I recently visited the Burger King location at Triangle Lakeside on August 8th, [redacted]. I ordered 3 100ml ice creams and was quoted a price of £9.46 by an employee named Luke. Upon realizing discrepancies in the price, I requested the receipt, which had not been provided initially. When the receipt was finally provided, it showed an additional item (MD Frozen Electric Lemon) priced at £3.49 that I had not ordered. After addressing this with the staff, the amount was refunded, but this experience left my wife and me feeling upset and taken advantage of, especially as elderly patrons looking to treat our grandchildren.

I visited my local Burger King and attempted to order the special deal of two double cheeseburgers for $5.99, but was informed it wasn't on their menu, therefore denied service. After retrieving my active coupons at home, I returned to the store and spoke to another supposed manager. Despite presenting my coupons, I was once again told the deal was not available. An impolite employee even refused me service with the coupons. Consequently, I feel this store is poorly managed and losing revenue, especially compared to the McDonald's nearby, which is thriving. I am disappointed by the service received and plan to share my negative experience with others. It's evident why this location is facing a decline in customers, and it's truly unfortunate.

I am displeased with the customer service experience. Instead of resolving my issue, the agent offered me a coupon when all I wanted was a refund on my card. I specifically avoided the automated system to speak with a representative, only to receive a coupon, not the assistance I needed. The lack of a real agent has frustrated me, and I simply want my money back as I don't frequently visit Burger King and cannot use the coupon due to issues with their fryers. I am becoming increasingly frustrated and hope for a prompt resolution with a refund instead of a coupon.

While I was at work, the General Manager instructed me to clock out, accusing me of being under the influence which was not true. She didn't request a drug test but told me to go home in front of my coworkers. I had been emotionally distraught due to the recent passing of my grandmother, causing me to have sleepless nights and cry continuously. Despite my attempts to explain, she didn't listen and it feels like she targeted me unfairly. I'm considering taking legal action against Burger King for their unfair treatment. I don't feel comfortable returning to work under her supervision as she didn't give me the chance to prove my innocence by taking a drug test.

I recently visited your establishment with my father, who is a Vietnam Veteran, and we were disappointed to not receive a military discount because he didn't have his ID with him. We had just come from the ER, and he accidentally left his wallet at home. We were hoping for a small gesture of appreciation, especially since he was proudly wearing his Vietnam Veterans hat at the drive-thru. We chose Burger King over McDonald's, expecting a bit more understanding given the circumstances. He deserved the discount without having to prove his service during a difficult time.

Good morning, I parked at Buerguer King on 99 SW [redacted] Ave [redacted], had a meal, and then visited DDS Discount. After only 30 minutes, the manager called the tow truck to take my car without any clear reason why I couldn't park. When I inquired, the gentleman was disrespectful, so I contacted the police. When I spoke to the manager, her response was unsatisfactory. The food was poorly made, the fries were overcooked, and the manager lacked professionalism.

I placed an order through the app from a restaurant, but they are refusing to give me the food I ordered, claiming they don't have it. I urgently need the food and cannot wait for a refund to reorder. Due to medical reasons, I cannot delay my meals. The manager's behavior was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I recently visited the Sparta MI location drive-thru and purchased 2 #9 chicken sandwich meals with onion rings. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, I realized one order of onion rings was missing. Despite waiting patiently behind three cars, this issue seems to occur frequently. Considering the price per meal, I feel compelled to address these mistakes. My visit was on 8/25/23 around 7:30 pm. The Burger King in Elk River seems to be severely understaffed with only two employees working daily. This led to a long wait time of about 30 to 35 minutes for my fast food order. When I inquired about the delay, I was informed that the manager's name is Jordan. I plan to reach out to Burger King regarding this issue as it appears the manager may have reduced employee hours to a problematic level. The prolonged wait for basic items like a Whopper Junior, five dollars meal deals, and small onion rings is unacceptable. The slow service caused frustration for other customers as well, prompting some to leave without ordering. Despite the friendly service from the staff member, the extensive wait time does not align with the concept of fast food.

I had a pick-up scheduled for August 29, [redacted], at 5:49 PM with a total charge of $10.57. The order was mistakenly sent to [redacted] Highway 20 in Buford, [redacted] instead of the correct location at 7 East May in Winder, GA [redacted]. Upon realizing the error caused by the Burger King app, I tried to rectify it to the correct Winder location but instead ended up placing another order at the wrong location. As a result, I now have two transactions on my card for the same order from two different stores. I am requesting a refund for one of the transactions back to my account immediately.
