I've been spending three hours trying to resolve a Kindle reader issue. I recently bought a new Kindle, but only the last 15 books got downloaded to the device. Around 50 books are missing, which is frustrating. Customer service mentioned that without access to my old email account, they can't assist further. It's disappointing because they can view all my purchases but can't transfer them to my new account. The payment method and account are the same; only the email changed. When I asked for a manager's help or a corporate address, I was abruptly denied and hung up on, which was quite shocking.

I returned a pair of Men's LEE pants in size 34x30 on February 9, [redacted], at Pack-N-Ship Jennersville in West Grove, PA [redacted]. I received an email from Amazon stating they hadn't received the pants despite Pack-N-Ship scanning the return label according to your instructions. Our Amazon account now shows the pants as "in transit" even though we returned them. We were re-charged $34.00 for the pants we already sent back and for which we received credit. Yesterday, I had a conversation with a woman named Belinda who claimed to be from Amazon Support. We created a fake cash app and sent $[redacted] to someone named Amari Harrison, whom I do not know. Concerned, I checked my bank account balance and was shocked to find it at a negative $71, although it was nearly $[redacted] the last time I looked. When I tried contacting Belinda about the issue, she promised to return the $[redacted] but suddenly hung up after putting me on hold. Strangely, the phone number I reached her on turned out to be invalid afterward. This situation is troubling, and I am determined to have my money refunded. I am willing to involve the authorities if necessary, as I have friends who are attorneys and policemen. I am prepared to take further action to resolve this matter.

I received part of my order from March 24, [redacted], with the Baby Blocks Soft Building Blocks. However, the strings of fairy lights are missing. The items were shipped on March 23, [redacted]. The products I am missing are: 1 pack of JMEXSUSS 2 Pack Solar String Lights Outdoor Waterproof, 33ft, [redacted] LED Solar Christmas Lights, 8 Modes Copper Wire Blue Solar Fairy Lights, and 1 pack of IMEXSUSS 2 Pack [redacted] LED Solar Red Lights, 33ft. The Baby Blocks Soft Building Blocks were priced at $15.99. The shipping address is for Linda Whipple at [redacted] Chetwyn Dr, Lansing, MI [redacted], United States. Payment was made via Visa ending in [redacted] with billing address the same as the shipping address.

I recently received a suspicious text pretending to be from Amazon, claiming my payment was declined. Despite recognizing it as a phishing attempt, I tried to log in to my Amazon account. However, as the verification required tapping a link on my phone, which I don't have, I couldn't proceed. After several failed attempts, my account got locked. I then tried accessing from my laptop this morning and received an email alerting about a login attempt from a different state. I denied it, suspecting foul play, but now I'm completely locked out. I simply wish to speak with someone who can assist in unlocking my account.

I received order ID [redacted]-[redacted] yesterday, but the product I received is not what I ordered. The item I got is the Olay Total Effects 7 in one Moisturizer with Sunscreen instead of the OLAY Total Effects 7-in-1 Anti-Aging Face Moisturizer with SPF 15 that I ordered. After contacting Amazon customer service and speaking with Natasha, I was informed to return the item for a refund. However, when attempting to return the item, I keep receiving an "Item not refundable" message and encountering issues with filing an A-TO-Z Guarantee Refund. Despite Natasha's assurance of a resolution, I am facing difficulties returning the incorrect item and obtaining a refund as promised.

I purchased CastleX Men's Boots, Order Number [redacted]-[redacted]. After the first pair broke, I exchanged them for the same boots. However, the replacement pair also broke after one wear. I returned them for a refund with Order Number [redacted]-[redacted]. According to my records, you received the second pair on March 7th. It is now April 4th, and I have not received the refund yet. The boots were bought from Black Hills Moto. When I returned the second pair, I did not pay any additional money as it was an exchange for the initial faulty purchase of $[redacted].05. I am requesting my refund promptly as both pairs have been sent back.

I ordered 3 pairs of Levi [redacted] jeans, and the tracking states they were delivered. However, my roommate was home that day and didn't see or hear anything. I've tried contacting the post office multiple times but can't reach anyone. When I attempt to edit my address on Amazon, it reverts back to the incorrect one. My roommate, who also uses Amazon, doesn't have this issue. I'm frustrated as previous orders eventually arrived, though the address is flagged as incorrect. I noticed a charge of $37 for Sea Moss, an item I've purchased before. My payment supposedly got declined, which is incorrect as my account is not in overdraft. My order was actually canceled before I received the payment decline notification. My bank shows that Amazon was paid from my debit card transaction on April 4th. Amazon.com sent a payment declined email to me, mentioning the need to update my payment method for an order totaling $34.49. The email provides information on why the payment might have been declined and suggests updating payment details accordingly. It also offers alternatives like using an Amazon.com Gift Card if credit card payment is not an option. The email states not to reply to it as it's a notification-only address.

