A package was mistakenly delivered to [redacted] West Recon Avenue, Campbell, California on June 16th at 6:16, to the incorrect apartment [redacted]. Despite being informed of the delivery, it did not arrive at my door. I believe it was left at the front desk which has been an ongoing issue. Please address this with your carriers as packages should be delivered directly to our doors. Kindly investigate the whereabouts of my package and provide an update. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you.

Regarding ORDER # [redacted]-[redacted] placed on June 16th for my son's gift on the 17th - it got rescheduled for delivery between June 18th to 20th. After numerous calls with 7-8 representatives, the product still didn't arrive. On June 21st, a representative falsely claimed to initiate a refund but did so for a product already canceled due to a payment issue. Amazon offered Rs [redacted] for the inconvenience, but this doesn't compensate for the disappointment. I urge Amazon to retract the Rs [redacted] and promptly refund my Load account, a process already underway with my bank.

I am locked out of my Amazon account due to suspected fraudulent activity, but it was actually me trying to place the orders. I have pending orders that were confirmed, and I need to cancel the computer order. I have reached out via email and was told to wait for a contact in two days. I tried calling customer service and waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes with no luck. Amazon has flagged some activity as potentially unauthorized, leading to your account being locked as a precaution. They have taken several steps to secure your account, such as disabling the password, canceling pending orders, restoring any gift card balance used, and disabling Two-Step Verification if necessary. These actions should take around 2 hours to process. Once the process is completed, you should be able to reset your password and regain access to your account. You can initiate the password reset by selecting "Forgot your password?" on the Sign In page. If your account does not have a phone number, it's advisable to add one for additional security.

I need assistance with my Amazon account. My email is [redacted], but when I try to log in, it says it's not valid. Despite calling the [redacted] number, they also confirmed it's not a valid email. I've used this email with Amazon for years. When inquiring about my order, the representative mentioned shower rings, which I didn't purchase. I have an electric razor expected to arrive Wednesday with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. It seems my credit card may be compromised too. The Microsoft store flagged an order I didn't make using a Visa ending in [redacted], seemingly linked to my Amazon account. Please assist in sorting out this issue and ensure any unauthorized orders are canceled. Thank you, R. LeTourneau.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Amazon account during login. Upon entering my email and password, I am not receiving the OTP message or notification as expected. The message states to approve a notification sent to my mobile number ending in 33 for the Amazon Shopping application on my iPhone. However, I am unable to receive it. I suspect this may be related to switching my SIM card to eSIM, although my phone number remained the same. For assistance, please reach me at [redacted] or at +[redacted]33 or +[redacted][redacted]. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, JIA LUN

Hi, I placed an order recently, but a few hours later I got logged out of my account. I was informed that my account was closed for misusing Amazon's services. However, I only ordered some items and don't have the order numbers because I got logged out. They mentioned sending an email explaining the account closure, but I haven't received any email or notification. I'm concerned about why this happened and unsure if the items I ordered will be processed and delivered, especially since my credit card was already charged for the purchase. Any clarification on this issue would be helpful. My account email is [redacted], and it's under the name Zion Ali. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I have already informed the seller about the defective garment I received and provided them with photos. They are insisting on me returning the item, which is difficult for me due to current restrictions. Despite this inconvenience, they have only agreed to a 25% refund, which does not seem fair given the high delivery cost. Having made multiple purchases from the same seller, I believe I am entitled to a full refund, including the delivery fees. I reached out to customer service for assistance, and although they mentioned a refund is in process, I am uncertain if it will cover the total amount, including the delivery charges.

Yesterday, I attempted to seek help using the number [redacted] and was assured a refund. The individual instructed me to download a help desk app and input the refund amount. Following this, I was asked to deactivate the app, then open PhonePe and provide my last four phone digits. Subsequently, I was told to share these digits with my brother. Sadly, the funds were deducted from my PhonePe account. This deceitful act by individuals claiming to be from Amazon Customer Service is alarming. I have reported this to the authorities, urging them to take action and prevent further fraud. I implore a thorough investigation and the dismissal of these perpetrators to avoid more customers falling victim. Kindly ensure the refund is processed promptly.

To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding an incident involving an Amazon delivery today at my office building in downtown Indianapolis. The delivery person left 7 packages unattended on the front step without notifying the front desk. I have previously reached out via email to Kimberly Knauer, a Field Quality Assurance Specialist at [redacted], about a similar issue. The packages were left in an insecure location where they could have been easily taken by passersby. I have photographic evidence and trust Amazon's tracking system will identify the responsible individual. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to prevent this from reoccurring. Thank you, P.T.

My name is Claude Gérard, an Amazon client residing at 22 Rue de la Boudière, TRONDES [redacted]. When attempting to place an order, clicking on "order" prompts a notification to approve on the mobile phone ending in 89. After receiving a message on my phone regarding a connection attempt from 67R, clicking the link does not yield any result, showing “you cannot respond to this contact” on the phone. Customer service was contacted, but the instructions provided did not work. It was implied that owning a mobile phone is essential for ordering on Amazon. How can one place an order on Amazon without a mobile phone, especially in an area with poor reception? Will I be forced to stop using Amazon?

