Hello. I am experiencing issues with my account on Amazon. It was closed shortly after I ordered a rug and requested a refund due to receiving a broken chair. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, Amazon staff has not been helpful. I spent £[redacted] on the chair, but they are giving me the runaround by asking for weight and size details. It has been two weeks and now my account has been deleted with no response from anyone. The seller is refusing to take back the chair. They have taken £[redacted] from me and closed my account. This situation is causing me stress, especially since I am pregnant. If this matter is not resolved, I will have to seek assistance elsewhere.

My account was unexpectedly deleted while I have one parcel en route and another I was asked to return, however, the seller refuses to accept it back. Despite reaching out to Amazon for assistance, my account was deleted without proper explanation. I managed to have it reinstated and requested help in getting a refund, but faced difficulties coordinating the return with Hermes due to weight and size requirements. The seller's repeated inquiries about the box size added to the frustration. This morning, I discovered my account was deleted again. This treatment is unacceptable. A refund of £[redacted] is owed, and my account should not be deleted until this matter is resolved.

I have an Amazon account with Amazon Prime at £7.99 per month, which I recently cancelled. However, I have another Amazon account where another £7.99 per month is being deducted for Amazon Prime. I tried to resolve this previously but was unable to log in and cancel. I don't remember the account details to cancel this second subscription. I want to cancel all Amazon Prime subscriptions as they are expensive. I've never used this second account and can't recall the login information. Can you please assist me in cancelling this second subscription or provide me with customer service details? Thank you.

I encountered a situation with one of your drivers recently. The driver parked in a way that blocked my car, was rude when asked to move by my 14-year-old son, and became aggressive when I approached him. The driver demonstrated further disregard by arguing with me and parking over a dropped kerb, violating traffic regulations. Moreover, the driver's van had a broken wing mirror exposing wires, which poses a safety risk. Additionally, the driver took a photo of my property and possibly of me without consent, including my underage son, which is unacceptable. I have evidence of the parking incident, the damaged mirror, and the vehicle's registration number (KS20 NTG). Please address these concerning behaviors promptly.

I was anticipating a delivery this afternoon, but unfortunately had to leave at 2pm. I had previously provided instructions to leave packages with neighbors. Upon returning home at 4.20pm, I found the parcel left on my doorstep in plain sight. The tracking information mentioned that the parcel was handed to me at 2.20pm, which is inaccurate. This is not the first time this has occurred. Some drivers seem to not confirm if someone is home before leaving the package. There have been instances where there is no attempt to make contact when I am home. Although I understand they may be busy, I wish they would ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. I have made arrangements for my neighbors to accept packages on my behalf if I am not home. I am concerned about the safety of my deliveries, especially on a busy street. Today, I accepted a package addressed to Nick H., my son, as the delivery person handed me the parcel. There were two more parcels with him, which he mentioned were for a neighbor. I declined to accept those on behalf of my neighbor. Later in the day, my neighbor inquired about their missing parcels, which according to their tracking showed all three were delivered. However, I only received one, which I have photographed. As a retired individual, I am quite distressed by this situation and seek a resolution. I value honesty and trustworthiness; therefore, I urge the company to address this issue with the delivery driver promptly.

I received a notification at 3:18 PM indicating that my order #206_[redacted]-[redacted] had been delivered by a person named Ian. However, the items were not delivered to my address. I was home and waiting for it, as it is urgent. The tracking information states that it was delivered to the postroom at 3:17 PM, but there is no postroom nearby when I checked in Edinburgh. I urgently needed the Maxell DVDs I ordered to make copies for a funeral I am attending in London tomorrow. I plan to burn copies for the funeral service and distribute them to the attendees. This situation is unacceptable. I believe I should be compensated or have the van driver locate and return the DVDs. Hello, I received my phone back in September, which was less than eight months ago. A few weeks after purchasing the product, issues began to arise. Although the manufacturer was initially unhelpful and directed me back to Amazon, after troubleshooting, some issues were resolved. I informed the Amazon advisor to note down the problems in case of future occurrences.
Currently, my phone frequently experiences screen burn and crashes, causing significant distress as I have OCD, exacerbating the situation. Contacting live chat support did not provide much sympathy or resolution. They insisted that the phone is "non-returnable" and advised reaching out to the manufacturer. I believe as the retailer, Amazon should take responsibility for resolving the issue, as legally the seller holds responsibility for faulty products.
Given the item's faulty nature within such a short time frame, I expect a replacement or refund based on my statutory rights. The advisors' dismissive attitude and lack of empathy during my interactions exacerbated my dissatisfaction. I feel strongly about receiving a functional phone due to its vital role in my daily life.

Amazon keeps requesting me to update my debit card information. After losing my card and getting a new one, I promptly updated the new details. Despite this, Amazon has repeatedly asked for the information, causing frustration. After contacting their online chat three times, the issue was supposedly resolved, only to have to re-enter my bank details again. They have also withheld my order and falsely claimed I have outstanding items. Despite trying the chat line again, the support has been ineffective. I hope for a resolution. Thank you, Kim.

