As a priest who learned the Pattern: Robe of the Archmage, I was aware that the item is bind on equip, but not that the item it creates would be bind on pickup. It's frustrating that I couldn't use the item or sell it for gold on the AH. This situation is making me consider quitting the game as a new player. I feel like my time and effort have been wasted due to this unexpected outcome. I wish there was a warning in place to prevent this issue. Is there a way to have the item returned or to receive compensation for the lost time and gold?

Last week, I encountered an issue where my hard drive crashed while playing the game. Unfortunately, I am now unable to recall my account password. My character's name is Skyeagle, and I purchased the Balltechest on Diablo 3 for $39. I have already contacted support with limited details. While playing World of Warcraft on my character Babdjicen in the guild Goat, I got disconnected. Upon trying to reconnect, I received a message stating, "We can't find that Blizzard Account." I checked my email and found a "Blizzard Account - Account change notice" email confirming that my account's email address was updated. The email was received at 19:36 while I was doing Dungeons. The characters I was playing with were Swae (Undead Priest) and Solbe (Undead Mage), along with two others whose names I can't recall. My Undead Mage, Babdjicen, is level 32 on the Morgrain server. I also have other characters on the same server: Fjals (60 Druid), Spiesnigel (52 Hunter), Flemsedum (12 Rogue), Denzul (14 Warrior). My Blizzard account includes Starcraft 2 Heart of the Swarm, Diablo 3, and Hearthstone. I recently received an in-game message from a Blizzard GM, but I can't remember its content. I tried to prove ownership by confirming my account on BattleNet and receiving a security code (NNL8V6) to my email [redacted] Unfortunately, I encountered further issues and was disconnected on December 9, [redacted], at 19:40. The lost account's email is [redacted], and the battle tag is babdjicen#[redacted]. Any help in recovering my account, where I have invested many hours over the years, would be appreciated.

I purchased the $[redacted] edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from the Blizzard store with high hopes of enjoyment. While I did like the campaign, I found the online modes quite disappointing. I attempted to revisit the single-player campaign, but it didn't bring back the initial enjoyment. I feel it's a waste to have such an expensive game in my library and would greatly appreciate a refund. I have proof of purchase and am eager to pursue any available options to reclaim my money. The overall experience was not worth the investment.

Hello! I haven't played Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls in a while, but when I recently logged into my account, it indicated that I no longer owned the game. I re-downloaded the game for free (without the Reaper of Souls expansion) but my characters were missing, and my Blizzard account didn't have any of my friends listed. I'm reluctant to start over as I invested numerous hours in the game and had acquired some top-tier gear. Could my account have been deactivated due to inactivity? Any assistance in resolving this issue would be highly valued.

While enjoying playing Diablo 3, my account unexpectedly logged me out without any violation of the Terms of Service or any prior issues. Despite multiple attempts to regain access by resetting the password, I am continuously faced with the "incorrect password" message. I have dedicated countless hours and funds to this account since [redacted] and suddenly find myself unable to retrieve any of it. To add to the frustration, I am unable to submit a ticket on the website due to too many unsuccessful attempts. This situation is distressing, and I am uncertain about how to proceed. I accidentally purchased the wrong Hearthstone packs using all my in-game gold. While playing on my phone, I got frustrated with the new shop layout and mistakenly bought packs for the Saviors of Uldum expansion instead of the Descent of Dragons. I was eagerly anticipating the new expansion and would be grateful if you could exchange my packs for the correct set. I have come across various discussions on Battle.net and Reddit indicating that this type of change is feasible and has been done by support in the past.

I was logged out of my Battle.net account and unable to recover my password as the associated email is outdated. I tried contacting Blizzard through their support page with no success, even after sending photos of my ID. I just want to access my account to play the newest Hearthstone expansion. I need to know how to recover my Battle.net account, change the email, and regain access to Hearthstone with a current email. Thank you.

I have downloaded the CODMW program twice, but it still won't start. I see the activation screen and then another screen before it directs me to a sign-in page stating I don't own the game. It's crucial that this issue is resolved promptly. I have my purchase details and transaction number available if necessary. This problem has persisted for several days now. I was playing a competitive game on Havana with my friends and a random player when I experienced a disconnection 10 seconds before the end of the match. After quickly rejoining, I discovered that I was suspended for 10 minutes despite our team winning. Consequently, I lost 50 SR, dropping from [redacted] to [redacted]. I did not intentionally leave the game and am requesting assistance to rectify this situation as it was only a short disconnection right before the game concluded. I am seeking a refund for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 due to severe performance issues, even though my computer meets the requirements. When trying to initiate the refund process, I was deemed ineligible. I firmly believe I should receive a refund, as I waited for updates to address these widespread performance issues, which have affected many users as evident from various support platforms. My account [redacted] seems to have two accounts linked to it. I am the owner of both the sub accounts and the main account. I have already purchased BFA for one sub account and do not want to have to buy it again for the one without BFA. My aim is to unlock the Dark Iron Dwarfs using my level [redacted] Demon Hunter (currently deleted) by restoring it and transferring my Undead Rogue to the Alliance, converting them into a Dark Iron Dwarf. Hello, I recently got logged out of my Hearthstone account and I am unable to log back in despite numerous attempts. It says my account is not recognized. Since my school disabled the email associated with the account two years ago, I cannot reset my password or receive any code emails. I've had no issues logging in and out of my account until now, and I have been playing Hearthstone for over 6 years with all my progress stored there. I preordered the new expansion, "Descent of Dragons," but now cannot open the packs. I played a ranked match where a teammate who performed poorly in a prior match ended up in my team. During the banning phase, he accidentally banned his hero and chose Abathur, intentionally dying over 15 times and trolling in chat. This behavior led to our defeat, causing me to lose [redacted] points, which is an unusually significant loss for me. I hope there is a way to address this situation.

Hello, I took a break from gaming on my PC, and now as I return, I suspect that my Blizzard account has been hacked. When I tried to log in, my password didn't work, so I attempted the "forgot my password" feature. However, when I entered my email address, it said no account was found. I was puzzled, so I checked my emails and found two recent emails. The first was a password reset request and the second one notified me of an email update for the account. I am seeking a refund for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare due to the game being unplayable on my computer. Unfortunately, I was denied a refund based on the 72-hour purchase window even though I've hardly played. Additionally, I would like a refund for the battle pass since I can no longer play the game. The response I received from both refund forms seemed to be a generic rejection without consideration for my individual circumstances.

I bought Modern Warfare believing my PC could handle it, but it can't run smoothly despite meeting the requirements. The game is unplayable due to low frame rates. I've tried tweaking settings for about an hour but support won't issue a refund citing "substantial playtime." I need to remove the Blizzard Authenticator from my account since my phone number changed a few months back. This has limited me to signing in via a laptop I have already authorized. I am facing issues signing into the Battle.net web portal. Currently, I can only access games through the launcher. I'm having trouble navigating the Battle.net support page because it requires either an Authenticator code or SMS code, both of which I cannot provide without my old phone number. I am disappointed and frustrated because after an update, some of my clips were deleted. Although my saved clips are intact, I put in a lot of effort to collect the deleted clips for my montage. I realize they may be gone, but I am holding onto hope that there might be a way to recover them. Retrieving these clips would be incredibly meaningful to me, and I have been eagerly anticipating the chance to get them back. If there is any possibility of recovering them, I would greatly appreciate it. My Overwatch account is under the name "Aspect." Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