I purchased a gift card, then discovered my friend's email was hacked. After contacting her, I ordered a new card, reported the fraudulent activity to Amazon and my bank. Recently, on 6/21/20, I received an email asking for another bank card because my account was closed. I doubt the 6/21 email is legitimate and did not actually order a second gift card. The customer service number provided, #[redacted], led to a Dish advertisement, not Amazon. I am hesitant to provide a new card number due to the fraud. I need assistance with this issue and would like to speak with a representative.

I encountered issues trying to access my Amazon account due to password problems, a code not working, and concerns about unauthorized access. Despite following the instructions for a one-time code, I was unsuccessful. At 88 years old and not very tech-savvy, this situation is distressing as Amazon is crucial for ordering items. Additionally, my husband's email address appeared, even though he does not have an Amazon account. As two seniors who heavily rely on Amazon for various needs, any assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving these challenges.

I reside near a church in Somerville, Ohio. Recently, my partner noticed a white Amazon delivery van parked at the church with a female smoking nearby. He mentioned she vanished once she got out of the van. When I investigated, I spotted a girl with curly blonde hair wearing sunglasses smoking by the van. She noticed me, hastily extinguished her cigarette, and entered the van as I circled the church. She drove off down Mill Street. This situation seemed suspicious as there have been break-ins in our town. I noted the license plate number of the van: C31MDA.

I have a notice on my front door requesting that all deliveries be placed on my back porch. Most delivery drivers have been excellent about following this request, except for one UPS driver. Despite being home due to illness this week, I missed an email notification that my Order# [redacted]-[redacted] was delivered last night. Unfortunately, the package was left on my front steps in the rain, causing everything to get wet. The tea box was ruined, but the individually wrapped tea bags seem fine. The cat food, which was in plastic, appears to be okay. I find this driver's negligence concerning, especially when other drivers handle deliveries properly. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention, as it reflects poorly on your business. If other customers have faced similar problems, it might be worth addressing. I appreciate the chance to share this feedback.

I recently fell for a scam involving Amazon. I came across an ad on Facebook where they were selling mystery boxes in three different sizes. Intrigued by the promise of finding items like phones, iPads, Apple Watches, and more, which were supposedly returns, I decided to buy the largest box. I saw videos of people unboxing similar boxes on YouTube and was excited to receive mine. After paying through PayPal, I discovered that the parcel I received was far from what I expected. Instead of valuable items, I received a cheap pair of wireless headphones in a small bag. PayPal was unhelpful as it was labeled as a mystery parcel. I have been trying to contact their service at [redacted], speaking with someone named Sherry, but have had no luck. I spent $80.20 AUS on this disappointing purchase, which was a significant loss for me. My name is Lindsay Bannister, and I reside at 25 Hammond Street in Ringwood, Victoria, Australia.

Today, I received two emails and text messages regarding the delivery of my pot trolleys and garden scrap bag in two separate packages. I received the garden trolleys, but a mysterious package of fish food arrived addressed to my husband instead of me. Around 4:19 pm, an Amazon delivery person called me, expressing concern about delivering the package due to dogs, which was odd as I do not have any dogs. Despite his suggestion of returning later for delivery, the package did not arrive. Interestingly, two Amazon packages were left on my back porch, one addressed to me and one to my husband, but a second package addressed to me was missing. I brought the packages indoors around 4 pm.

Hello, I am James B., an Amazon Prime member residing at [redacted] Yellow Lilly Drive, Apt [redacted], Manassas, VA [redacted]. Lately, I have been facing issues with Amazon delivery drivers neglecting my instructions. Instead of leaving packages at my front door as instructed, they are stacking them in front of the mailboxes. This lazy behavior poses a risk of items getting stolen as the mailboxes are easily accessible in my apartment complex. It is crucial for the drivers to follow customer delivery instructions for security reasons. If the current drivers cannot comply with these simple guidelines, Amazon should consider hiring more responsible individuals who value their job. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

I recently ordered an Obston lidded trash can but received one that is too big (11.3 gallons) instead of the 5-gallon size I wanted. I returned the item for an exchange which was acknowledged by Amazon. However, the replacement I received was a small, white, lidless Rubbermaid wastebasket, not the Obston can in khaki that I requested. I'm grateful for the good item but would appreciate the correct trash can. Please assist me in resolving this issue and sending me the desired 5-gallon trash can. I can be reached via email or phone at [redacted]. I'm eager to have this matter rectified and remove the large box from my living room. Thank you for your assistance. - Vera G. Sharp

Hello, I have received multiple automated messages from you regarding suspicious activity on my account. The concern seems to be related to a charge of $1,[redacted].62 on June 2, [redacted], with order number [redacted]-[redacted]. I would like to clarify that this transaction is valid and was made for the purchase of a small laptop using my Visa ending in [redacted]. Kindly cease any further notifications about this charge. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could improve the accessibility of your customer service phone number, especially for occasional users like seniors. It took me two hours to locate the contact information, leading to unnecessary frustration. I suggest passing this feedback along to your senior management to enhance the overall customer experience, particularly for older demographics. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Your assistance in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated by me and other customers. Regards, [initials]
