I recently visited your store at the Burger King in Kingsland, Georgia in Camden County on Boone Avenue. The cashier, a black female, kept me waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru even though there were no other cars. She then displayed a bad attitude, cursed at me, and refused to provide her name when I requested it. Additionally, I did not receive my receipt, which made it difficult to identify the cashier. I believe this behavior needs to be addressed promptly.

I have observed a Kia vehicle with license plate number LSR [redacted] parked in the first handicapped spot at the Monaca restaurant in PA. This vehicle is parked there daily for extended periods, leaving the other handicapped spots occupied. As a customer with a handicap tag, I also had to park far away due to the lack of available spaces closer to the entrance. This situation does not prioritize customers' needs. I believe some action should be taken to address this concern. Thank you.

There seems to be an issue involving the Burger King located at [redacted] Greenbelt Rd, Greenbelt, MD, locking its doors 20 minutes before the posted closing hours. This particular Burger King has a history of closing early and forcing customers to use the drive-thru instead of dining in. Upon attempting to enter when the doors were locked, the staff directed the writer to use the drive-thru and ignored their presence. To address this concern, the individual took their business to Five Guys instead. It is suggested that the management of this Burger King location be informed to adhere to the posted hours of operation.

I want to report a concerning incident that occurred at Burger King in Fortuna, CA on Saturday (6/3/23). While waiting for my order, I overheard a staff member being unprofessionally treated by the assistant manager. When I returned to address this issue with the manager, I was wrongfully accused of being racially disrespectful and asked to leave. I contacted the Fortuna Police for assistance, and they agreed that such behavior was unacceptable. I believe this incident should be brought to your attention and resolved so that I can continue to visit your restaurant. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I recently went through the drive-through at the Burger King on Montgomery Highway in Hoover, Alabama. I noticed some employees talking to a car in the parking lot. One of the employees wearing a headset walked past me without taking my order. When I tried to place my order at the window, she told me to move to the second window before I could finish. When I explained that I wasn't done, she seemed confused. Frustrated, I left without completing my order. It's disappointing to see a decline in customer service, especially after a nearby Burger King closed for the same reason. Despite offering popular items like the Impossible Burger, which wasn't available during my visit, the service needs improvement at this location. It's understandable that staffing can be challenging, but this experience was unacceptable.

I made a purchase at the drive-thru around 2:54. Despite no other customers ahead of me and a nearly empty dining area, it took until 3:11 to receive my Whopper with cheese (no mayo) and small fries. To my disappointment, the fries were missing and the burger was cold upon inspecting the bag. I returned inside for the missing fries and received them without any apology. Upon checking the burger, it had mayo despite the clear "no mayo" instruction on the order slip. After requesting the correct order, I received it without an apology once more. The service lacked proper customer care and the quality control was subpar. This incident occurred at the Waynesburg PA [redacted] location.

This past Saturday, I had a disappointing experience at a fast-food drive-through. I mentioned my time constraints as I ordered breakfast for myself and a client. Despite requesting identical orders, my bags were incomplete - missing potatoes and condiments. Upon reaching my destination, I contacted the Burger King on Mansfield Park Ave. However, the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and abruptly ended the call. My subsequent attempts to reach them were fruitless as the line remained busy for over an hour. As a loyal customer, I was frustrated by this interaction at one of my preferred breakfast spots.

I had a disappointing experience at the Burger King on Hwy K near Hwy N in Ofallon, MO. I usually get the coupon for 2 Whoppers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks, but it wasn't available this time. When I ordered without it, they charged me $11.23, which seemed reasonable considering the usual price with the coupon. After payment, I only received 1 soda instead of 2. When I questioned this, confusion arose about my order. The situation escalated when I asked for a refund. The employees' attitude and service were unsatisfactory. Despite being a fan of their well-cooked hamburgers, I won't be returning due to this incident. Customer service is crucial, and I expected better treatment. It's unfortunate to have to say goodbye to this location after being a regular customer. - B. B.

Dear Burger King,
I wrote to you last year regarding the possibility of having a Burger King in Alpena, Michigan. Despite receiving a response that your team would investigate it, I never received any further updates. Alpena, a city with three successful McDonald's but no Burger King, had a poorly managed BK in an old building five years ago. I vented my frustration on social media and found many others echoing my sentiments. Nearby towns like Indian River have prosperous Burger Kings, and Alpena, with its large stores like WAL-MART and Meijer, seems viable for a BK too. Though I might sound persistent, my passion for Burger King fueled this letter. As a retired Girls' Basketball Coach with a successful record of [[redacted]-79], I am accustomed to achieving goals. I urge you to revisit the possibility of opening a Burger King in Alpena. Many fans in Alpena and nearby areas share my enthusiasm. Thank you for your attention.
Best, Karl M.

Today around 3 o'clock, I visited Burger King on Richie Highway and Mountain Road. Unfortunately, 70% of the tables were dirty, and the restaurant seemed quite unkempt. Despite ordering my food and noticing the cleanliness issues, there appeared to be a shortage of staff. The overall experience left much to be desired, especially with the sticky floors and lack of cleanliness. I shared my concerns with the manager and even took photos to highlight the state of the restaurant. It's disappointing to see a decline in the cleanliness and service quality of a place that used to be enjoyable.

