I visited the Burger King on Southside in Parkersburg, WV [redacted] where I encountered the general manager. When I tried to pay for my order with three newly opened gift cards, the first one was declined. The manager was unpleasant, implying that I must have already used it. After successfully using the other two gift cards, she was unhelpful and kept insisting the issue was on my end. Her attitude was poor, and she even made an error on the register and then offered to cover the rest of the payment. Her lack of customer service and attitude might deter me from returning to this specific Burger King location in the future, despite being a former employee of a Burger King in Belpre, Ohio.

This morning, on 5/10/[redacted], at 8:22am, I was placing an order at the drive-thru at Burger King. The lady taking my order kept interrupting me and rushing me. When I asked if she had taken my order at the pick-up window, she rudely responded that she wasn't talking to me. Her unprofessional behavior continued when I asked for her name, and she slammed the window shut. Another employee, Danielle, witnessed the incident but didn't intervene. I found out the rude lady's name, Nicole, from my receipt. I visit this Burger King regularly with my foster kids, and I've never experienced such disrespectful treatment before. Nicole's behavior was unacceptable, and she even refused to hand me my food, leaving it to Danielle. I believe Nicole's poor customer service and nasty attitude are not suitable for a place like Burger King. I hope my complaint is addressed properly. Thank you.

I visited the store with my wife on Sunday, May 14. There was debris in front of the counter which my wife brought to their attention. The staff acknowledged they were busy but did not clean it up even though more employees arrived. I noticed the men's restroom had water all over the floor but when I reported it, I was met with a similar response about the staff being busy. I almost slipped but hit my head on the wall, fortunately avoiding a fall. The lack of response made me consider going to the hospital and holding the store accountable. It's disappointing when staff members are unresponsive to such issues, especially when customers choose to address them. The whole experience left me with a headache. - Hank

I visited [redacted] Merchants Drive, Dallas, GA [redacted], and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The establishment was untidy, and the staff appeared indifferent and unhelpful. I was compelled to use a credit card due to their lack of available cash. The employees exhibited poor attitudes throughout my visit. The drinks lacked flavor, and the food was unappetizing, to the point where I could not eat it. Despite being the only customers present, the service was incredibly slow. I have decided not to return to this particular Burger King location, as it is concerning to see such poor service which may negatively impact the business. After discussing with others, it seems like they have had similar negative encounters at this location.

My wife and I went to your store in Kingdom City, MO. There was another couple ahead of us, and no one was at the drive-thru. Three workers were chatting at the counter and didn't acknowledge us. After 5 minutes, my wife asked about the opening time. One worker casually said 6 on weekdays and 7 on weekends, while all three started laughing. I decided to leave. At 70 years old, I've never experienced such disrespect. We weren't greeted, just laughed at and ignored. I understand the struggle to find workers, but mistreating customers will only make it worse. This incident occurred at 10 am on Tuesday, 5/16.

I had a disappointing experience at Adelphi’s Plaza in Freehold, NJ. My hearing impairment made it difficult during the drive-thru, and the staff member was unkind when I asked for clarification. The ice cream machine wasn't working, and the service at the Burger King on Shanck Road was unusually slow. I believe the high prices don't match the quality of the freshly-made items. The employees were impolite, the management seemed inexperienced, and the overall service did not meet my expectations. I feel that Burger King has become too expensive and unfriendly compared to other fast-food chains like Wendy’s. I visited your St. Cloud store and previously had a significant issue with an order mix-up. They provided me with a $10 discount offer, but at the Burger King in St. Cloud, their broiler, or whatever their grill equipment is, is out of service, so they can only prepare fried foods. They mentioned they are unsure how to apply the $10 off without it being a mobile coupon. Since I do not use the mobile app, I am unsure of what steps to take. Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 number 7 meals with large fries and onion rings with cheese. When I got home, there was no cheese on the sandwiches. I called and spoke with the manager, Patrick. He asked me to come back to remake the order. I returned to the store, opting to go inside this time. While there, I witnessed an employee sweeping the floor then handling food, scooping French fries into bags. It was very unpleasant, so I requested a full refund. I'm appalled by the unsanitary food handling practices at this establishment. I have decided not to eat there again. It's essential to monitor who is preparing and serving food.

