond, I learned the card was used on the same day at store #[redacted] in Connecticut, while I reside in Pittsburgh. I shared the card's pin only with CardPool, leading me to believe the buyer misused the card and claimed it had no value. I am willing to provide evidence and request to investigate if the buyer was from Connecticut on Nov 6th, and to receive the promised amount.

I purchased Google Play cards under false pretenses and now seek guidance on how to return them. Initially, I received an email from someone posing as my boss around Thanksgiving, asking me to buy these cards and send the codes. I later realized it was a scam after handing the cards over. I attempted to sell them through Cardpool but was unsuccessful. I am left with $3,[redacted] worth of Google Play cards that I wish to return, but local kiosks in Virginia do not accept them for exchange. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I successfully used the Card Pools kiosk twice before encountering a problem. Each time I tried to sell a gift card, it verified the card, offered a payout, requested my email and phone number, and then informed me that it couldn't accept the card based on the information provided. I've tried entering the same details repeatedly, and even waited a week between attempts, but the issue persists. I experimented with different gift cards, but the result was the same. I'm perplexed by this situation, especially since my girlfriend managed to sell a card I couldn't. The error message about not accepting the gift card due to the information provided is baffling to me.

I recently sold two $[redacted] Best Buy gift cards to CardPool for $[redacted].50 each. On October 6th, they informed me that the checks were on their way and would arrive in 3-7 business days. Unfortunately, I was out of the country from October 14th for two months, and upon my return, I found the checks in the mail. However, they were void after 45 days, a period shorter than my absence. I have contacted CardPool via email, but only an automated response has been received so far. I understand it's a busy time of year, but given the value of the gift cards and checks, I would appreciate prompt assistance in getting the checks re-issued. Thank you.

I have been exploring the services on the Cardpool website, looking to sell a $50 Applebee’s gift card for immediate cash. Although there is an option to sell it online, Applebee’s is not listed as an available kiosk for instant cash exchange. This has been quite frustrating as I expected a more streamlined and convenient process from your service. I would appreciate a prompt response to understand why Applebee’s is not available for instant selling. Thank you.

I attempted to register my Famous Footwear gift card for digital exchange by creating an account. Unfortunately, I exited the process before entering my credentials, and the tab closed abruptly. As a result, I'm unable to connect that card to an account. When I try to re-register, the site indicates that the card is already registered, preventing me from selling it. Is there a method to resume the incomplete transaction and finalize it, or to unlink the card and begin anew with a different account?

I urgently needed cash instead of the $[redacted] Kohl’s card. I agreed to their offer of $85.20 and provided my debit card number. A week later, they informed me the card is actually worth $[redacted]. I appreciated their honesty and requested the new payout amount to be wired to my account promptly. The new payout they offered was $[redacted], with a fee of $49 deducted.
The major issue I'm facing is the slow communication process. It's impossible to reach a live agent, and their website is extremely difficult to navigate. I fear that my $[redacted] may be lost, and I won't be able to stop the process or retrieve the funds.
I hesitated to cancel the transaction out of concern that they might charge my debit card or disrupt my Kohl’s card balance. I am willing to accept the reduced amount of $[redacted], but I urgently need it to be wired today, 1/9/19, not a week from now. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I tried to sell a TJ Maxx gift card two days ago at a Fred Meyer in Tacoma, Washington. After accepting an instant cash offer at the kiosk, I provided all the requested information, including scanning my ID and fingerprint. When I submitted, the kiosk displayed an unexpected message stating there was an issue with the card or the amount, despite knowing there is over $80 on it. I did not receive any cash, leaving me frustrated as I was relying on that money. I seek an explanation from the company on why this happened and what will be done to resolve the matter, warning that I will file a formal complaint if not addressed.

I recently sold a gift card, assuming the funds would be transferred to my bank. I mistakenly provided my billing address instead of my current address when prompted. After realizing this, I promptly emailed them, but it's been a month with no response. My account shows the sold card is still under review. I seek assistance to either cancel the sale or receive the funds, as the lack of communication is concerning.

I purchased a $30 Airbnb card from Cardpool six days ago, expecting a $20 Amazon card in return. Despite my numerous emails, I have not received the card or any response from them. I am extremely frustrated and just want them to fulfill their promise. I have been in contact twice daily asking for the payment owed. My transaction number is [redacted]9. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I have exhausted all other avenues to contact them. Thank you for your help in providing great customer service.

Hello,
I need assistance regarding a recent experience with Cardpool. Around January 20th, I received an email from Cardpool confirming they received information about the gift cards I wanted to sell. The transaction numbers are #[redacted]9 for a $75 Forever 21 card and #[redacted]2 for a $75 Forever 21 and $50 TJMaxx card. However, I haven't received any updates since the initial email promising that once the cards are verified, a check would be issued. After two weeks of waiting, I reached out via email and voicemail but received the same standard response. I checked my cards and they still have their balances, indicating that no action has been taken. This is frustrating and upsetting as Cardpool already has my gift card numbers. I am considering contacting the BBB. I appreciate any help. Thank you. -Jan

I completed a transaction with Cardpool.com on February 11, [redacted], selling my gift card. After receiving an email confirming the transaction, I expected to get a $44.52 eAmazon gift card within 1-3 business days. However, it has been 9 days since then, and I have not received anything. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, phone calls, and their website's chat feature, I have not received any response.
I am concerned because they have my credit card information and warned that they could charge it if they discover I sold the card elsewhere before they redeemed it. This situation has left me feeling helpless as I cannot proceed with trading the card with another party.

On February 20th, I entered the Kohl's gift card number on the carpool website. It indicated I would receive a check for $45.23, deducted from the original $50. Due to my new credit card without a pin, I paused the transaction. After leaving a voicemail to cancel and not receiving a response, I called multiple times. My email received an automated reply promising a response within a few business days, yet, after four days, no one has gotten back to me. I need assistance. Thank you, Cathy.
