I placed an order on March 29, [redacted], for Philips lights worth Rs. [redacted] and made the payment via credit card. The order number [redacted] [redacted] showed that the order was delivered on March 31, [redacted]. Upon opening the package, it was evident that a different light was delivered with a mismatched serial number compared to the invoice. I raised a complaint on Amazon's website to have the incorrect lights replaced. They scheduled a pick-up for April 1, which was done by the courier. However, despite reassurances, the tracking information on Amazon's website indicated that the item was still on its way. After several calls to their customer care number, I was informed by a representative named Kamolika that the incorrect lights had returned, and the replacement would be delivered soon. Strangely, the website now shows the initial delivery as completed and mentions a refund scheduled for April 9. I demand a prompt refund and action against those responsible for this mix-up. All communications were made from my registered mobile number, and I urge for immediate resolution of this matter.

On 3/25/[redacted], I received return authorizations for my items. However, when I tried to print the labels on my day off at the end of the week, I realized they had expired after five days. The representative was kind but didn't mention the short expiration. I plan to bring the items to UPS today if the shipping will still be accepted. As a loyal Amazon customer, I've noticed the changes in the return policies which are quite different from before. I made a purchase from your store three weeks ago using gift cards. However, shortly after placing the order, my Amazon account got blocked. Despite filling in the form multiple times, I keep receiving automated messages that my account will remain blocked. I have been in contact with Amazon customer service daily for the past three weeks with no resolution. I had an account under the name Manimegalai that I have been using. Additionally, I had another account named Manju with a Prime subscription. Yesterday, I encountered a music issue on Alexa and contacted customer support. They advised me to log out of one account, so I logged out of the Manju account. Both accounts have the same email address and phone number. However, I am now unable to log into my Manimegalai account. I require assistance in accessing my previous Amazon account under the Manimegalai name.

I need to file a complaint regarding our delivery driver who dropped off my last two packages. During both deliveries, my husband witnessed the driver throwing our packages in the driveway instead of bringing them to our front door. I have been a loyal Prime member for several years and have never encountered such delivery issues before. I recently discovered that my Amazon account was placed on hold due to suspected issues with my balance used for shipping. I received an email requesting additional details, but initially, I only provided my name on the account. Subsequently, I received another email stating that my account is temporarily on hold and further information is required. I attempted to contact customer support but was unable to do so. As the Treasurer for Friends of the Raymond Library, I placed an order on November 26, [redacted], for a Kindle to be awarded as a prize in the Adult Winter Reading program. The delivery on Dec 1, [redacted], included a Fire HD 8 tablet with a 32 GB capacity in Black. The serial number is GCC19D[redacted]CAN. Unfortunately, upon opening the box today for the winner, it was discovered empty. The Kindle had been taken from librarian Ann Hillock's office. I am reaching out to inquire about tracing the Kindle via the serial number to assist in locating the thief. Additionally, I am requesting a replacement from Amazon as a charitable donation to the Raymond Library to replace the stolen item.

Instead of coming to the designated gate for deliveries and visitors, he decided to enter through a different gate without permission. When I questioned him, he was disrespectful and unprofessional, disregarding the property rules. His actions were not acceptable, and I do not want him returning to this location. It is crucial for your company to train your drivers to follow protocols and treat others with respect. On April 7th, [redacted], I bought two adult onesies from Amazon for my boyfriend and me. Even though they are kids' pajamas resembling Stitch and Winnie the Pooh, we find them cute. We are currently in a long-distance relationship, with me residing in Bloomsburg, PA, four hours away from him in Canonsburg, PA. This weekend, we are both at his dad's house in Youngwood, PA. I had the items shipped to his dad's house to ensure they arrived before the weekend. I paid extra for expedited delivery, costing a little over $11. Despite tracking the package and seeing it has reached Youngwood, there is a delay, and now we might receive them a day or two later than expected. The tracking indicates they could arrive by 8 pm, but with an hour and a half left, it's still delayed. My concern is that I paid for faster shipping, yet they will be late, and if they arrive after noon tomorrow, we won't be able to use them as we will have left for home, and we won't be back for a few weeks. I'm also worried about the possibility of them getting lost or tampered with during this wait.

I had an order scheduled for delivery on 4/10/22. The items were one (1) EXUVIANCE AGE REVERSE Day Repair SPF 30 Firming Face Cream with Retinol, NeoGlucosamine, Peptides, and Antioxidant, 50 g, and one (1) EXUVIANCE AGE REVERSE Eye Contour Brightening Eye Cream with Maltobionic Acid, PHA, Peptides, Caffeine, Botanical Chamomile, and Ginseng, 15 g. According to the tracking information, delivery was attempted on 4/10, but USPS was unable to complete it. I am uncertain if a signature was required for this order, but I was not informed about it beforehand. Given my current situation recovering from surgery, I preferred the delivery service to bring it to my door. If delivery can't be guaranteed, please cancel the order. Alternatively, if you can resend the package using a different courier apart from USPS, that would be preferable.

