I had a few reviews removed from Amazon a few months back due to guideline violations, and despite multiple attempts to seek clarification and guidance, I received inadequate responses. Eventually, all my reviews were removed without warning, even those previously approved. I feel unjustly treated as I sought help and examples of my alleged breaches. After being ignored, I was informed about unusual activity on the product and advised to appeal. My character has been questioned, and I am now banned from reviewing or asking questions. I have initiated the Appeals process and am waiting for a response. I believe my Community access should be reinstated, an apology offered, and the Moderators should improve transparency and oversight in such extreme cases. I find it contradictory that I am banned from the Community but still allowed to be a Prime member. My next step may involve sharing this issue on Social Media to explore if others have faced similar situations.

I need assistance canceling a song download for "Help My Unbelief." I have not downloaded it yet but I received the order confirmation number as D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. As a senior, I find it difficult to navigate the music app process. I wanted to show support for the artist who released it, listen to it once, and provide feedback. I didn't anticipate needing to download your music app. My name is Carol A. Russell. Thank you.

I wanted to share my honest review of a product purchased from Amazon. This was my first time giving a 1-star rating as my item never arrived after several weeks. I received a refund without any explanation, and after contacting the supplier, I still did not receive the item. I left a review with this feedback, but it was not posted on the site. I followed all guidelines and was not disrespectful in my review. The product in question was the FeiliandaJJ Women's Tops in Purple, size XL (UK:12). It's disappointing that my experience was not shared, but I wanted to highlight that negative feedback should also be allowed on the platform.

I recently discovered an unauthorized Amazon Prime Account linked to my name. I stumbled upon a reference number, [redacted], in my Trash Bin from 5/16/17, showing a charge of £[redacted]. I have never knowingly used this service before and lack login details to investigate further or cancel. Being over 80 years old, I am not very tech-savvy despite shopping frequently on Amazon. Could you please clarify what this charge is for and assist me in cancelling it promptly? I can be reached at [redacted] or by phone at 01[redacted]72. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been dealing with an issue of duplicate charges from Amazon for the past two days. I am consistently billed $12.99 monthly for Amazon Prime, in addition to the annual fee on March 20th. Upon contacting Amazon, I received the following responses: 1) I was advised to check for multiple Prime accounts, which I do not have. 2) I was told the monthly and yearly charges are due to multiple email accounts, which is not the case. 3) Amazon suggested disputing the charges back to the beginning of the year with my bank and getting a new card. However, I already got a new card two months ago, and the charge continued according to my saved payment information on Amazon. I am seeking a resolution to this issue and a refund for the excess charges related to my Prime membership. Best, DE

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] I recently received an email stating that the items I returned have not been received and that I may be charged for them if not returned. However, I have already sent them back with the provided label. I believe there might have been an issue with the scanning of the labels as I combined orders and had two labels in the box. It seems only one label was scanned for the received item while the other one with two unreceived items was not. I assure you that all 3 dresses were in the box when I dropped it off at the post office. In the future, I won't combine orders to avoid such complications. I kindly request not to be charged for the items since I have returned them. Sincerely, M. Thornton

I'm Phil Fleming. I recently saw a $12.99 charge on my account for the fourth time. I have called three times in prior months to cancel this subscription and have evidence of the cancellation emails. Despite this, I keep getting charged. I feel frustrated and have even been overdrawn by $15 this time. I expect a refund of $12.99 to be processed promptly. I am a dissatisfied customer and may escalate this matter further if not resolved.

I am frustrated with my shipping dates. I placed an order on May 7th and selected the two-day shipping option through the thirty-day free trial of Amazon Prime. However, despite several attempts, the order processing form automatically chooses a nine-day shipping option, which I did not intend to select. I need the items much sooner, especially since two items should be delivered in two days. The other three items have delivery dates of forty-three and sixty-three days, which is unacceptable to me. I have tried contacting the provided phone numbers to resolve this issue, but neither answered my calls. One number kept saying "not as dialed" while the other was not able to connect. Please address this problem promptly or cancel my order. Thank you, James A.

When attempting to review products, I keep receiving a message stating, "Sorry, you are not eligible to review this product." I have a history of valuable contributions to reviews over the years. I purchase and review products without any form of compensation, providing thoughtful insights that have been well-received by others. Your review system seems to have made an error in my case. Kindly address this issue promptly so I can continue providing helpful reviews. As both a loyal customer and an Amazon shareholder, ensuring the functionality of the review process is vital to me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

As an Amazon Prime member, I am frustrated by the delay in my delivery. Initially scheduled for Monday the 6th, then changed to the 8th at 8 pm Eastern time, now there is uncertainty about the delivery date. This inconsistency is upsetting as I rely on Amazon Prime for its benefits. It is disheartening to have paid promptly for a service I am not receiving. I feel undervalued as a customer and dissatisfied with the current situation.

