It is concerning how they gossip about employees. I did not receive my paycheck and I am eager to know the reason behind this. I urgently need someone to address this issue promptly. I visited Debary BK at [redacted] Sunrise Blvd. in DeBary, FL [redacted] around 2 pm today and ordered two BBQ with Bacon Whopper Juniors. Unfortunately, the first one I opened had no BBQ sauce, only mayo, making it like a regular Whopper Jr. I went back to the window to raise the issue and was given a new bag with the same problem - more Whopper Jr. with mayo. The receipt was left in the bag I returned at the drive-thru window. It felt like they were trying to pass off already prepared sandwiches instead of fulfilling my order correctly. I think this restaurant should be looked into. I couldn't find a way to reach customer service or a corporate executive using the provided phone numbers. I am requesting a refund of $5.33 or coupons to make up for the inconvenience. My interactions with the automated customer support were not helpful. Thank you, Daniel Rubin.

I made an order using the Burger King online app from Rainsville, Alabama, but it was sent to Fort Payne, Alabama by mistake. The Burger King staff at both locations seem unaware of the app. I've been trying to cancel the order immediately after placing it without success. I just want to have my food at the Burger King where I am located. This situation has been quite frustrating for me.

I purchased 10 chicken sandwiches for a party, but they were inedible. The sandwiches were extremely salty, almost black in color, and swimming in grease. I tried to contact the store, but no one answered the phone despite calling for 20 minutes straight. I understand now why this location struggles to get customers. Thank you.

I visited the drive-thru at [redacted] Delaware Ave in Marysville, Ohio, around 2:20 pm today. After ordering and receiving a total, I was handed a completely different order when I pulled through, even though we were the only customers there. When I returned, the staff asked for a receipt they hadn't provided. The manager, T. Barnes, refused to correct my order and issued an incorrect refund amount, suggesting I go to another Burger King. I had to return to the store to retrieve the rest of my money, and there were still no other customers present. It was confusing and disappointing to experience such a mix-up with no explanation.

I was charged an extra 0.40, plus 0.05 in tax, totaling 0.45. My 2 dine croissanwich was meant to be 8.99, but an additional 0.40 was added for hot chocolate. The app did not indicate this add-on, and my email receipt only shows the 8.99 charge. I discovered the 0.40 overcharge upon returning home. If I had known about the extra charge beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered the hot chocolate. Kindly refund me the 0.45, and possibly more for the inconvenience caused. Thanks.

I was charged an additional 0.40 for hot chocolate, plus 0.05 tax, totaling 0.45 over what I expected to pay for my 2 dine crosanwich. The app didn't indicate the extra charge, and my email receipt only showed the original price of 8.99. I noticed the 0.40 surplus in the subtotal after I returned home. Hello.
We encountered blatant rudeness at the restaurant located at: Moscow, Komsomolsky pl passage, 2A on July 11th, [redacted].
When we asked for a receipt to check the accuracy of our order, we were refused. Despite repeated requests, a kitchen staff member insisted he did everything correctly and threatened to come talk to us outside if we weren't satisfied, trying to jump into the dining area.
The kitchen staff member, who was of Eastern nationality, spoke loudly and informally to us.
In the end, other kitchen staff members had to pull him away.
Such behavior from the staff completely tarnishes your network.
I am attaching a photo of the order number we received after numerous requests, about 10 minutes later. They never gave us the receipt, and the time on the paper given to us does not match the payment date. The items on our order do not match either. Only the total matches. I am also attaching the receipt.

I am writing to report an uncomfortable incident that occurred yesterday at your establishment. One of your employees started making fun of me and my mother because of our limited English proficiency. It was very disheartening to be laughed at in a place where many customers visit. When I was picking up my order, there was a misunderstanding, and instead of helping, the staff, including the employee named Kristie, began laughing. The situation felt like an act of racism due to my language skills. Treating customers this way is unacceptable and lacks ethics. I experienced poor treatment and disrespect throughout the interaction. I hope you address this matter appropriately without the need for legal action. Thank you for considering my report.

