I am a subscriber to a magazine that typically arrives within 3-4 weeks after it's available on newsstands. I've been informed by the magazine that Canadian subscriber issues are dispatched before those for newsstands. However, local mail carriers in Lethbridge have mentioned that periodicals are delayed at the Calgary sorting facility, with complaints already filed. It is concerning that our mail, including important subscriptions, is being held back. While the recent storm might impact today's mail delivery, the ongoing delay in receiving periodicals over the past 3 weeks is unacceptable. I am curious about what other mail might be affected by this issue. The periodical in question should have been sent by Taunton Press from zip code 06[redacted]. I hope to receive a prompt response to address this matter.

Greetings, I previously resided in Sydney NS, with postal code B1M 1A2. I relocated a few months ago, leaving my former workplace at [redacted] Grand Lake Road, B1M 1A2. A late paycheque from my employer was sent to this address after my departure, but the recipient had to return it to my employer. Unfortunately, the paycheque's current whereabouts are unknown since then. My employer's address is 90 Inglis Street, Unit A005, Sydney NS, B1P 1W8. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Today, I eagerly awaited a large shipment from Amazon, but was surprised when only a small parcel arrived, easily fitting into my pocket. The rest of the delivery was missing. In the past, I've always received my large heavy items at home, so I was concerned. After starting a claim for the lost items, I discovered that the 30-pound bags of litter I ordered came in two massive boxes squeezed into the community mailboxes with such force that it was a struggle to retrieve them. As a 60-year-old woman with shoulder and back issues, carrying these heavy boxes a block and a half was a challenge that resulted in injury. It's alarming that while the small parcel made it to my door, the larger ones were crammed into the mailboxes. It's impractical and risky for individuals to handle such heavy deliveries under these circumstances. I hope this feedback prompts a reconsideration of the current mail delivery policy.

We run a small business in Edmonton, and our manager sends us receipts in an XPRESS POST envelope monthly. Recently, our mail delivery person didn't deliver the envelope, and it seems it was carded without us receiving a notification. We urgently need this envelope today, but we are unsure how to proceed without the card. We pay for this service to ensure prompt delivery, and it is frustrating that a simple envelope was not left in our mailbox without requiring a signature. We expect better service, especially when paying extra for it. The tracking number for the package is PG [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] CA. It's disappointing that we cannot even reach Canada Post for assistance.

Hello, I reside at [redacted] Idylwood Rd, N5V 3V3 and while retrieving my mail last evening, I discovered the parcel box A key on the ground. Upon inspection, I found a package in compartment A intended for [redacted] Idylwood Rd. Rest assured, I left the package in its designated location and securely closed the compartment. I have since returned the key to the courier box. I simply wish to inform the mail delivery personnel that the package remains in the compartment and the key should be reissued to the correct recipient. Thank you. Joanna

I checked my parcel yesterday, October 8, [redacted]. It showed that on October 2, it was at the warehouse and on October 8, it was in transit, about 3/4 of the way from Scarborough to Sudbury, ON. I contacted customer service through live chat to inquire about why it was at the warehouse for so long. The representative mentioned it had been carded, but the tracking showed it was still in transit on the same day as the chat when I was home all day and got a different parcel delivered. After a disconnection, I revisited my email for tracking and was surprised to see it marked as delivered for pick-up at an unspecified location. Despite the rep saying it was carded, no notification was left. I even checked at my post office where I'm a frequent visitor, and they had no information about my parcel. This unusual situation has not occurred in my years of online shopping. I am sharing the tracking number [redacted] hoping for a prompt resolution and delivery of my item, which was ordered on September 30 and has been at the warehouse since October 2.

I received a package from Amazon earlier than expected, but unfortunately, the delivery wasn't attempted. Instead, a pickup card was left in my mailbox. Despite being home all day, the postman did not ring the doorbell or knock. Now Canada Post refuses to resend the package. Due to my disability, it's challenging for me to go pick it up. I've contacted several Canada Post representatives, but no one is willing to take responsibility for the lazy delivery person. The tracking number for the undelivered package is [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and it's supposedly at the Albert PPU Quickie Convenience store on Albert Street. This situation has been disappointing on Canada Post's part.