Following our conversation on Tuesday, May 7th, I recently received another email from GetHuman inquiring if my order issue has been resolved. As of now, I have not received any updates from the third party regarding a resolution, so unfortunately, my response would be NO. The status of my Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted] for a B&P Lamp, 6 Ft Length, Clear remains unresolved. I kindly request that you communicate with your third party to expedite the shipment of my order to Peter Ryan at [redacted] Shining Rock Drive, Northbridge, MA [redacted]. Once done, please confirm the date of shipment and the method used by emailing [redacted] Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, About a month ago, I discovered that I was being charged for Prime without having signed up for it. When I called to inquire about this, I was informed that someone had used my credit card. The representative instructed me to purchase a $[redacted] gift card from Walgreens during the call. Although I provided the card numbers, I refused to buy it three more times as requested. The representative assured me that I would receive a refund for the gift card and membership fees. However, no credit has been issued to my account, and the gift card remains unreimbursed. I have obtained a new credit card and seek assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you, Fiore G.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] I had issues with the Royal Malaysian Customs rejecting my package due to the description "rechargeable battery." I paid almost MYR [redacted] for shipping and need to change the description and consider using a different forwarder. It may take over 30 days to arrive due to complications. I am frustrated with this faulty radon meter. How can Amazon help me with this situation?

Hello, I would like to address some concerns regarding the confirmation emails received when ordering on Amazon UK Prime. It is crucial for us to have clarity on the process to resolve our current issues. When an order is placed, do the confirmation emails get automatically generated, and are these emails securely stored in your system? Is it possible for these confirmation emails to be canceled without our knowledge, and if so, are these cancellations recorded in your database? Could you verify the existence of records for both the confirmation and potential cancellation of these emails if requested by us? These questions are key to resolving our ongoing problems, and your detailed responses would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, E.

Order# [redacted]-[redacted] Regarding the aforementioned order, the item listed below was not received at the delivery location. We suspect that there may have been mishandling during transit. I made an online payment for this product, and its urgent need arises. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach your customer care through any of the available contact numbers. Please assist us with this matter promptly. Product: Haneez 4-Tier Solid Wooden Shoe Rack, Chappal Stand, Storage Rack, Shelves for Entryway, Balcony, Kitchen and Bathroom

I placed an order for the Vivo V15 on 6th May with the expectation of delivery on 8th May. Despite the delivery agent arriving at our home on the scheduled day, he expressed confusion about the exchange process for the mobile phone. He assured us that another agent would deliver the device on the same day. Disappointedly, upon contacting customer service, we were informed that the delivery was rescheduled for 9th May. To our dismay, the delivery was eventually canceled without our consent. Customer service explained that the cancellation was initiated by the agent, falsely implicating us. I am deeply dissatisfied with this level of service and misinformation from a reputed company. I intend to address this issue promptly. Such incompetence is unexpected from a leading global corporation.

I received an incorrect product. Although it is similar to what I ordered, it is not the exact item. However, when I try to process the return online, I could not find the option to print a return shipping label. The item I initially ordered is a Sunnier - 2 site mount handles with paddle park bungee cord & hardware (which includes 2 J hooks, 6 bolts, and 6 nuts). What I received instead was a Sunnier Kayak handle 2-pack, which only includes 2 handles without the paddle park bungee cord and any hardware.

I placed an order on April 30, [redacted] with Order# [redacted]-[redacted]. I spoke to Amazon yesterday about the missing delivery which was marked as delivered but never made it to my door or mailbox. They assured me a refund. I decided to re-order the item and today the maintenance worker found the package that was left somewhere but not delivered. I want to bring attention to the delivery service issue as there is no mail room and all packages should be delivered to the front door. In our building, all apartments are accessed from the inside.

I unknowingly signed up for a free trial that I wanted to save for my upcoming vacation. However, I would like to cancel the free trial now so I can use it at a later date of my choosing. The wording during checkout was misleading, which led to this confusion. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. I have a job similar to yours and I was looking forward to enjoying the free trial in the future. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, E. Doering

I would like to preserve the Amazon free trial for a later time when I have the availability. The wording during checkout was unclear as my purchase already qualified for free shipping. Kindly cancel the current free trial so I can initiate a new one when I am ready to utilize it. I appreciate the opportunity to maximize the benefits of the free trial without it going to waste due to confusing instructions. I am currently employed in a job that pays $15 an hour, so the Amazon Prime trial holds significant value for me. Unfortunately, my current schedule does not allow me to use it effectively. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. The issue occurred during checkout earlier this morning around 5 or 6 a.m. after I ordered items for my dog before going to bed following a night shift. Should you require any further details, please feel free to ask. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Erica D.