This Saturday, May 13th, my family and I visited the Burger King in Soledad. While inside, I spotted a melt on the menu that caught my eye. However, when I tried to order it, I was informed that the item had been discontinued, despite it still being listed on the menu. As I was the last one in my family to order, we opted to cancel the entire order and dine elsewhere. Additionally, there was a sign indicating they were out of lettuce, which seemed odd as no other nearby establishments had the same issue.

As a former Burger King employee, I've been attempting to reach out to the store manager and district manager regarding my missing paycheck. Despite repeated attempts, I have not been able to connect with anyone. I was informed by Miss Vicki that my paycheck was sent out over a month ago, but I have yet to receive it. This is causing me distress as I worked hard for those 6 hours and deserve to be compensated. I am frustrated by the lack of clarity on this matter and would appreciate guidance on the next steps to retrieve my rightfully earned wages from Burger King.

I visited the Burger King on Hwy. 54 in Owensboro, Ky., about 45 minutes ago. I encountered a very rude cashier at the front counter. As I waited to place my order, she was chatting with another employee and seemed uninterested in helping me. When I asked if she was taking orders, she responded in a hateful tone, saying, "I am, but I'm getting this order out, ma'am," and gave me a nasty look. I was taken aback by her attitude and won't be returning due to her behavior towards customers. Though I don't know her name, she was a young woman with shoulder-length dark hair. I've heard other customers complain about her as well. Burger King should address her disrespectful interactions with customers. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I have been employed at Burger King for approximately 8 months. Unfortunately, I am facing a difficult situation where the husband of one of my managers is making me uncomfortable. Despite expressing disinterest in his advances, he continues to physically harass me by punching me and engaging in disruptive behavior during my breaks. Additionally, when I needed to call off due to health reasons, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the management when my call was abruptly ended. This ongoing mistreatment and lack of support from management has made working at the restaurant unbearable for me.

On May 25, [redacted], at around 3 p.m., I placed an order for $57.16 using the Burger King mobile app, paid with my debit card, and the funds were deducted from my account. Despite waiting, my order never arrived, and when I contacted the store, they couldn't locate it. The next day, May 26, [redacted], I called again and was told by the same person that the 3rd party delivery service, DoorDash, canceled my order due to insufficient funds. I verified with my bank on May 26, [redacted], at 9:30 a.m., that the transaction had been processed and the funds were deducted. I took my granddaughter to eat at Burger King [redacted]. The floors were wet and slippery, which was not ideal for customers entering. The food took forever to be served, and when it arrived, the burger and fries were cold and stale. Unfortunately, my granddaughter burnt her tongue on the hot and greasy chicken nuggets. Despite the disappointing experience, the only positive was the good lemonade. I don't plan to return to this location in the future.

I visited the Burger King location at Byrne Rd and Heatherdowns Blvd. in Toledo, OH yesterday, June 1st at 5:07 PM. I placed an order for 2 Whopper Jr sandwiches as part of the $5 deal currently available. By 5:29 PM, after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I inquired about a refund from the cashier due to the delay. The Manager intervened and asked why I wanted a refund in a rude manner. Despite this, I calmly explained the situation and received the $5 refund. I requested a receipt for the refund, and the Manager, once again, was impolite and denied giving me one. This experience was exceptionally poor, especially considering the number of staff present at the location. Despite apparent staffing levels, service was lacking, potentially due to poor leadership and apathetic employees. The focus on expediting drive-thru orders at the expense of in-store customers was also noticeable, adding to the disappointing visit. Ultimately, this subpar service may deter me from returning to Burger King in the future.
