I recently received a new Kindle Fire but I am having trouble connecting it to Wi-Fi for the setup process. While my other Kindle is connected without issues, I am also dealing with a Kindle Fire that stopped working and won't restart despite trying the suggested reboot. I am concerned about the photos stored on it, specifically fifth-generation pictures including those of a 96-year-old great-great-great-grandmother. I bought the new Kindle Fire to replace the broken one, which arrived several days later than expected. I need assistance in setting up the new Kindle since it came without instructions, and I am not familiar with the process as my previous Kindles were set up for me. Given my age of 78 and lack of computer skills, I am seeking guidance to resolve these issues. I hope to be able to enjoy my new device as intended. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I was offered a free trial of Prime Video for one month when I purchased a new Amazon Fire TV Stick. I was assured that I could cancel at any time. However, I faced difficulties trying to cancel it before the month ended as I didn't find the content I wanted to watch. I found it frustrating not being able to locate the cancellation option on your site or any details about the free trial. Today, I noticed that INR [redacted]/- has been debited from my account. I feel deceived as I was only able to watch a few movies during the trial period. Kindly assist me in canceling this subscription.

I am concerned about Order #: [redacted]-[redacted], the thermal cut-off kit for my dryer. I recently received notice that my refund was reversed, and I am now being charged for the product because it was not received by the company. I shipped both items, the kit, and the dryer heating element, together via UPS promptly. The order status shows 'Return in transit', indicating the issue lies with the return process, not with me. I find it unfair to be charged for an item that is no longer in my possession. I respectfully request prompt resolution as this level of service is unexpected from Amazon. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the item I received today. It appears to have been damaged by rodents and the packaging was already open, which is unacceptable. I have attached images for reference. Furthermore, in my order for a Milton Lunch hot box with four containers, I was shocked to find two used plastic containers instead. I have already requested a replacement for this issue last week. Regarding my Tata Sky HD Set Top Box order placed on the 21st, I have been facing communication issues. Despite providing a contact number for English speakers, I have not received any calls as promised. An email from the Amazon seller, Best DTH Service, mentioned a language barrier as the reason for canceling my order, claiming the person who answered knew only Tamil. This situation is frustrating, and I urge for immediate action to be taken. I am dissatisfied with the service provided and will not recommend Amazon to others due to these experiences. Thank you. I recently contacted Amazon Prime and spoke with an agent named Peter, who informed me that there is a hold on my account due to a 30-day trial linked to the use of a stolen gift card to purchase an iPhone in Texas. He referenced the last 4 digits of a Visa card that was invalidated by the bank three months ago due to security reasons. Peter requested me to go to a Walgreens for identity verification, claiming there is no Amazon center in Charlottesville, while mentioning that he had already sent a verification email. He mentioned putting $[redacted] on my credit card for Amazon to reimburse, pressuring me to complete the transaction on the same day to avoid charges. Sensing a potential scam, I decided to reach out to Amazon through their verified number online to address this issue of a fraudulent $[redacted] gift card and the threat of owing money to Amazon. I am concerned about potential identity theft and seek resolution for this matter promptly.

Hello, I'm Charles M. Graham. I purchased an Audio-Technica turntable priced at £[redacted]. It was sent out on February 9th, and strangely, I received two turntables on February 11th. I promptly returned the extra item the next day, and the return was confirmed on February 21st. Despite the website assuring refunds for returned items, I have not seen the refund reflected in my account yet. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted]. Given this error on your end, I anticipate the full refund of £[redacted] within the next 10 days. If not, I may have to reconsider doing future business with your company until this matter is resolved to my satisfaction, even exploring legal options if needed to recover my funds.

Dear Customer Service, I previously contacted you through Amazon but did not receive a response. I am reaching out to request the removal of my friend's credit card details, specifically belonging to Elaine Gates, from my account linked to [redacted] While ordering an exercise tape for my friend online, I used her credit card information as per her request. Subsequently, I phoned to request the removal of her name and credit card details from my account. However, upon revisiting the website to purchase my own books published via KDP, I noticed her information was still linked to my account when I attempted to input my credit card information. I promptly cancelled my book order and contacted you through your website to remove her details so I could use my own credit card instead. We own two Kindles - a Paperwhite bought on 2/15/18 and an Oasis purchased on 3/15/18. However, both devices stopped connecting to the internet/wifi as of yesterday morning. We have tried restarting the Kindles, entering the network name and password twice, and following instructions to reboot the router without success. Interestingly, our other Apple devices like two iPhones, an iPad, an iMac, and a wifi printer are all connected to the same network without any issues. This problem is new as the Kindles have functioned well since we got them almost a year ago. Despite having no recent changes to our network setup, we are unable to download new books. Any suggestions on how to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated since this has never happened with our previous Kindles.

