I recently ordered guinea pig food and treats for my furry friend. I had specified detailed delivery instructions because packages often go missing in my apartment building. Despite providing the entry codes for both doors, my latest delivery was marked as delivered, and I found the package crammed into the wrong mailbox, which wasn't even mine. I checked everywhere without any luck. As a result, I have to reorder urgently to feed my guinea pig, necessitating overnight delivery. I rely on deliveries as I lack transportation to get to a pet shop. I hope the next driver will follow my instructions correctly to avoid a repeat of this situation. I will be seeking a full refund due to having to place another order.

I purchased a sweater on November 26, [redacted], as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The item was initially delayed, then marked as shipped with an expected arrival date of around January 11, [redacted]. The purchase was made from a seller called ZNXWY. However, I have yet to receive the LINY XIN Women's (Navy) Cashmere Oversized Loose Knitted Crew Neck Long Sleeve Winter Warm Wool Pullover Long Sweater Dresses Top. My order number is [redacted]15-[redacted], the total payment was $34.98, with tax totaling $37.43. Despite reaching out to the seller, I have not received any updates on the delivery status. The tracking number provided is [redacted]72, but it does not show any information when I attempt to track it. Furthermore, the sweater no longer appears in my Amazon account. I used a $68 voucher from coinstar to order camper levelers on Amazon.com/coinstar, which is linked to my personal account. The total was $10. However, my order is missing, and there's no record of it on Amazon.com or coinstar. I did not keep the voucher. I checked my browsing history, but the order is not there. I'm concerned about losing the $68 I received.

I recently received an email that claimed to be from Amazon, stating that my account was suspended and urging me to click on a provided link. However, my antivirus software flagged it as unsafe. The email warned of my account being closed in three days if no action was taken. I have refrained from clicking on any links and can still access my Amazon account but would appreciate assistance in understanding the situation. I placed an order today and selected American Express for payment, but was unable to use it for unspecified reasons. I then proceeded to pay with my Amazon credit card, and the transaction was successful. Shortly after, I received an email from American Express about a transaction made without my presence. I attempted to contact Amazon customer service via chat on my iPad, but was informed I needed to use the app, which I couldn't download on my older iPad. I had to resort to calling them. After facing some difficulties, I managed to speak to a representative who couldn't resolve my issue. Overall, it was quite a frustrating experience.

I purchased three black ottoman stools from Lou Bona. The company declined the return but offered a $20 refund per stool, totaling $60. After buying cushions for the stools, I decided to keep them. Bluebonnet has trouble receiving my acceptance text. I'm unable to text them as it indicates I already have. Additionally, a railing I bought arrived, was installed, and a piece fell off the top handle during installation. I require the piece replaced for safety. I have the screw and can provide a picture of the broken part.

My order [redacted] placed on March 10th was not delivered. I called the customer service before the return window closed, and they promised a refund, which I have not received. The product was meant to be delivered to the security guard, but I never received it. The courier did not contact me for delivery details, and I was at home on the delivery day. This lack of communication seems like a way for the service to deceive customers. The customer service representative assured me of a refund and investigation. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I ordered a SUZUKI SCX 64 harmonica on Amazon with order # [redacted]-[redacted] on March 25, [redacted], from the seller Ambrosia Global in Delhi. Upon receiving the delivery today, I noticed the box was unusually light. Typically, the harmonica with its case weighs around [redacted] grams. I asked the delivery boy to wait while I checked the contents. To my surprise, the box only contained an empty plastic case; the harmonica was missing. The delivery boy, Mr. Sanjay Dangi, has already escalated this issue. I am seeking assistance to either receive the correct item I ordered or obtain a refund for my payment.

I received a phone call notifying me of a $[redacted] charge on my account, claiming my credit card linked to my prime account was compromised by someone in Baltimore. The caller, identifying as Markus Smith with a middle eastern accent, requested I download AnyDesk remote software to show me who accessed my information. I refused due to suspicions and technical issues, offering to call back. The caller insisted I download it again but hung up when I asked for his company's name. The provided number was [redacted]/[redacted]. I believe this was a scam and seek confirmation by checking my recent account activity for any unauthorized charges, as I haven't made any orders lately. Kindly ensure my credit card associated with my account is charge-free since my last purchase of reading glasses. Your prompt assistance is appreciated. I look forward to your reply.

