Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently purchased a Pocket Projector Pro from one of your stores in New Jersey, USA. I reside in Chennai, India.
I have been attempting to connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 smartphone to the projector without success. Each time I try, I receive the message "NO SIGNAL" on the screen.
Could you please advise if there is a specific app or accessory that needs to be used to establish a connection between the phone and the projector? I attempted to reach out through your website but have not received any response, hence this email.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.

I recently got my Password Safe, and after spending hours entering all my passwords, I set up a password to log in. Unfortunately, the "caps lock" key on the device isn't working now, preventing me from using my password with a capital letter. I don't have the manual for this device, so I would appreciate it if you could email me a copy of the user manual.

I was disappointed to find out that Brookstone is no longer a customer-facing retailer in my local mall. That being said, I have the Brookstone Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat. The charger indicates that there is power, but the unit will not turn on. I would like to understand the process for getting this replaced. Last year, a sales associate in the store took down my information and entered it into the system.

I bought a Brookstone heated throw model #191TH001 from Bed Bath & Beyond in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada last Christmas. Today, when I tried to turn it on, it didn't work. I've checked for split wires and always followed the care instructions. The store directed me to contact Brookstone. I believe the product should have lasted longer. I bought another one for my elderly mother this Christmas. I would like a replacement to ensure she doesn't encounter the same issue. Thank you, Wendy.

My father truly appreciates your Brookstone heating blankets. Dealing with poor circulation and anemia, he relies on them to keep warm at night in chilly Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, he has faced issues with two blankets purchased from Bed Bath & Beyond. The most recent one purchased near Christmas [redacted] stopped working last week, causing disappointment. While I lent him my blanket, he insists the Brookstone ones are significantly warmer. We are seeking assistance to resolve this matter, whether it involves sending in the faulty blankets or following a different procedure. I purchased Brookstone touch earbuds at Seatac Airport but unfortunately left behind the box and instructions. I believe they are the nano touch model, featuring an egg-shaped case with designated left and right plug-ins and a percentage symbol. The headphones and case don't have any visible buttons. I searched online for instructions without success. Other similar models mention holding down the button on the right earbud for 7 seconds to turn on, but I couldn't get them to work by trying the touchpad. I was disappointed not to use them on my recent flight or vacation. I would appreciate any assistance in turning them on and syncing them with my phone before my 5 pm flight tomorrow. I am having trouble with one of the controllers for my Brookstone heated mattress pad. I followed the instructions provided, and the controller initially worked but has now stopped working after three uses. This is the second Brookstone pad I have owned with the same issue of the controllers ceasing to function. I have tested the controller in different outlets, but it does not light up or work at all. I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement controller.

Order #[redacted] was placed on Nov 29, [redacted]. I bought Brookstone headphones, but unfortunately, the band has broken. Despite calling multiple times over the past two weeks, I was only given a closed number for the warranty department due to covid. I have tried numerous times to resolve this issue but to no avail. I kindly request assistance in replacing the headphones or providing a credit for a new set. Thank you.