I am a dedicated follower of tennis matches worldwide, and I use Amazon Prime for streaming. I am extremely frustrated about the poor quality of the delivery service. During yesterday's final between Alcaraz and Zverev, the broadcast was full of disruptions. At times, only one player was visible, and the screen divided into three sections, which was incredibly irritating. The day before, during Alcaraz's match against Djokovic, the quality was also subpar, culminating in missing the final shot due to a complete picture breakdown. This is a recurring issue every time I watch tennis matches on your platform. Charging for such unsatisfactory service is simply unjustifiable.

Hello, I purchased a Kindle Fire 10 from Amazon UK two weeks ago and had it brought to Turkey by a friend. Despite having a UK Amazon account, I'm having trouble registering it. I ordered four items for my daughter back in March using her birthday money. However, we have yet to receive anything. She no longer wants to wait and would like a refund. It's frustrating that as a big company, the process for customers is this challenging and time-consuming. Regarding Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for the Geox Trainers with Prime Try Before You Buy, I made a purchase yesterday and was prompted to authenticate it using my credit card and a special PIN sent via text. I complied, expecting delivery in a few days. Surprisingly, today I received an email indicating a payment issue, which puzzled me as I had already completed the verification process. I purchased a heavy metal picnic table from Amazon, which was delivered on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, the box was damaged and soiled with bird droppings. Despite my request, the driver did not wait while I inspected the table. Upon opening the box, I discovered that the table was bent, damaged, marked, and dirty. This was very disappointing, and we had to spend Saturday afternoon repackaging and returning it to the post office. As a full-time carer for a sick parent, this situation has been quite inconvenient. I kindly request a prompt refund as I do not have the time to reorder and go through this process again. Today, I waited at home all day for Hermes to collect my returned microwave oven for Amazon. Even though I had workmen around the house all day, the driver claimed no one was home, which is completely untrue. Amazon now wants me to wait again on Wednesday for collection, but they can't provide a specific time. They won't give me Hermes' contact information, and Hermes requires me to be present for the return, so I can't just leave it on my porch. It's frustrating that Hermes won't notify me before arrival or provide a collection time or tracking information. I just want to ensure the Hermes driver actually picks up my parcel this time.

Hello, my name is Nishu Patel, and I am an account holder on Amazon. I made two orders on 02/05/[redacted] totaling £98.98. The next day, I received a message stating that my account was closed due to misuse. After investigating and contacting customer service about someone using my name, address, and bank details, without success, I reported the matter to the police. Despite my daily calls, there has been no response, and I am dissatisfied with the poor and rude customer service. When my order arrived on 11/05/[redacted], my partner suggested returning it to Amazon due to the lack of assistance and the issue at hand. Therefore, on 12/05/[redacted], I printed the return label and sent the items back to the seller. I am now awaiting my refund, which has not been processed. After contacting customer service yesterday, I was instructed to send a message to reopen my account, providing the mail order number and proof of the returned items. On March 30th, I bought an IMOU CCTV camera and an external PC hard drive. The hard drive is working well, but unfortunately, the CCTV camera is not functioning. After several unsuccessful attempts, I contacted IMOU Service hotline and was instructed to "Unbind" the camera by providing a photo of the device with the SN number. Despite following these steps, the camera still doesn't work. IMOU's response stated the camera was not associated with any account. I am disappointed with the situation and plan to return the item. In the future, I will steer clear of IMOU and consider purchasing a different camera from Amazon.

I returned an order via Hermes to Rishi's News in Beckenham on May 24th. The newsagent seemed confused about the new rules for packaging items together. He instructed me to label all items and place them in a single box. The box contained Bugalugs Dog Detangler, OrganiHaus xxl cotton rope woven basket, and Tropiclean Tangle Remover spray without separate packaging, covered by the return label and already refunded. However, there were also three items, Maxwinee women's waterproof jacket, FANHAO Hosepipe Spray Gun, and Bugalugs Dog Detangler spray, each in their own packaging with individual labels, that have not been refunded yet and only marked as 'Return started.' I am inquiring about when I can expect a refund for these last three items.

I accidentally ordered 3 Von Haus bench covers instead of 1. I received all 3 but only kept 1, returning the other 2 to the delivery driver. Despite speaking with a representative and receiving an email confirmation, I have not been refunded yet. The order was placed on May 19th and delivered on May 21st. The Von Haus representative assured me they received the returned items and mentioned a refund would be processed within 7 to 10 days. However, I have not seen a refund in my bank account yet. Attempts to reach Von Haus by phone have been unsuccessful. The order numbers for the covers are #[redacted]-[redacted] and #[redacted]-[redacted]. I was told the refund would take 3 to 7 days but it has not been issued yet.