Good day, Last week, my Twitter account was hacked, leading to my Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, and Gmail accounts being compromised. Although I managed to recover them, I received an email about unauthorized purchases of iPhone ear pods and an Amazon Prime subscription. Fortunately, these were cancelled before any money was taken. However, my debit card details are linked to my accounts, and my paycheck goes into that account. I am worried the hacker may try again. As an international user from St. Lucia, I am unable to easily contact support due to potential high call charges. Additionally, I can't reset my password as the code is sent to my old phone number. I provided my national ID details for verification and now await further instructions on resolving this issue. I seek advice on regaining access to my accounts, securing my bank information, or if I should wait for a response.

Dear Sir, I purchased a Euronova [redacted] Ltr Double Door Multifunctional Deep Freezer cum Chiller with a 4-Year Warranty on Amazon (Order No. [redacted]-[redacted]) for Rs. 21,[redacted]. Unfortunately, upon delivery by Kobby Kitchen, the item was in poor condition (photos attached). Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken. While a return was approved, the item remains uncollected. The seller, Kobby Kitchen, is unresponsive and not coordinating the return. In the event of them refusing the return upon arrival, I am unsure of the next steps. The product received is old, damaged, and unsatisfactory, lacking the quality of a new item. I spoke with Amazon customer support this morning regarding the defective Scotchgard Water Shield product. It unexpectedly left marks and changed the color of my couch fabric. I was assured that I could return the item for a refund due to the damage it caused. However, I have not received the message with the return label information as promised. I am disappointed by this oversight and confused as to why the return process was not initiated as confirmed by the Customer Service Representative. A package was delivered at 3:30 AM to my building, which is controlled access. The delivery person buzzed my apartment twice, waking me up. I did not answer because I was scared and had no idea who it was. The delivery person then buzzed another apartment and was let in by a neighbor. In the future, I would prefer if packages are left outside the building during early hours to avoid disturbing residents. It is not appropriate for delivery personnel to wake residents in the middle of the night unless it is an emergency. I kindly request that the delivery person be reminded not to disturb residents during late-night deliveries. Thank you.

I was surprised when the Prime delivery person didn't attempt to deliver my packages to my apartment building. Instead, they brought them to the management office in a different building and claimed they couldn't reach me, which is not true since I was home. The driver wrongly told the assistant manager I wasn't available, although he never actually entered our parking lot, as I witnessed the Prime truck going to the [redacted] building, not ours at [redacted] Granada. Following hip surgery, I'm unable to walk to the other building to retrieve packages that should have been delivered to me. It seems the drivers are neglecting to deliver packages properly. It's crucial that all deliveries to [redacted] Granada come directly to our building. I am here and available to receive packages, so it was disappointing that the proper procedures were not followed.

There have been reports of pirated NBA, NFL, and MLB games on Amazon CloudFront, along with live-streamed child pornography getting millions of views monthly. Amazon Web Services has failed to address this issue, even going as far as firing an employee who attempted to assist in getting answers. The Amazon Trust and Safety team has denied receiving any reports, despite numerous prior notifications. They have also deleted a case regarding the incident without providing any explanation. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering the traumatic impact it has had on users who have encountered the exploitative content.

I bought several clothing items in February that turned out to be too large. Unable to return them, I had set them aside before leaving on a trip on March 1. After undergoing surgery on March 24 and recovering until April 4, I now need more time as I am staying with my sister for 8-10 weeks. I am disappointed to have missed the return window due to my health issues and personal challenges related to a divorce. Ironically, I had repurchased the items in the correct size. Regrettably, most items were to be returned before March 26 and are unworn. I kindly request an exception to the deadline so I can return these items for a refund.

Good morning. I wanted to share my experience with returning three items to Amazon at Kohl’s in Port Charlotte, Florida on March 22, [redacted]. The first item was a flag pole base in the wrong color, the second was a pair of sandals in the wrong size, and the third item, a car air pump by Rigid, is causing issues with the refund. While I received refunds for the flag pole base and sandals promptly, I am still awaiting the $69 refund for the air pump. I reached out to the seller via email three or four days ago but haven't received a response yet. As a regular Amazon customer, I am hoping to receive the refund for the air pump back to my Amazon card. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received an email from Amazon informing me of unauthorized access to my account. Since then, I've been unable to log in and constantly redirected to the password reset page. I followed the steps to reset the password, received a verification code via email, entered the OTP code, and clicked "Continue." However, I couldn't complete the process as a verification SMS was sent to an old mobile number I no longer use. Despite contacting Amazon's technical support multiple times, they only advised me to submit a ticket or proceed with the account recovery process, both of which require logging in, creating a frustrating loop. My Amazon Fresh delivery was delayed, resulting in all my meat, refrigerated, and frozen items being delivered at room temperature. I've attempted to request a refund both through the mobile app and the website, but the process directs me to customer service. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue via chat or phone, I have not been able to get a satisfactory outcome. Amazon has always met my expectations, and I'm disappointed with this experience.
