Hello, I recently fell victim to a scam involving Binance and bit-hivex.vip. They convinced me to transfer my funds to their website and then claimed I had received funds in my wallet, urging me to invest $20,[redacted] to secure my wallet. They used my Binance username 57ed06 to take $11,[redacted] from me. I have reported this to the police, and one individual from the group even deposited $7,[redacted] into my Binance account to deceive me further. Could you please help me investigate these scammers? I am unfamiliar with Bitcoin and how to navigate these situations, and they exploited my lack of knowledge to involve me in their scheme. I apologize for any inconvenience.

I established my verified account on this app a while back. Unfortunately, my mobile was reset, and I cannot recall which account ID I used to log in. I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my Binance account which occurred on [redacted] German time. The password has been reset and my phone number associated with the account has been deactivated, making it impossible for me to reset the password. The account is registered under the email address [redacted] I am not sure what steps to take next and I urgently need assistance in resetting my account. I no longer wish to use this email address. Good Morning Support Team, My name is Lucy E. Effanga. I had an account with Bundle Africa, which is now winding up. I received a text instructing me to transfer my remaining balance to Binance by opening an account there. I complied but faced difficulty with the transfer as I am not knowledgeable about crypto. After Bundle's closure, they informed me that my account was transferred to Binance. However, upon checking my Binance account, I did not find anything transferred over. I recently received a request from Binance to withdraw my cryptocurrency or my account will be deactivated. I tried to withdraw it, but the phone number verification has been altered without my consent. I contacted customer service and gave all the necessary identification and information. I was then informed that I did not provide enough proof of ownership of my cryptocurrency. I am the rightful owner of this account and this situation is causing me much stress. After going through the verification process on the crypto currency investment platform, I received an email instructing me to complete an advanced verification by transferring £5,[redacted] from my bank to the Binance AML wallet. I was told I would receive a reverse bank transfer once the verification was completed, but I have not yet received the funds. Despite the platform mentor confirming the process, I have not seen the funds deposited into my bank account. I am concerned as I cannot locate any record of the transfer in the Binance wallet. If the email from Binance indicating they received the funds is accurate, then it is worrying that the funds might be lost or stolen.

Being from a financially struggling family, I turned to friends and sent them up to 91,[redacted]. I am having trouble selling or withdrawing my LOOM on this platform. After entering the withdrawal amount and hitting preview, the screen remains light gray. I received the following update from Binance today. I am unfamiliar with the process and need assistance on how to transfer my funds to my Raiffeisenbank (RB) account in the Czech Republic. The instructions mention a deadline of 31.10.[redacted]. I speak German and Czech, but not English, and I am not sure how to open my wallet. I appreciate any help as I am above 70 years old.