On October 9, [redacted], we brought an unsealed envelope to Crest Pharmasave Post Office. They checked its contents, sealed it, and advised on postage, but did not recommend registered mail. The envelope was addressed to Maria Lima at Union Hearing Aid Centre Ltd. It was sent to the address in Toronto. Despite our efforts to personally drop it off, it has not reached the intended destination. We included microphone guards for a cochlear implant. We contacted the post office, they were unable to assist. We are concerned about the loss of the envelope. What steps should we take next? Is this a common issue with postal services?

Could you please verify this tracking number for me? The recipient claims not to have received the item, but someone signed for the parcel on October 1. It appears that the parcel was received by someone. The address provided to the seller matches the one on the parcel, ruling out loss in transit. It seems like the recipient may be attempting to claim insurance on the parcel while keeping the item. Questioning the truthfulness of the recipient, it is essential to review the signature on the parcel, consult the delivery person who brought it, and confirm the precise address it was sent to. This situation may involve fraud if the recipient tries to claim despite having received the item. This seems unjust to both the seller and Canada Post.

I have a package with tracking number EA[redacted]69CN that has shown no progress since Oct12. I have contacted your staff multiple times, and each time I received different explanations. One representative mentioned it would arrive by Oct 23, another said it was already dispatched, which was contradicted by a third. Subsequently, I was advised to wait for two days and then two weeks. This inconsistent information is frustrating as I urgently need the parcel. The fact that on Oct12 it displayed the parcel was processed in Scarborough is adding to my concern. Despite being promised a call from a supervisor within four hours this morning, I am yet to receive any communication. I have made numerous calls seeking a resolution, but the issue remains unresolved after nearly a month. I insist on prompt delivery of my parcel and request your immediate attention to this matter.

I recently ordered a parcel and according to the tracking information, it was delivered to my front door. However, in the 19 1/2 years I have lived here, Canada Post has never delivered packages to my door before. Typically, they leave a notice for me to pick up the parcel. After contacting them, they mentioned that the parcel might have been stolen from my porch. Unfortunately, the seller is not willing to refund or replace the product. I shouldn't have to lose over $[redacted] because of a delivery issue. I provided all necessary information to the seller, but due to the tracking showing delivery to my front porch (which I don't have), they are not assisting me. I feel I should be compensated for this loss as I suspect there might have been a problem with the delivery. It's disappointing that the response was simply that it must have been stolen, without further investigation. I hope there is a resolution to this since the seller is not cooperating.

Our mail got mixed up recently. Although our thoughtful neighbors rescued it and delivered it to us, we ended up making the same mistake later on by misplacing mail into another mailbox. The problem seems to be confusion in the address details, particularly with similar house numbers on different street designations. To avoid such mix-ups, it is essential for postal workers and sorting staff to pay closer attention. Our address is 27 Cranleigh MEWS SE in Calgary, AB, T3M 1E1. Let's ensure mail is accurately directed to us and others at 27 Cranleigh WAY SE or any other 27 Cranleigh address.

Regarding Tracking # CH[redacted]60US I am reaching out about my recent experience with Canada Post. My friends and I have encountered a challenging situation with a shipment to the Lao Embassy in Washington. We sent a package containing 10 passports that were stamped for visa purposes and shipped back to us via USPS with a tracking number. Although the package arrived in Montreal on October 22 and the tracking status indicated "out for delivery" on October 23, there have been no further updates. I am puzzled by the lack of tracking information following the "out for delivery" status. What could have caused this delay in the scanning and delivery process? I am concerned about the handling of the package once it reached the depot facility and why it was not scanned as it entered the delivery truck. How can we ensure proper tracking and delivery moving forward?

I made an online purchase from a store and paid a $5 delivery fee. I recently got an email from "Canada Post" about a shipment awaiting delivery. When I clicked on the "Pay Now $2.99" button, I was directed to a page requesting my Visa information. I noticed the website was labeled "canadapotse" instead of "canadapost," raising suspicions. Most links on the page with "canadapotse" addresses were not functional except for the Visa payment link. I am concerned about the additional charge and authenticity of the request. Is this a legitimate transaction?

