I am currently experiencing homelessness and working hard to secure employment and enroll in a rehabilitation program to improve my circumstances. Unfortunately, my phone recently had issues with the charging port and was subsequently stolen. A phone is essential for me as it enables my children to reach me and given the recent passing of my mother, I need my sister to be able to contact me. I recently set up my new phone and was promptly informed by Spectrum that you have mistakenly taken my ACP and Lifeline benefits. I've made repeated requests for you to release these benefits and return them to Spectrum, my internet and landline service provider. It's confusing why you haven't complied with my request yet. By holding onto my ACP and Lifeline benefits, Spectrum is charging me the full rate for services that neither you nor I are benefiting from. Please address this issue urgently.

I experienced an issue with Assurance Wireless not repairing my current cell phone and charging me $9.99 for a new one. This new phone was ordered on April 18th, yet as of April 26th, it has not been prepared for pickup by FedEx. The company attributes the delay to an address update. However, on April 26th, they informed me that it could take an additional 7-10 days before the phone is even dispatched. I am frustrated by the lack of progress and the inability to speak with a supervisor or manager for assistance in resolving this matter promptly so that I can receive the phone I purchased.

I contacted Assurance Wireless over a month ago regarding my phone with a broken screen. I was assured that a replacement was on its way. After not receiving the phone, I called again and was provided a UPS tracking number. Eventually, I was informed there was a hold on the phone and Assurance Wireless needed to contact UPS via email to release it. Despite explaining the situation to a representative, I am still unsure if the device has been reordered. This process has been ongoing for about a month and a half with no resolution. I keep hearing the same information repeatedly but have yet to receive the replacement phone.

I recently received a phone from Assurance Wireless, but unfortunately, it was stolen. I urgently need to replace it. When I tried to contact customer service to resolve this, I couldn't access my account without a phone number. I recently received my new phone and replacement SIM card with the same number. While activating the new phone, I mistakenly skipped the step asking if I wanted to transfer my photos and data. The new phone is working fine, and my old SIM card no longer works in the old phone. I'm unsure how to transfer my data and photos, especially as I need to return the old phone. I've been attempting to reach customer service for a few days now to address this issue before sending back the old phone for return.

I was exploring different companies offering lifeline and ACP services when I inadvertently signed up with Assurance Wireless. I received a free phone in the mail from them, which I haven't opened as I realized I didn't want their service. I tried contacting their support via Facebook Messenger, but they directed me to call [redacted]. I am a new customer and unfortunately, my phone was stolen in the mail, so I never received or activated the ORBIT Q10 phone you sent me. The paperwork I received did not include the stolen phone's number. I have made a police report as advised, but I am struggling to get through the automated system to speak with a live person and complete the process for a replacement phone. I signed up for your phone service, but another company I applied to through the National Verifier automatically switched my service without my consent. I got a letter from you saying I could switch back after April 1st. I've been trying to do it online, but it keeps saying I'm an existing customer. The phone operator keeps hanging up on me.

My phone was missing for 45 days and I recently got it back from someone. The phone is locked, and I cannot access anything on it. After my phone shattered, Assurance closed my account instead of just replacing it. I received a replacement phone, but it doesn't make or receive calls. I waited over an hour for customer service with no luck. Yesterday, 05/02/[redacted], I spent an hour on the phone with a rep. I'm spending more time waiting for help than actually receiving it. I am Alexander Prieto. I am reaching out regarding my now inactive number [redacted]. During the first few days of April, while in the hospital, a live agent promised to keep my line active after I lost my phone during an ambulance transfer. I provided the address for the new phone delivery and was assured no disruption in service. Sadly, I have not received the replacement phone yet, and my service is now disconnected.

On March 30, [redacted], I was taken by ambulance to the hospital's trauma center and unfortunately lost my phone during the ride. I called customer service and waited for 45 minutes only to be hung up on. They provided incorrect information about my phone, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told none were available. They initially took my request for an upgraded replacement phone but later canceled it, claiming they needed confirmation of my mailing address, which I had already provided. I am prepared to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau if it is not resolved today.

I have made three phone calls regarding my replacement phone, but unfortunately, it has not arrived as promised. Initially, I spoke with a representative who assured me that a request for a replacement phone was processed. However, upon following up when it did not arrive within the specified timeframe, I was informed that no such request was made. I went through the process again with another representative who issued a new promise for the phone to arrive by May 5th, yet it still has not been delivered. I received a concerning text about my medication with a link, followed by someone else's message. I attempted to set a new PIN for my sim card but got locked out of my phone. After a few unsuccessful tries, I turned it off. Surprisingly, when I turned it back on 9 to 10 hours later, it was unlocked. I need assistance from Assurance to reset my account PIN and inquire about getting a new SIM PIN. Thank you.

I am currently receiving ACP assistance and have been a Lifeline customer for many years. My service switched from T Mobile to Verizon with Safelink, and I was assured I could keep my T Mobile SIM card and number. However, my service stopped working recently, and I was informed that I need to upgrade to Verizon and get a new SIM card. I would prefer to switch my ACP benefits to Assurance, which operates on the T Mobile network.
I have not found information on transferring benefits to Assurance on your website or through the phone menu options. I have had difficulty reaching an agent through the automated system, which concerns me about transferring my service. It is crucial to have the option to speak with a live representative for cases like mine. Since Assurance is the only ACP provider in my area on T Mobile, I am eager to have my benefits transferred.