I visited the Burger King in Pennsville, New Jersey and ordered using a coupon for two Whoppers, fries, and a drink, along with an eight-piece Chicken McNuggets. At the drive-thru, after receiving my bag, I noticed the drinks were missing. When I inquired, the employee made a sarcastic comment and finally gave me the drinks. However, the chicken nuggets were also missing. Despite paying for everything, I was made to feel bad for asking about my order. The employee joked about it, and when he returned with the nuggets, he sarcastically said, "Here, Merry Christmas, another freebie." I expect better treatment and service at Burger King. The disappointment continued when I found the Whopper to be cold and the bun stale. I ended up eating my meal at Acme instead. This experience left me unsatisfied. You can contact me at [redacted]. Today, around 9:15, I visited Burger King on Jones Creek Rd. in Baton Rouge, LA. I intended to dine inside, but the doors were locked. I proceeded to the drive-thru to place an order, but no one responded through the speaker after waiting for 15 minutes and calling out for assistance. I even drove around to the pickup window, but still encountered no staff present. Frustrated by the lack of response despite seeing four cars in the parking lot, I eventually had to leave. I would appreciate a complimentary meal as a gesture of goodwill due to this disappointing experience.

There have been issues of sexual harassment at work. Lucy, the manager, is disrespectful to all employees except Dasmie, another manager. She antagonizes and yells at us; I suspect she may be using drugs. I have proof on my phone with camera footage. Lucy brings her personal problems to work, curses at everyone, picks on specific people, and has had confrontations with customers due to her behavior. She closes the lobby early, making everyone use the drive-thru. I believe she is unfit to be a manager. Additionally, she inappropriately touched one of the male employees. This Burger King needs to address these issues; two of the managers are not following company policies.

I received a $15 off coupon as an apology for a mistake. I tried to use it on an order just over $15, which amounted to $15.08, but the system keeps prompting me to contact customer support. I've reached out multiple times without any response, and this has been ongoing for a while now, leaving me unable to order food to feed my hungry children. It's frustrating that I can't speak to an actual person at Burker King for help.

On Wednesday, July 19, [redacted], I purchased a Large Impossible meal from Burger King's Medford location at [redacted] North Ocean Ave. Shortly after consuming the meal, approximately 10 minutes later, I experienced an extremely bloated feeling in my lower abdomen, just above my crotch. This discomfort has persisted and worsened as of 1:31pm on Thursday, July 20, [redacted].
I placed my order via the drive-thru in a Blue [redacted] KIA Optima. I suspect that someone or multiple team members may have tampered with my food intentionally to cause this issue.
The order was made between 5pm and 6pm. I believe reviewing the security footage at that location will confirm my experience.

I visit Burger King on Highway 5 in Douglasville, Georgia daily and typically order the burrito. However, for the past two days, my burrito has been cold, and the service has been very unpleasant. Due to this experience, I have decided that I will no longer be returning to this location and will either go out of my way to another Burger King or stop dining at Burger King altogether. I believe it's important to support businesses where customer service is valued. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and that others do not have to go through the same experience. I am writing with a concern about the behavior of the manager, Valentin, at the BK in Bristol, Connecticut. My 10-year-old daughter was frightened when she witnessed Valentin being disrespectful and speaking rudely to employees. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in the presence of customers. I've heard negative things about Valentin from a coworker, and even my wife experienced his rudeness when she complained about oversalted fries.
I let it go before, but now it's too much. Valentin needs to be dealt with as his behavior is intolerable. As a customer, I believe we deserve respect. Valentin needs to treat employees with respect and not abuse his position. It's either he changes his ways or he should be removed. I don't wish to engage in discussions with anyone, especially Valentin, as he is the issue that needs to be addressed. Thank you.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at BK in Fort Madison, Iowa. I ordered a small drink but was charged $2.99, which I believe is overpriced. When I raised this concern with the manager, I received a lot of evasive responses. I even took pictures of the menu board which did not display drink prices. This lack of transparency is concerning and I plan to report this to the authorities as it feels like deceptive pricing to me. The manager was unhelpful and did not address the issue, leaving me unsatisfied with the service. It seems like a change in management might be necessary at this location.

My wife and I visited Burger King in Newton, Iowa. Unfortunately, the nuggets I ordered were incredibly greasy. When I brought it to the attention of the person who seemed to be the manager, a young blonde individual, they accused me of lying and refused to fix the mistake. The staff was unprofessional and made smart remarks. I have worked in fast food for years and have never experienced such incompetence. This kind of behavior is why the store is struggling, due to workers like this manager. I have decided I will not be returning to this location after this disappointing experience.
