The young lady requested the last 4 digits of each item being returned: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted]. Kindly ensure the necessary label is sent promptly to avoid delays in returning the goods via Royal Mail on October 3, [redacted]. I have also taken a photo of this additional request.

I purchased a [redacted]-pound tablet from Amazon. Initially, it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, October 4th. Upon delivery, the driver required a passcode, which Amazon had not provided. After contacting the head office, the package was taken back to the depot. The rescheduled delivery took place the next day, October 5th, after receiving the passcode. However, upon opening the box, I discovered a kids painting set instead of the tablet. I reached out to Amazon, but they refused to assist, suggesting I report the issue to the police. The police, in turn, directed me back to Amazon. Feeling frustrated and accused of theft, I seek either a refund or swift delivery of the tablet as it was intended for my daughter's birthday.

Since March, Amazon has discriminated against me by not sending me text messages to access my payment account despite being informed numerous times. The customer service has been unhelpful and unable to assist me in resolving the issue. Despite my request to remove my mobile number for verification purposes, they continue to insist on sending texts to the number that doesn't receive them. I suggested adding my email for verification, but they have refused. This has left me paying for an account I can't use for 7 months, causing me significant stress. Amazon's lack of assistance is disappointing, especially considering I rely on them as a frequent user with a disability. Despite my attempts over 7 months, they have failed to provide a solution and are now wrongly blaming my mobile and network, which I have confirmed are not the issue. This ongoing problem lies with Amazon, not my mobile provider or device. I have tried contacting customer service in various countries but have not found a resolution in the UK.

Today, I fell victim to a scam, but thankfully, my bank has taken the appropriate steps to address the issue. I utilized Amazon's service to purchase an Apple gift card. Strangely, the fake Amazon screen displayed a list of my recent purchases and included the last four digits of the card I used along with details from a previous card. How could the scammer access and display this personal information on their fraudulent Amazon page?

On October 3rd, [redacted], I placed an order for a Bijia Professional Multifunctional Compass with order number [redacted][redacted], and a Lung Exerciser Expander Device, totaling 33.98 pounds. I completed the payment. Unfortunately, the products did not arrive due to a shipping issue. The website mentioned a refund within 5 to 7 business days after the return is processed. As of now, I have not received my refund. As a loyal customer, I kindly request that you ensure my refund is processed promptly. Additionally, there was a book missing from my order, but I did not report it. I hope this can be resolved for future orders.

I recently received my order of the Michael Ball and Alfie Boe CD on Saturday. I encountered an issue trying to play the CD, so I contacted Amazon for a replacement. After a confused moment realizing I already had another artist's CD in the player, I managed to play and enjoy the Michael Ball CD. Consequently, I cancelled the second CD and received confirmation of the cancellation and refund, which I appreciate. I purchased Crocs Clogs Women's UK Size 6 but received a size 5 in the confirmation email. I struggled to locate the seller information and spent hours trying to navigate the refund/exchange process. After requesting an exchange for the correct size, I received an email mentioning a replacement pair in size 5. Despite my efforts through multiple customer support channels, I have not been able to secure a refund or the correct size. This situation has become frustrating as I continue to receive incorrect sizes. It appears that there are numerous customers facing similar issues with their orders. I am concerned about the tracking information provided for my DVD order. The update states that the package was delivered to a receptionist at the flats, but there is no receptionist or concierge in this tower block. Typically, the driver would need to buzz my flat number on the intercom for entry. I am unsure of the whereabouts of my item and would like to ensure its delivery. I do not wish for a refund but would greatly appreciate receiving the DVD as expected.

I recently made a purchase on Amazon for two items that were supposed to be eligible for free shipping. However, when I proceeded to checkout, I was charged £4.99 for shipping instead of being given the free shipping option as initially indicated.
After contacting an Amazon representative, I was advised to complete the purchase with the shipping charge and that I would be refunded later. I requested for the refund to be processed while I was on the call, but was informed it could take up to thirty minutes and I would need to call back tomorrow to confirm.
I appreciate the assistance provided by your website in finding a contact number to reach a customer service representative at Amazon. Dealing with automated systems can be frustrating, and it was a relief to be able to speak to a human representative for help.

I want to address the misleading representation on this website. It claims to connect users with Amazon UK but fails to do so, violating UK Data Protection laws. 'Gethuman' provides empty promises and unauthorized use of email addresses, wasting users' time. I do not recommend using 'gethuman' as it simply advised me to call Amazon UK. Such immature behavior from the site's operators reflects poorly on their credibility.
It's concerning to see fake websites like this posing as legitimate services. It's best to steer clear of 'gethuman' to avoid frustration and privacy concerns. I have removed my original post from their platform. There's no need to read further.

I was expecting two deliveries by 10 p.m. last night. The tracking first showed the driver in Loscoe, Derby at 6:11 p.m., and then still there at 9:47 p.m. The 3:23 a.m. update mentioned the parcels reached the final destination, followed by a message that they were out for delivery. However, no parcels arrived and I received a notification that the items were late. Today, there have been no updates. I pay over $79.99 annually for Prime and am considering cancelling my subscription due to this experience.

I am frustrated that my order was processed from my basket to the checkout before I finished shopping. I would have completed my order with the free shipping option, but that choice was not available when I reached the checkout. I canceled the order because I was unsure about when the free shipping would apply. I kindly request a refund of the shipping charges back to my bank account. I accidentally left two of my items in a dirty blue bag that I mistook for garbage. Due to rain, one item got damp and the box was soaked as well. Although I ordered two pillow covers, I only received one but was charged for both. The payment was deducted from my bank account. I intended to gift one pillow cover to each of my twin granddaughters, so I urgently need the missing item before Friday. The situation is quite distressing for me.

The 50-inch TV I ordered arrived damaged. I reached out to Amazon, and they provided a return label for the package. Amazon arranged for a return through Evri. However, when the Evri driver arrived the next day, their car was too small to take the parcel, and the driver deemed it unacceptable. I have been attempting to organize a pickup with Amazon since then, but despite assurances from customer service representatives, the issue persists. I have been in contact with Amazon daily for over a week, but the return process is still not resolved, preventing me from receiving a refund until the TV is returned.

I'm waiting on a Zotti 28.22 fine thread tap connection. It was paid for on the 3rd of December and was meant to be delivered on the 7th of December at 8 pm. However, I have not yet received it. The Royal Mail, not Amazon couriers, is handling the delivery. The Royal Mail mentioned it could arrive anytime between the 8th to the 14th, but with a strike on the 14th, the situation has been delayed. I urgently need this connection part for my tap as local plumbing shops do not have it in stock, so I ordered it from Amazon. I have the tracking number, but when I contacted the Royal Mail sorting office, they could not recognize it. They also mentioned the option of applying for a refund if it doesn't arrive by the 14th, but I don't want a refund; I need the part urgently.

I received a Hozelock 60m hose cart on December 7th, which I planned to give as a Christmas present. Upon inspecting the contents, I found that there are two base bars of the same size instead of one base bar and one larger handle bar as depicted in the picture. I took photos yesterday to document the issue before wrapping it up. I would be willing to send these photos if needed. All other components seem to be included and in good condition.
Is it feasible to obtain just the missing handle rather than having to return the entire package?