For the past 5 weeks, I have been trying to get support for the Eero Tri-band Mesh Network I bought on Feb. 7, [redacted]. I got this unit for my daughter's home to improve her network coverage. Despite reaching out to customer support and then technical support, we've been unable to register the unit on the network. Despite multiple emails between March 29, [redacted], and April 6, [redacted], the issue remains unresolved. The technical support team has repeatedly asked for the same information and suggested connecting to my network for configuration, which is not an acceptable solution to me as an IT engineer. I have another Eeros Mesh network at home that functions perfectly, and I expect the same from this new system. On April 6, [redacted], I requested a refund or a replacement unit from team member Isac, but have not received a response. I am holding on to emails as records and expect a resolution promptly.

Your package was left near the front door or porch." I am appalled! The only thing "near" my front door is the street. My package was left on the street of New York City! I reside in a low-rise apartment building and the package was left on the street, making it susceptible to theft. This is unacceptable, especially since I was home all day anticipating the delivery. The building has a buzzer system! This is irresponsible and a poor display of customer service! I demand Amazon promptly redeliver the item I purchased and ensure they call me to collect the delivery at the door!

I am the manager of Fountains of Tomball Apartments at [redacted] Village Square Drive, Tomball, Texas [redacted], and I have two complaints to address. We have encountered instances where delivery drivers have parked in red-marked no parking zones, blocking residents in parking spots for up to 15-20 minutes. Despite repeated reports of this issue, there has been no improvement. In a recent incident on 04/11/[redacted] around 7:00 PM, an Amazon delivery driver damaged our access gate upon entering the community. This incident was witnessed by me and one of our residents, but the driver failed to report the damage to us.

I recently bought an Epson projector system from Amazon. Despite my age, I managed to set it up with the help of my son who has since returned to Miami. However, I am now facing an issue with getting a picture. When I turn on the projector using the remote, the "EPSON" screen appears briefly, followed by HDMI in the upper right corner before the screen goes blank. I have tried using the fire stick remote with voice commands, but I only see options on the screen without any content loading, for instance, when trying to find "Justified." This results in a blank screen again. This is the current situation I am dealing with.

I mistakenly ordered a battery for my JIO WIFI instead of the JIO WIFI instrument. I requested a refund the same day with tracking ID [redacted][redacted]. The Amazon representative who came for the pickup refused to take it, even though I clearly explained that it was wrongly ordered. When trying to contact Amazon customer care, the number I found online was invalid. The status of the return is as follows: - April 7: Return initiated, delivery will contact me for pickup - April 8: Return pickup canceled by customers and return canceled - April 13: Return pickup canceled by customers and return canceled I was not home when the delivery person refused the return and my son, who was present, did not request the cancellation. I urge Amazon to instruct their delivery team to proceed with the return promptly, as time is running out within the return window. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly is appreciated as there are only a few days left for the return process.

I have a package that didn't arrive as expected. The delivery status was marked with an issue and they plan to retry. Despite trying to contact the post office for two hours, the automated system keeps looping without connecting to a representative. To no avail, I attempted to provide the tracking number only to be cut off. It's disappointing because my chainsaw scabbard wasn't delivered, although the handle for the Husqvarna [redacted] arrived the next day. No further updates have been received regarding the missing scabbard. Calling the post office has been unsuccessful in resolving the matter.

In the past month, USPS informed me that two of my orders were delivered, but they were missing. I paid for Order #[redacted]-[redacted] (paper plates), marked as delivered on 3/18/22, and Order #[redacted]-[redacted] (McCafe KCups 24), marked as delivered yesterday at 3:40 p.m. When I went to retrieve them after receiving the notification, the packages were nowhere to be found. While I typically have a good experience with Amazon, this issue has been frustrating. I am unsure if USPS is mishandling the deliveries, but given that our location does not have a theft issue and the packages are placed over a fence in my yard, I am at a loss. Any advice on what steps to take would be appreciated.

I received an email today, April 15th, confirming an order and charging $6.48 to my credit card. I did not place this order for a video, as I do not usually order videos. While I do occasionally buy Kindle books, I have not done so recently. I have not purchased any videos or books for a long time and would like this to stop. Also, the email mentions a credit card ending in [redacted], but that card has been canceled due to unauthorized charges. I believe I am owed a refund for more than just this order, and I request the courtesy of a phone call at [redacted].
