I have been encountering difficulties trying to login and transfer my data to Overwatch 2. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to link my account to my PlayStation before Overwatch 1 servers were shut down. Upon logging into Overwatch 2, I found myself on a different account. I am concerned about losing all the progress and items I had accumulated. Is there a way to retrieve my lost data, and if so, how can I go about it? The issue stems from the failure to link my PlayStation account to Battle.net before the servers were taken offline, resulting in a different account being assigned when Overwatch 2 launched. I'm unable to access the login details for my previous account.

In [redacted], I purchased the Overwatch 1 Legendary Edition which included the Blackwatch Reaper and Wild Bastion skins. With the launch of Overwatch 2, I thought I had lost them, but after merging my PS4 account with my current PC account, I realized I have everything back except for those two specific skins. I am missing the Blackwatch Reaper and Wild Bastion skins, which are essential to me as they were the ones I used the most. I would like to inquire if there is a way to recover these skins as they hold sentimental value to me and I am unable to use them at present.

I need assistance as my account was hacked through a phishing scam. The hacker impersonated a Blizzard Game Master and threatened to block my account if I didn't click on a link. They changed both my password and email, and potentially my phone number too. I am unsure if I can receive text messages from Blizzard. I didn't realize how Game Masters are identified until after the incident. I tried to contact the scammer in-game, but they were not online.

I was under the impression that Overwatch 2 was going to be a completely new game, but it turned out to be more of a copy and paste of Overwatch 1's season 2. The misleading advertisement about needing to "upgrade" to play Overwatch 2 was frustrating, especially since it's free for Overwatch 1 owners. The lack of substantial changes makes it feel like a waste of time and money for those who preordered or bought it. I feel like I should be refunded for this unfulfilling purchase, especially since Overwatch 1 already provided similar content.

I recently downloaded Overwatch 2 and am having trouble logging in at the main menu. I input my email address or phone number in the top box and my password in the bottom box. Despite numerous attempts, it fails each time. I've tried my email, then phone number, even changed my password, all to no avail. I followed all the steps on the support page detailing my problem, but nothing worked. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice, still no success. Please assist in resolving this issue so I can enjoy playing Overwatch 2 without these persistent login problems. Thank you for your help, Blizzard.

On 10-13-22 at 5:20 PM Central Time, I attempted to merge my PS4 account with my Nintendo Switch account. Unfortunately, the merging process went wrong, causing me to lose all my progress, heroes, battle pass advancements, unlocks (mostly in the mid-20s), my friends list necessary for gameplay, and my recent purchase. I bought the game back in July or August, and I've been playing since last year. I'm seeking help to recover my account. I still wish to merge my systems, but I prefer the information from my PS4 to be transferred to my Nintendo Switch. I tried looking for a way to submit a ticket, but I couldn't find one. It's now Friday, 10-14-22, and it's 8:00 AM Central Time. I am unable to enjoy the game without my hard-earned items, purchased items, and friends. Thank you for your assistance.