I opted for fast mailing service, so if the chairs were returned, please send them to the correct address. I recently received an email from Amazon regarding an issue with my credit card for a 30-day Prime trial signup. I did not intentionally sign up for Prime, so I am worried that if I remove the invalid credit card, I might still be charged for Prime. I want to clarify that I am not interested in Prime and do not wish to be charged for it. Can anyone advise me on how to resolve this situation and avoid any unwanted charges for Prime membership?

I purchased a $[redacted] Amazon Gift Card with cash at the CVS pharmacy in Haslet, Texas. Although the card was activated, when I tried to use it a few days later, Amazon showed a zero balance and stated the funds were transferred to another account under a name I don't recognize. Despite contacting customer service and providing all necessary documentation, including the gift card and receipt, the issue remains unresolved. As a Social Security beneficiary, this card represented crucial funds, and I am adamant about receiving a cash refund promptly. Amazon's responses have been inadequate, and their reluctance to address this issue has left me frustrated and seeking a resolution. I recently received an item from Oremeca, Inc. that I ordered from Amazon, a ZEROJAPAN Cafe Mug Large (Banana) for $19.80. The packaging was inadequate, with the mug arriving in just a bubble envelope. When I used the mug, I discovered a crack that wasn't visible initially, and now I'm disappointed. When I contacted Amazon customer service through chat, they advised me to buy a box to return the damaged item and promised a refund for the box. This situation has left me frustrated as I am out both a mug and additional return costs due to the improper packaging. Moreover, the mug is no longer available at the original price I paid. I have been receiving 5 to 8 calls a day from a fraudulent company claiming to be Amazon. The caller, speaking with a broken foreign accent, threatens to charge my credit card for an unpaid Amazon purchase if I pick up. These calls are disrupting my peace, even coming as late as 11:30 PM. If this issue persists, I will have to close my Amazon account. Amazon should take action against these scammers misrepresenting their company to protect their customers' trust. With millions of customers being targeted, many might be contemplating account closure due to this harassment. These unwanted calls have made me hesitant to answer my phone. I attempted to sign up for Amazon Prime through a friend's referral but never received any account confirmation texts. I ordered a basket and manual mobility scooter over 45 days ago, but due to a recent severe ankle injury and the passing of my father, I have not been able to use them. I am struggling to navigate your system to confirm if I have an account, remove my parents' information, update my payment method, and apply the 15% discount. I need advice for a situation that happened with an Amazon delivery recently. A woman with a baby delivered my packages, but she didn't have a car seat for the baby. Is it safe to have a baby in a moving car without a car seat? It seemed like she might be a freelance delivery person. I'm not sure how to handle this. Good morning, I am Denise R. I am inquiring about a disputed claim on an account I never had. I have repeatedly stated that I recently discovered this issue also affected my elderly neighbor. There shouldn't be any bank cards under my name, or anyone else's, for an account that doesn't belong to me or the other individual. I am adamant about not paying for items that were never received. My neighbor received a refund, and my bank acknowledges that your company should credit my account with $[redacted]. If I had placed an order on an account, which I did not, I would willingly pay for it. However, my personal information was compromised through my email, phone, and Facebook accounts, leading to unauthorized transactions after my card went missing.

Hello, I’m Gaganpreet K. and I need assistance. I called to cancel my Amazon Prime Video account on Thursday. They mentioned I had another membership and requested I buy Google Play cards for a refund. I bought seven on Thursday and four more on Friday as instructed by the support team. They provided me with a case number, which is [redacted]. The numbers contacting me to purchase the cards are +[redacted]8 and +[redacted]5, claiming to be from Amazon. I received a message regarding my order No. [redacted]-[redacted] placed on March 21, [redacted], for a Siam Garden Hybrid grafted Kamrak Starfruit/Carambola Tree Plant from Siam Garden. The expected delivery time was today by 9:00 pm with Tracking No. [redacted]12. Surprisingly, the delivery person signed my name and handed over a package containing a hand-written note on an Amazon.in cover with my details and a handwritten note "EAO:[redacted]". Despite the receipt being signed by the delivery person, I did not receive the correct item. The package contained a BSF type shirt, not the plant I ordered. The absence of the Amazon barcoded address slip and seller details is concerning. I suspect foul play in the delivery process and request a thorough investigation to ensure future deliveries are accurate. Thank you.

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] I encountered issues with the installation of the Double Din Car Radio I purchased. The knob protrudes over the left side, affecting the appearance of the dashboard. Additionally, the product description mentioned AM/FM radio, but it seems to only have FM. When setting up the FM, the radio area options are limited to Russia, Europe, or the USA, making it challenging to tune in to local stations like The Q [redacted].3 in Victoria BC. The GPS function is also not functioning, and the map settings only offer Europe and the far east, which doesn't cater to my location.
