The whereabouts of the shipment are unknown, and an ongoing investigation is necessary. On March 23, I sent legal documents via Canada Post, and its current location is unknown. It is imperative that Canada Post locates and delivers my shipment. The package was intended for Ukraine through UKRPOSHTA, which has misplaced it and provided misleading information about its status. I demand clarification: has the "country" returned my package to Canada Post? The investigation will only conclude once my package is returned and my expenses are reimbursed. It is essential for Canada Post to take responsibility if they are working with unreliable partners in Ukraine. Failure to do so will require them to disclose such information to customers.

I recently relocated to Sarnia at [redacted] Lakeland Ave., Sarnia, Ontario N7X 1G3. I require a key for the mailbox situated at the end of the street. Although I have a Canada Post mailbox key, it does not unlock box #9, specifically #3, which holds several box numbers. I have attempted all the #9 boxes without success. I am facing issues with three missing parcels. Two show as delivered, but I never received them, and the third one has no tracking information available. The first package, tracked with number HJ[redacted]06US, was purchased on March 12th and is still undelivered despite tracking stating otherwise. I have already visited the post offices in Sechelt BC to inquire without any success. I find it unusual and concerning, especially hearing about similar incidents in my area. Living in a remote location where drivers travel via ferries from Vancouver, delays might occur. It's alarming that some drivers are reckless on our highways. They need to be more cautious, and Canada Post should address this issue promptly. I reside in an apartment complex where there's a problem with the mail key for the mail person. I've informed the landlord, and they stated there's a ticket open for [redacted] Stevenson Road S. in Oshawa, ON, L1J 5M2. The issue has caused us not to receive mail for the past 1 1/2 weeks. It's vital for me to locate where I can collect the mail for myself and a neighbor I assist, especially since we are expecting urgent mail but are unsure if it has been delivered.

I recently ordered a package and was disappointed to find out it had been marked as delivered but was not in my mailbox. Luckily, a kind resident in my apartment building found it and left it outside my door for me. Unfortunately, this is the second incident this week with the delivery person. Previously, another package was not delivered despite having all the necessary information, including my buzzer code, provided on the label. The lack of competency from the delivery person has caused me frustration. I have contacted the supervisor to address this issue and hope for better service in the future. I'm writing to report issues with delayed mail delivery to my son in Vancouver. The June letter took 3 weeks to arrive, and only after contacting Canada Post, it was suddenly delivered without a post office stamp. Subsequently, a letter posted on July 26 arrived late, prompting me to call CP on August 7. However, I was dissatisfied with the service as they offered no solution, simply asking me to be patient. Considering sending mail registered, though it's inconvenient for my daughter who lives in an apartment and works during the day. I lodged a service ticket but noticed it lacks any identification or contact details like my email address.

We have not received a notification regarding the renewal of our PO Box rental. I have been requesting this renewal for many weeks, but the personnel at the counter are new and unfamiliar with the renewal process. This situation is causing difficulties, especially since we have held this PO Box number for many years across different locations. As a non-profit group, it is crucial to resolve this promptly, particularly with a major show planned in downtown Montreal this Fall. On August 9, [redacted], I informed C. Post about losing my mailbox keys. I called 1-[redacted] to provide the necessary information. I was informed that a new lock would be installed, and I could pick up my new keys the next Wednesday. However, the keys were not available as promised. After inquiring about this issue, I was informed that the keys would be ready by the end of this week. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and efficiency in handling this matter. I have been unable to access my mail for almost two weeks now. While I take responsibility for losing my keys, I expect a resolution and would appreciate an honest update. I am experiencing difficulties with your system. I was notified via email about a missed delivery referencing tracking number CA #[redacted]. The email contained a link to reschedule the delivery, but the link was not functional. When I called the helpline, it requested a 13-digit tracking number which I did not have. Now, I am here trying to describe my issue, but each time I try to proceed to step 2, my comments are erased, and I have to start over. This process, both online and over the phone, is not effective. I am concerned that my package may be returned to the sender if this issue is not resolved promptly.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about the delivery of my package. I am Harshita, the recipient in Ottawa, Canada. My tracking number is LC[redacted]68US. My uncle sent me an important parcel on July 2nd, and the tracking information shows it was delivered on July 8th. However, I did not receive the parcel, and there was no attempt made to contact me or leave a delivery notice. As a result, the package has been returned to the United States. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the sender needs to resend the parcel. Even though the sender provided all the necessary information, I did not receive any notification. Now, the sender will have to pay for the delivery charges again, which I find to be highly inconvenient. The parcel has not been picked up by the sender yet, and I would like to request for it to be delivered to me as originally intended. My ticket number is [redacted]35, and based on this ticket, the parcel should be sent to me instead of being returned to the sender. I am disappointed with the service provided in this situation.