I placed an order for multiple items (order #[redacted]-[redacted]) expecting them to arrive by March 27th. When the items didn't show up, I tried to track the package, but was redirected to contact Amazon Logistics. Unfortunately, the information provided there was unhelpful, and I found myself going in circles. It seems like the responsibility to resolve this issue is falling on me, even though they have already taken payment. The advice on late or lost deliveries didn't offer much clarity either. My Amazon account has been locked for more than a week. When I attempted to log in from a new Kindle, my account was locked due to suspicious activity. I have already emailed to request the removal of two-step verification along with sending a screenshot of my driver's license as requested. The fraud department informed me via email that my account would be unlocked within 24 to 48 hours. However, it has been over a week with no further communication from Amazon. I received a refund without any explanation into my checking account. I am frustrated by the inability to speak directly with someone in the fraud department, which could have potentially expedited the resolution. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am unable to receive updates or reach the fraud department. This has left me unable to register my new Kindle due to the account lock, causing great inconvenience. The lack of direct communication, updates, or progress reports from the fraud department reflects poorly on Amazon's customer service.

I have been a loyal customer for years, but I am unhappy with the problems I have been having with my recent order of the Char-Broil grill I purchased on 1/14/22. First, it came unassembled, and I put it together only to find that the four heat shields were missing. I contacted the Char-Broil factory, provided them with the necessary information, including a picture of the missing shields, and a copy of the additional insurance I purchased, but I have not received any correspondence from them. I reported this issue to Amazon's service department and am disappointed in the lack of resolution. Furthermore, two letters I sent to your corporate office in Seattle were returned to me. Please contact customer service at 1-[redacted]. When I called this number, all I encountered was a recording trying to sell me other merchandise, offering no assistance.

Hello, I purchased a 10-12 cup Mr. Coffee black coffeepot about 6 weeks ago. After using it only 5-10 times, the spring-and-cap assembly at the base of the filter basket broke and cannot be reattached, rendering the coffee pot unusable. Although it was a $25 purchase, it's disappointing that it broke so soon. Strangely, I can't locate the order in my recent orders, which is puzzling. I plan to buy a different coffeepot from Amazon now. I would appreciate a $25 refund if possible, but due to the lack of order evidence, I understand if it's not feasible. The repair done by the vendor using wood putty and varnish was not visible until the sled was exposed to moisture on its first use. I have been receiving calls from individuals claiming to be Amazon representatives regarding unauthorized purchases on my account and requesting my bank details. I am certain this is a scam, but it is quite distressing to receive such calls. It is crucial for Amazon to alert customers about this fraudulent activity and advise them not to disclose personal information to individuals posing as Amazon representatives. I have not made any purchases amounting to $1,[redacted]+ in Texas, and I have changed zip codes in the past three years. If there is any validity to this issue, please cancel any purchases made out of state. It is important to proactively inform your vast customer base to prevent such incidents rather than assuming it will resolve itself because it won't.

I placed an order but it didn't arrive, so a replacement order was sent. However, the original order was never received to send back before the specified date, resulting in being charged for the second order. I am trying to close my account after paying $10.01 on 3/29/[redacted] as advised by customer service to bring the balance to zero. Dear Customer Service, My name is H. Maurice and I recently purchased the Amazon Fire Cast. From the beginning, it deleted all my files without any warning. When I connected my 2 TB external hard drive, it erased precious photos and memories spanning over 30 years, along with important documents. This was devastating for me, and I found myself in tears, which is rare for me. I also ordered an HD antenna from China called the Magic Stick, which unfortunately did not improve the video quality of my recordings. Despite investing time and money into this setup, I continued facing issues like bad video quality, no sound after a few minutes, and slow buffering. After numerous attempts to troubleshoot the problems, I have come to the conclusion that the Fire Cast is not suitable for my needs. I tried selling it for $75 on OfferUp without success, leaving me feeling disappointed and drained. In the end, I had to revert back to using my reliable Roku device. This experience has left me regretful and hesitant to purchase Amazon products in the future. I hope that Amazon considers incorporating an internal antenna in future products to address signal issues for users in poor reception areas. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing yet another issue with your services. I am unable to log in, and my account has been charged 81 euros without placing an order. Additionally, an unfamiliar address has been added to my account. As a Prime member, I have noticed that my account and credit card security seem compromised. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have to involve my lawyer and take legal action because this is unacceptable. The website advertises "secure purchases," yet nothing seems secure. As soon as I regain access to my account, I will be unsubscribing. This is not the first time my account has been suspended, and I make monthly purchases totaling at least [redacted] euros for myself and my family. You stand to lose more than just one customer. My magazine subscriptions have been arriving via USPS, causing issues in my rural area where they are left at the post office and not brought to my mailbox at the bottom of a hill. UPS works better for me. I'm unhappy to pay for Prime shipping only for USPS to handle it poorly with my subscriptions. Despite informing them of this issue recently, it has recurred, leading me to cancel two subscriptions now waiting at the post office. I hope USPS returns them or that my wife can retrieve them. If I don't receive confirmation of a fix, I will cancel all subscriptions and switch to Walgreens. I won't continue to deal with this unsatisfactory service change. Jim D.