As a person with a disability, I would like to share my recent experience. Last night, on November 12, [redacted], my driveway, walkway, and sidewalk were cleared of snow and salted. The City of Oshawa typically maintains these areas as I am a part of their Snow Clearing Program. However, today on November 13, [redacted], I noticed footprints in the snow on my lawn as the postal service worker walked through it to reach my front door (where my mailbox is located). I have witnessed this happening in the past as well. Today, I found a notice on my front door from the postal service reminding me to keep my entrance, stairs, and walkway clear of snow and ice to prevent slipping incidents. Given this, I am wondering if I should also have my lawn cleared for the postal service worker's safe passage.

Today, around 1:18 PM on November 15, [redacted], a postal worker contacted me regarding a delivery to my apartment. After attempting to buzz him in through the building phone system, he still encountered difficulty gaining access. Despite following the correct procedure, the postal worker was unable to locate my apartment. He displayed unprofessional behavior, including shouting and tantrums. Unfortunately, the postal worker left without leaving a notice or delivering the parcel. His behavior seemed unstable and inappropriate for customer service. The tracking number for my parcel is [redacted][redacted]. Due to the postal worker's behavior, I have contacted Healthy Planet Online Store for assistance. I request that appropriate action be taken regarding the postal worker's behavior, resolution for my missing parcel, and an update on the situation. It is vital for postal workers to communicate effectively and act professionally in all situations.

Hello, we have encountered difficulties while trying to resolve a damaged package issue. I shipped a portrait to my daughter in July [redacted], which unfortunately arrived bent due to shipping mishandling. Despite proper packaging, Canada Post has not been able to address the problem adequately. Repeatedly contacting them led to the creation of multiple service ticket numbers, but the issue remains unresolved. Canada Post requested a questionnaire and proof of damage from my daughter, the receiver, which she has submitted multiple times. Unfortunately, Canada Post claims they did not receive her responses and have now closed the service ticket. I am unable to include the service ticket number in this email. Could you please guide me on how to provide the necessary information to Canada Post to finally resolve this matter? Email communication has proven ineffective.

I've placed three orders with Giant Tiger online, but their system isn't working correctly. It wouldn't accept my mailing or shipping address. I've submitted two tickets about this issue, but I'm unsure if I'll receive my items. I urgently need Canada Post to have my correct shipping address because I'm expecting a delivery tomorrow, and I can't go to the post office because of health reasons. Could you please inform the driver of my updated shipping address? I'm Donna Watt, and my mailing address is [redacted] Alice Street, Unit #[redacted], Woodstock, ON N4S 2J3. There's no buzzer number, but I live at the back of the building on the ground floor. The driver should park in the side parking lot at the very back and walk up the sidewalk to the 5th unit. I have a brown patio umbrella for identification. If there are any issues, please provide the driver with my cell number [redacted] before they depart so I can guide them to me. Thank you! Warm regards, Donna Watt

I received a notification about picking up a registered letter. I am unsure why I am required to travel to Port Coquitlam for collection. It is a hassle for me as I reside at [redacted] Plateau Blvd. in Coquitlam, and this entails a 20 km drive. The inconvenience is particularly challenging for me, being an 86-year-old senior, as I have to take a bus to Port Coquitlam under significant stress. I used to retrieve my registered items conveniently from the Coquitlam London Drug post office. I would greatly appreciate if you could resume using that Post Office for all my registered postal items. The Coquitlam Mall location is easily accessible for me. Thank you sincerely. E.F. Kiefer

I was expecting two parcels from China. The tracking for the first parcel initially stated it would be delivered by November 22nd, but when the second parcel arrived on the 9th, I checked the first tracking again and it showed delivery on the 1st of November. I contacted the post office on the 12th after waiting through the weekend and Remembrance Day, leaving my details with the supervisor twice. After several calls and conversations with the supervisor who mentioned the driver recalled delivering it to my step, we realized it had been delivered to the wrong address nearby. The supervisor said the driver would return to investigate, but as of now, I still haven't received the parcel after 19 days. It's frustrating to lose $32 and not have the package. Canada Post advised me to contact the shipper, but I feel it's their responsibility to resolve this error. Improved communication and delivery verification are necessary to prevent such mistakes.