We recently experienced multiple changes to our mailbox, address, box number, and postal service location. After over two decades with the same details, everything suddenly shifted, causing confusion. Even the new mail pickup location presents challenges, especially in inclement weather. This alteration has disrupted our mail delivery, leading to prolonged delays with only one flyer available after a week. Having to inform all contacts about the address update adds to the frustration. The sudden change without prior notice has left us perplexed and seeking a clear explanation for the significant inconvenience faced. The sudden shift has worsened the service quality, prompting questions about the extensive effort and expense involved in redirecting mail. Subject: Issue with Mail Delivery at [redacted] 2 Ave NE, Calgary I reside in Apartment [redacted] at [redacted] 2 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 0E5 and have been facing significant delays in receiving my mail. My SHAW bill for this month has not arrived yet, although the payment is due on September 2. I experienced delays with my Enmax bill, which was sent on July 23 but only received on August 9. Additionally, a duplicate Enmax bill was sent due to the delay in receiving the original. A letter from the CRA from Quebec sent a couple of weeks ago is still missing. Shockingly, a letter from Alberta Seniors And Housing sent on July 8, [redacted], from Edmonton, only arrived on August 9. The inconsistency in mail delivery within the same province is concerning. I am having issues with my mail getting returned and marked undeliverable by Canada Post. Despite my efforts to contact them, the provided phone numbers only lead to recorded messages that end the call without connecting to a service representative. The Canada Post office workers were unhelpful and only confirmed my address was valid. It was frustrating and took a long time to find this website in order to resolve the issue and receive my disability cheque at home. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that Canada Post decided to continue home delivery. There seems to be a lack of education or training for their workers to handle these situations effectively.

I relocated from Canada to the UK in May [redacted] and had been receiving mail via Canada Post's forwarding service, which expires today. As I prefer not to make online payments, I tried reaching out by phone to renew the service. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable Ottawa number, so I contacted Goderich ON, but they were unable to assist me over the phone. I then attempted to call a Toronto number, the only one I could find online from the UK, but they also couldn't help. They recommended using the chat line, which I couldn't locate either. Can someone please provide guidance on how to renew mail forwarding over the phone to avoid delays? Thank you.

I sent a parcel from the UK to my aunt in Canada on August 28th using Parcelforce Express for next day delivery. The parcel did not arrive as expected on August 30th. After contacting Parcelforce on September 2nd, I found out that the parcel was mistakenly sent as non-priority from the UK and is now at the Mississauga depot for dispatch on September 4th. As my aunt leaves for Jamaica on the morning of September 4th, it is crucial that she receives the parcel today. We reside at [redacted] Thomson Creek Blvd. in Woodbridge, with the Postal Code L4H 1B6. This is the second time in about 6 weeks that vandals have thrown mailboxes on the sidewalk, leaving us without mail for 3 days already. The mailboxes are not properly secured to the ground, unlike others nearby. It is concerning that this issue has not been addressed to prevent it from happening again. It is crucial that measures are taken to secure the mailboxes and ensure they cannot be easily tipped over. It is frustrating that this problem has occurred more than once without any action being taken.

I would like to report an issue regarding a package with tracking number [redacted]44 that appears to be lost. Despite contacting Canada Post, they have redirected me to FedEx, claiming it's their problem. However, the package never left the Montréal post office. I've opened a reference ticket, but continue to be referred back to FedEx, who states they never received it from Canada Post. I am confused as to who is responsible for this mishap - the person who picked up the package, the employee who may have misplaced it, or if it was lost by Canada Post. I seek transparency and honesty regarding my package's whereabouts without being given the runaround. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I sent a letter from Wallaceburg, Ontario to Windsor, Ontario on August 30. It was a bit thick as it contained iron letters for my grandson. Unfortunately, it has not reached its destination yet. I usually have issues with Canada Post deliveries, especially if the envelope is colored. The letter was addressed to Michele Dukes at [redacted] Norman, Windsor, Ontario N8Y 4N3. My address is J Dukes at [redacted] James St, Wallaceburg, Ontario N8A 2P9. I paid $2.50 for postage and I am frustrated that it still hasn't arrived or been returned to me. I suspect it might have been taken by Canada Post, as I've had similar experiences in the past. Just to clarify, I didn't get a tracking number for this shipment. Thank you.

I recently spoke to a representative about the frustration I experienced when I received a notice to pick up my parcel at the local post office. My building has convenient drop boxes with keys for parcel retrieval, so going to the post office was unnecessary and inconvenient. Furthermore, having to bring my husband, who has Alzheimer's, with me and leave him in the vehicle while I retrieve the package adds to the frustration. I am also disappointed by the wastefulness of Canada Post sending me a postcard with my name on it instructing me to pick up a package I had already collected, but with no additional information on the back. This seems like a needless use of resources.

Hello, I am following up on a previous request I submitted on August 14, [redacted], regarding the community mailbox relocation, not snow clearance. The current mailbox placement between Magnotta Road and Hopecrest Road on the west side of Moss Creek Boulevard has caused issues with drivers making U-turns, damaging curbs and trespassing on private driveways. I have observed damage to the curb in front of my property and have photographic evidence. I intend to notify Markham City about the curb damage, but to prevent future problems, I am requesting to move the mailbox further south, closer to Hopecrest but still between Magnotta and Hopecrest. This new placement would naturally guide drivers to use the juncture of Hopecrest and Moss Creek for U-turns. I would like to share the photos for your review via email before sending them to the city.
