I am having trouble verifying my login details because I only have a basic mobile phone, not a smartphone. Most sites usually text me a code for verification, but Amazon requires me to click on a link, which is not possible on my mobile. Interestingly, I found an email from Jan [redacted] where Amazon sent me a code through email. I wonder why they can't do that now instead of using a link. It would be much easier for me. Thank you for assisting me with this. Amazon's verification process can be challenging for customers without smartphones.

Today, when the delivery driver came to give me my package, he claimed it was cancelled and didn't hand it over. Despite showing him my recent Amazon order as proof, he refused. When I requested his name, which he gave as "Jack," and inquired about his work district, he became uncooperative and verbally abusive. I managed to take a photo of his van's license plate. The handle I was expecting was for my washing machine, which is now unusable, leaving me unable to wash my baby's clothes. This lack of service and disrespectful behavior has left me extremely dissatisfied and I am seeking immediate resolution to this issue.

I recently fell victim to a scam where a fraudster hacked into my friend's email and convinced me to purchase Amazon gift cards. I acquired the cards from Tesco and Sainsburys, using different payment methods like credit card, debit card, and cash. I then shared the card details with the scammer, who promptly transferred the funds to their account. I possess all the necessary documentation and details. I am keen to inform Amazon about this issue but have been unable to locate a suitable contact number or email address. The fraudster, who is still in contact with me, is pressuring me to buy more cards. I had an Amazon account that I hadn't accessed in years, and I got locked out while attempting to update it.

I have recently returned from being abroad since November [redacted] and discovered that Amazon has been deducting £7.99 from my bank account each month without my authorization. I only have bank statements from October [redacted] to July [redacted], and during this period, money was taken from my account every month. I need the earlier bank statements to determine the full extent of the unauthorized charges. I want Amazon to stop these deductions immediately and refund all the money they have taken without my consent.

Hello, my wife placed an order for the following item:
Order Number: #[redacted]-[redacted]
Total: £24.48 (1 item)
Today, the delivery was left in our blue recycle bin, which is not a safe or sanitary place for packages. My wife is disabled and immune-compromised, making it crucial to avoid any potential risks. I had to wash the item, fortunately, it was a gel mat. It is essential that your drivers are instructed that bins are not ideal drop-off locations and can pose health risks. The yellow van box with a cover near our door would be a more suitable spot for deliveries. Please address this issue promptly.
Sincerely,
Darren E.

I purchased 3 items from Amazon that supposedly were delivered on Saturday, August 20th. Despite Amazon's confirmation of delivery to my address, the items are missing. Amazon recommended I file a police report for further investigation. The police, however, require evidence from Amazon to proceed. Amazon, on the other hand, insists on a police report before taking any action. I have requested more information regarding the delivery such as timing, recipient, and interaction details, but Amazon refuses to provide further insights without a police report. They also declined to share their complaints procedure without a police report. Seeking guidance on the next steps.

I purchased a Ninja ice cream maker that started making a lot of noise and emitting smoke after a few uses. I contacted Amazon on August 16th, [redacted], and spoke to a representative who provided return labels. We packed the machine in its original packaging the next day and returned it to the store in Mitcham with the labels on the box. We were told that they were close to closing when we arrived, but they accepted the return, gave us a receipt, and we left. However, it has been almost two weeks since then, and I have yet to receive a refund. Can someone please look into this matter urgently? I need to make my monthly payment soon. Thank you.

I am informing you that I have recently canceled three direct debits that Amazon charged me for monthly - Amazon Prime and Prime Video x 2. Although I don't have an account number on hand, my details are as follows: Melvyn Thurlby, 43 Tofts Road, Barton upon Humber, DN18 5NF, UK.
I would like to bring to your attention that I have been a subscriber to Amazon Prime and Prime Video for several years, but recently noticed that Amazon has been charging me £4.99 each month starting from 9th August [redacted]. Since I wouldn't intentionally subscribe twice to Prime Video, I kindly request that you investigate this matter and process any refunds that I may be eligible for.
Lastly, I want to express that while I have no issues with Amazon, as a pensioner facing the challenges of the Energy Crisis and rising cost of living, I need to cut down on expenses. Despite this, I have always been pleased with the level of service provided by Amazon throughout the years. Best regards.

This is not the first time we've had deliveries left unattended by the driver before we could answer the door. Last time, we were out, and a kind neighbor had to assist by taking the goods inside. Today, the driver almost left again, but I addressed the situation. Despite the account indicating the shed as a safe place, the driver insisted there wasn't one and almost left. I witnessed another driver commit the same oversight at a neighbor's house recently. It is unacceptable to leave packages at the front door without confirming someone is home. If this continues, I will consider canceling my account. Today, two other companies successfully waited for someone to answer the door with their deliveries. Amazon should address this issue promptly to avoid negative publicity. Do you take this matter seriously?

I received a book from Amazon with Order ID .QAO4 [redacted] [redacted] on Wednesday at 4.53 p.m. The delivery was made to a resident at my front door. After receiving the confirmation email of the delivery, I checked for the book and found only the torn empty packaging without the book inside. In response to this, I have posted a plain notice in the hall requesting all postal and delivery personnel to leave items at the intended recipient's door for safekeeping.