The food quality at the Burger King in Hamilton, Ontario, on [redacted] Centennial Parkway North is extremely poor. The breakfast sandwiches are consistently served ice cold, and the hash browns are always overcooked. This ongoing issue has left me no choice but to file a complaint. Unfortunately, all the phone numbers listed online for this location are non-functional, preventing me from contacting the store directly. I strongly believe that this location should be closed down, and I plan to report them to the health board for their unacceptable practices.

On Tuesday morning, I visited Burger King on Ann Street in Montgomery, Alabama, with a coupon for breakfast. I ordered two croissant meals at the speaker, but there seemed to be confusion about the options. The employee rudely asked for my drink choice and directed me to the second window without confirming my meal preference. When I handed her the coupon, she insisted they would go by the default choice if not specified, despite my attempts to explain my preference at the speaker. Despite my clear voice projection, she claimed I spoke softly. Frustrated by the lack of customer service, I asked for my coupon back and decided to leave. The employee then accused me of being rude. I hope the staff can receive further training on how to treat customers respectfully to avoid negative word-of-mouth and protect the business's reputation.

This morning, around 11 a.m., I placed an order at Burger King located at [redacted] New Jesup Hwy in Brunswick, GA. The order total was $6.72, and I gave $6.75 but was not given any change back. I found it unacceptable that they had no change to offer, and I did not receive an apology. When I received my order from an employee, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, suggesting that they should not be open if they cannot provide change. The employee redirected me to the manager when I wanted to address the issue further. Unfortunately, I did not receive a receipt to identify the store number. The lack of change given and the overall customer service at this Burger King location are disappointing. This experience has led me to decide not to return to this store.

I had an unpleasant experience while doordashing at the Burger King on University Drive in Huntsville near Target. I would like to file a complaint about the manager. Upon my arrival, the manager was late, resulting in the store being closed. A helpful employee informed me about the situation. When the manager finally arrived, she displayed a disrespectful attitude. I attempted to pick up a customer's order, but the manager rudely denied me entry, stating that they were open but I couldn't come in. This treatment was unacceptable, and I have never encountered such behavior from a manager. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I will not be returning to that location.

After seeing the enticing images of the Whopper Melt, I eagerly placed an order to try it out. To my disappointment, upon unwrapping the sandwich at home, I noticed (I have photos for reference) that the bread on all three sandwiches was essentially untoasted. I contacted the restaurant, spoke with the manager, and was informed that this was how the sandwich was supposed to be. I now question why a product is showcased in a way that does not match the advertised presentation, which, in my opinion, amounts to false advertisement. I ended up spending more than $30 on these below-average sandwiches and am considering raising this issue with the media.

On June 23rd, my family and I visited our local Burger King on Dixie Highway in Radcliff, Kentucky. We ordered three junior bacon cheeseburgers with light mayo, which were supposed to come with lettuce and tomato. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, we found that the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The lettuce was not fresh, the tomatoes were soggy, and there was an excessive amount of mayo on the burgers. I contacted the store a couple of days later and spoke to a manager named Matt. He acknowledged my complaint but did not offer a solution or address the problem effectively. Overall, the food quality was subpar and the management’s response was unsatisfactory. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

We used the drive-thru service and when we arrived home, we noticed our order was missing items. We returned to the store seeking a refund, but the employee was unhelpful and rude. They offered a $10 refund, suggesting we return the next day to speak with the manager, then abruptly closed the window on us. We contacted the sheriff's department, but they advised it was a civil matter. We just want a refund of the full $18.38 for the incomplete order we returned. Regrettably, due to this experience, your restaurant will no longer be on our list of dining options.

During my visit to Burger King at [redacted] Sterling Road, specifically Burger King #[redacted] with Host Rose, I encountered a disappointing experience on Saturday night, June 24, [redacted], around 10:30 pm. While in the drive-thru, I waited for 30 minutes without anyone taking my order. To my surprise, four individuals walked up to the window and were served before me. This unusual situation led to a further delay in receiving my order. After voicing my concerns, I was eventually able to place my order at 11:18 PM. The entire process of ordering two chicken sandwiches with fries, chicken nuggets, and a frozen mango took an additional 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service, slow service, and unattentive employees have deterred me from returning to this Burger King location.

Location: Bellingham, WA on Telegraph Rd.
Manager: Nicole (unsure about spelling)
I am extremely frustrated. It took me 20 minutes and I still couldn't talk to a real person. I don't want to go into details, but I won't be returning until Store Manager Nicole is no longer there. I don't need any compensation, I just want to be treated with respect. I'm tired of people misusing their power and speaking down to me like a child. At the age of 60, this behavior is unacceptable. I refuse to wait three weeks to speak to someone. Your company really struggles with connecting customers to a live person. Direct contact is important instead of relying solely on online communication. This poor customer service leads to a loss in revenue for the store.