I am experiencing an issue with my Overwatch 2 account related to merging accounts. I previously played Overwatch 1 without a Battle Net account, and upon migrating to Overwatch 2, my progress did not carry over. After creating a Battle Net account and linking it to my PS4 account, I lost access to all characters, including Kiriko, as well as my Battle Pass levels. I had to redo the training as well. Upon unlinking my PS4 account from Battle Net, I encountered a bug prompting me to scan a QR code that leads me to an unrelated Blizzard site page. My account name is Jubai, and I had specific settings for Genji, Reaper, Ana, Kiriko, and Hanzo. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email notification on 12 October from Blizzard.net indicating that my account's email address had been altered without my permission. The email address associated with my account is [redacted], and I did not initiate this change. The email I received contained the following information: "Hello Rhen#[redacted], We wanted to let you know that some information was changed for your account: Your account's e-mail address has been updated." I am unable to access my account due to the system indicating that my account name is invalid. I am requesting that my account be reverted to its original state prior to this unauthorized alteration. I can provide proof of ownership through years of billing records. My account holds significant investments of both funds and time, and I am determined to prevent any theft. Hello, good afternoon! I'm having an issue with playing Overwatch 2 because my Blizzard account is linked to the wrong Xbox account. I play on Xbox and want to link my correct Xbox One account, but I'm unable to because I need to wait a year to make the change. The wrong account name is Plantwarrior609, and the correct one is TIO PLANTA. Hello, I have been playing Overwatch 2 since its release, and I have completed a minimum of [redacted] competitive matches this season. After the bug at the game's launch that placed us in Bronze 5 regardless of winning placement matches, I am now "stuck" in Silver 3 despite having won 6 sets of 7 matches (42 wins and less than 10 losses). Additionally, my PC career stats are incorrect, showing the number of matches played unchanged and character statistics inaccurate (for example, I mainly play Soldier 76 in ranked, but it shows 0 matches and only 5 minutes played). I also play Overwatch 2 on Xbox Series X, and I believe this "bug" not updating my matches or rank despite winning streaks started after playing ranked on Xbox with the same account (my Xbox account is linked to my Battle.net account). Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the new Call of Duty game and would like a refund. The game is unplayable as it keeps crashing, especially when trying to play with friends. The quality is subpar and it feels like it was released unfinished. The maps are also disappointing. Overall, this is the worst Call of Duty game I have experienced in years. I am frustrated with the company for releasing such a flawed product and feel like my money has been stolen. I have lost faith in your ability to deliver a good gaming experience and will not be purchasing any more of your products. I hope you take feedback like mine into consideration for future games.

I have a simple query. I used to play Overwatch 1 on PlayStation 4 using a disc but now own a digital edition PlayStation 5 and cannot access it. I have forgotten the password and email linked to the account. Despite trying all recovery methods to no avail, I wonder if there is a way to contact an employee to regain access, perhaps using my IP address. I recently experienced harassment during a Heroes of the Storm match. The individual used offensive language and made hurtful remarks about my family. I reported the player but also ended up being banned after they reported me. It was distressing, especially given my personal history and the threats directed at me. I have encountered hate speech before and feel the need to address this recurring issue. I value speaking to someone directly to express my concerns, preferably via phone. Despite the reporting, the player I had issues with resurfaced later, suggesting that my previous complaints may not have been adequately addressed.

One of my World of Warcraft characters is stuck underground, causing the game to crash whenever I try to use it. I've attempted the cog wheel scan, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and even tried using other characters first without success. Unfortunately, it crashes before I can capture a screenshot. The error code I receive is WOW [redacted]9. I believe this issue requires the attention of a Blizzard Programmer, but I am uncertain how to contact them directly.

I am unable to access my account as I no longer possess the phone with the authenticator app. Despite contacting customer support and being informed that the authenticator was disabled, it remains active. The system protocol seems illogical; to change the authenticator, I need to log in, but without the current phone, this is impossible. The support process feels like an endless loop with no resolution in sight. This experience has been frustrating, and I no longer wish to engage with this service if such obstacles persist. The support platform appears ineffective, and I refuse to invest further in a system that provides inadequate assistance when needed.

I am experiencing an issue with merging my Overwatch account with my almost 3-year-old account. Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention the issues with your ban system. My account got banned due to unauthorized access by a hacker who utilized cheats. I have provided evidence of the hacking incidents, including the hacker contacting my friends through Blizzard chat. Despite never engaging in any cheating activity, my account was compromised, leading me to enhance my security measures by changing all passwords and introducing the authenticator app. Please reconsider and lift the ban since I have not violated any rules. Being greeted with an automated response dismissing my appeal as unfortunate is disheartening. Kindly review your decision, as the current ban system unfairly impacts innocent individuals like me. I have shared screenshots displaying the hacker's failed login attempts despite the authenticator, alongside the messages exchanged. I am seeking assistance for an issue I am experiencing and have been unable to reach a live representative. The problem occurred when my character disconnected while launching into dragonflying. Upon attempting to log back in, I faced immediate disconnection and have since been unable to access my character. Despite trying various solutions from the Forum, such as removing add-ons, clearing the WTF folder, and utilizing self-service character unstuck, I was directed to "submit a ticket" with no apparent means to do so for this specific issue. I am in need of help as I had taken time off work to enjoy the new expansion, only to find myself unable to play as a result of this complication.