I recently received a delivery, and unfortunately, the driver was impolite to my father, who accepted the package. Rather than bringing it all the way to our flat door as expected, the driver left it at the bottom of the stairs leading up. When my father mentioned the security concern of leaving it there, the reply was dismissive and rude, stating they didn't have time to bring it upstairs. This behavior is unacceptable, and customers should not be spoken to in such a manner. I order items for a specific purpose, not to risk them being stolen and then deal with the inconvenience of seeking a refund and reordering. My order number is [redacted].

Subject: Warranty Return Request for Order #[redacted]-[redacted]
To the Customer Service Team,
I am writing to address an issue with the battery of the product I purchased from your company under order #[redacted]-[redacted] for the amount of £[redacted].77 on 30/04/22. Despite using multiple chargers and USB power bricks, the battery no longer holds a charge, suggesting a potential fault with either the battery itself or its charging mechanism.
I am seeking to initiate a warranty return process for a full refund. Due to my account being closed, I am unable to contact Amazon directly for assistance. As per my consumer rights under the 12-month warranty provided and the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], I am eligible for a refund as the issue has arisen within 6 months of purchase.
I kindly request guidance on the necessary steps to facilitate this return and refund process promptly.
Sincerely,
T. Hiscox

I received the wrong product and returned it for a refund. I provided the return details on July 28th and was promised a full refund. Despite contacting the supplier and being assured of a refund, I haven't received any further updates. The order number is [redacted]-[redacted].
Yours faithfully,
Michael J Bond
PS: Being an eighty-year-old pensioner, losing over £50 is a significant amount for me. Can I please get some assistance with this issue?

I received a notification stating that my parcels were delivered. Despite being home all day, no attempt to ring the doorbell was made. The parcels were left in an incorrect location, not following the instructions to leave them in the greenhouse if we are not in. This laziness is unacceptable, especially with the parcels left exposed to the rain. I am prepared to provide photos of the incident. Going forward, please ensure that drivers use the front door with a noticeable doorbell and, if there is no answer, follow the instructions to leave packages in the greenhouse. This should not happen again, especially now that I have started my Christmas shopping.

I placed an order for a water bottle last Sunday. The item is a STACEGEELE Insulated Vacuum Water Bottle with Straw Lid, Stainless Steel Flask Thermos for Boys and Girls, Leak-Proof, Lightweight, Eco-Friendly, 18oz. I was notified via email on 09/13/22 that the water bottle had been dispatched and would arrive on Thursday.
However, today on 09/14/22, I received another email from Amazon UK stating that my item has been returned and I will receive a refund in 3-5 working days. After tracking it through Royal Mail, I noticed it traveled from Medway to Edinburgh, then Dunfermline, before returning to Edinburgh where Amazon received it this morning.
I want Amazon to know that I never received the item; it didn't even reach my address on the Isle of Lewis. I am quite disappointed with this experience.

At approximately 6:10 p.m. today, my husband was physically confronted by one of the delivery drivers. The driver used offensive language when my husband requested the package to be brought to our door. Despite reluctantly bringing it over, he refused to hand it to my husband, threw it back into the van, and threatened to return it to the depot. The situation escalated when my husband tried to retrieve the package and the driver pushed him. Subsequently, the driver shut the van door on my husband's hand and drove away hastily. This troubling event has been reported to the Gloucestershire Police under Incident Number [redacted] dated today. The involved van was a white Mercedes Vito with license plate FJ70UXD. Given the distress caused to my 76-year-old husband, I kindly request a call from your team to discuss this matter further. You can reach us at [redacted]3.

I did not receive two items that Amazon claimed were hand-delivered to me on Tuesday, September 13th. We have electric gates at our entrance which require being rung and have surveillance cameras. I have footage showing an Amazon driver illegally entering by jumping the gate, whom I reported previously and had escorted off the property. The missing items are a Lifeventure portable travel door lock and a Sterling CLB lock for my children's doors before they leave for university on Sunday. Please resend these items to the same address at Downlands, Rectory Lane, Bramshott, GU30 7QZ in Hampshire as soon as possible. We request a signature on delivery between 9 am and 5 pm, and ask for the delivery person to ring the buzzer as our gates are staffed around the clock. Thank you, Mrs. S.

I placed an order for a tablet and a case on Amazon on September 17, [redacted]. The case has been delivered, but the tablet is expected tomorrow. After reviewing my online bank statement, I noticed that Amazon charged me £[redacted].00 in addition to the tablet amount. The £15 for the case was not included in this charge. I've attempted to reach out to Amazon for clarification, but I've been experiencing difficulty due to communication barriers. I believe there has been an error in their billing. Tomorrow, I plan to visit my bank to address the unauthorized charge and will need to contact Amazon once more to settle the payment for the case. It feels good to express my concerns. Thank you, Sue.

I have a neighbor of 12 years who bought a rechargeable jet washer from your company because I don't have an account with you. After owning the washer for 13 months and using it only 6 times, it started leaking water from the trigger into the battery and stopped working. Although the device has a 2-year guarantee, my neighbor insists on the 30-day return policy, which doesn't apply in this case. I have his receipt and his account number. Can you assist me with this issue?

I ordered 3 items on 13 09 22 for local collection. One arrived on time with an emailed notification, the second might be lost, and the third just arrived according to my Amazon account, but I have no instructions to retrieve them. The shop staff mentioned getting a code from Amazon via text, which I didn't receive as I don't have a smartphone. I tried using the order number and tracking IDs as codes but they didn't work. Do I need three different codes or just one? How can I obtain them without a smartphone? Will I receive a confirmation email or text after using the codes? I'm new to this and the lack of clear instructions is frustrating. Please provide clarification.
