I recently purchased a Keter outdoor storage box, but it arrived with multiple broken pieces. I had to use strong tape to hold it together. Unfortunately, more pieces fell off when I opened it. Subject: Amazon Prime Membership Fee Charged Incorrectly
Dear GB-Amazon team,
I am Vladimir Slobodin from Germany. I have been a Prime member of Amazon.de for almost twenty years, paying my annual subscriptions in Germany. Recently, I noticed a charge on 01/22/[redacted] of £7.99 from my bank account for Prime membership on Amazon.co.uk under order number D01-[redacted]-[redacted]. This seems to be an error as I did not purchase an additional Prime membership and have been enjoying Prime benefits across various Amazon platforms without extra charges.
I believe this might be due to a system glitch possibly related to Brexit. Despite this, I was not informed of any changes, nor did I authorize this payment. Kindly rectify this issue promptly and reimburse the charged amount.

Hello, I am Alan Meaden from 15 Blacksmiths Copse in Hailsham, BN27 3XB. I had a delivery from DPD on 8/2/22. Since I was at work, I had it sent to my trusted neighbor at 4 Blacksmiths Copse. Upon collecting the delivery, I found only 1 package instead of the 2 I had ordered. Order #[redacted]-[redacted] was supposed to include 2 bouquets. Your records show both were delivered, but I only received one. I am missing the Joe Sephs chocolate and popcorn bouquet with silk roses, which was intended as a gift. I recently ordered a garden wagon from FUXTEC just before Christmas. Unfortunately, the item was damaged at the courier depot and had to be returned. Although I paid £[redacted], FUXTEC only refunded me £[redacted], citing a tax difference for non-EU countries. They mentioned that Amazon should refund the remaining £28. Despite several live chats, the issue remains unresolved, and I feel frustrated by the lack of assistance. I was assured in my last chat that the company would receive a notification, but I have yet to see any progress. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly by receiving the £28 refund from Amazon, completing the full reimbursement.

Following my complaint made yesterday on Chat regarding the delivery of my Tassimo coffee, I was disappointed to discover today that my order for Lintbell's Yumove was returned and refunded, despite never receiving it. Furthermore, I came across an Amazon package left exposed on my doorstep, contrary to the safe place instructions I have clearly provided on my gate. This falls well below the standard of service I expect and is completely unacceptable.
Yesterday, I was hesitant to blame the driver, but today it seems evident that there may be a new driver who is not following delivery instructions. My gate clearly directs deliveries to a box provided for this purpose, and I have not received any calls on my mobile for assistance, as per my standing instruction.
I am giving you a week to address and improve this disorganized service. If this continues, I will take my business elsewhere and discontinue my Amazon Prime subscription.

I recently changed my card and location. When I tried to use my Kindle yesterday, my entire library was gone. My dedicated Amazon account, mainly used for my Kindle, was locked and I received this message: "The system automatically locked your Amazon account and hold all your orders. We took this action, because the billing information you provided did not match the information on file the card issuer. To unlock your account, you can click button below and proceed with identity verification to prove that it is your account." I provided my information through the app but still can't access my account. My bank shows a purchase of [redacted].57 euros today. Please assist!

A charge of £7.99 appeared on my account on February 10, [redacted]. I never provided my card details to Amazon Prime, and I have not accessed my account in a long time. The email associated with my account was deactivated years ago, so I am confused as to how my account is still active without being able to verify anything.
I am requesting a refund of the unauthorized charge and the immediate closure of my account due to lack of access. I would like to receive information on when the account was used and details of the purchases made without my knowledge. This situation raises concerns about unauthorized access and potential misuse of my card details.
I am considering reporting this as fraud if not resolved promptly. I have never used a free trial or shared my personal information.

Regarding Order no: [redacted]-[redacted] for the Panasonic cordless phone, I had requested for the item to be left inside my porch if I was not at home during delivery. Unfortunately, despite this request, the item was not placed in my porch as instructed. Instead, it was left outside on a bin down a side drive, nowhere near my front door, as shown in the attached photo I received later. This outdoor placement not only disregarded my delivery instructions but also exposed the electronic equipment to the elements, risking irreparable damage, especially given the recent inclement weather. I am disappointed with this substandard delivery service.

My orders did not come as expected. I placed them on the 18th of February, with initial delivery set for the 22nd, then delayed to the 26th, and finally the 28th. I received a text stating the delivery would be between 3 and 5 pm but was pushed back to 7:30 pm. Tracking showed the driver close, then farther away, causing confusion. Eventually, I was informed the order would arrive on the 2nd of March or a refund would be issued. During a call with Amazon, I provided both my billing and temporary address due to my mother's illness. Despite confirming my information, there were errors in my Gmail address and postal code. Now, I have paid for items not received and face challenges returning them due to these discrepancies. Thank you, LBeamon.

I am a customer from Ridgecrest, California, in the United States. I am having trouble completing my order for a CD in my Amazon UK basket. During checkout, I verified my email but had issues with my password. Despite attempts to change it, I struggled with the verification process via email and SMS due to using a flip phone. On March 4, I sent two pieces of my remote control to you by mail. Unfortunately, only one piece's amount was refunded. The other piece's amount was not refunded even though both were sent at the same time from the same post office. I will provide you with details and pictures to support my claim. The post office explained that it is the same barcode because both pieces are the same type, which might have caused the error. I kindly request your assistance in refunding the amount for the second piece. Thank you.

I need to file a complaint about the female delivery driver who just visited my mother-in-law's house. She aggressively knocked on the door with something, making an incredibly loud noise. My mother-in-law, who is 88 years old and suffers from Parkinson’s and Lewy body dementia, was fortunately in the bathroom at the time. Her behavior was unnecessary and alarming. Once she banged on the door, the driver quickly walked away. When I confronted her, she rudely claimed not to hear me and drove off. It's important for delivery drivers to understand that vulnerable individuals may be near the door they are knocking on. Our usual driver is respectful and kind, which is why this recent experience was so upsetting. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly. Thank you. T. Dixon

I was expecting a delivery today that hasn't arrived. The driver mentioned he couldn't find my address, but I suspect he went to the wrong one. I want to clarify that my address is number 26, located between number 24 and 24a/24b. I stayed home all day and even checked when the driver was close by. In February, I purchased a small mystery pallet for £9.00, which included delivery. Today, I received the parcel with the tracking number associated with the pallet. Unfortunately, the item inside was a cheap watch without any instructions or brand information. I am extremely disappointed and feel deceived by this purchase. I request a full refund for the pallet and shipping charges, as it did not meet the description. I am upset by this experience and plan to inform my family and friends through social media. I returned two items to Amazon, but have only received a refund for one so far. The second item, a £22.99 bikini, has not been refunded yet, and Amazon's status check shows it hasn't been returned. I believe this might be due to both items being sent back in one package instead of separately with their own return labels. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted] for two bikinis: one purple Charmo Ladies Two Piece Triangle Swimsuit for £20.99 and one blue CharmLeaks Ladies Two Piece Halter Bikini for £22.99. I am hoping to get the refund for the second bikini soon.

In November [redacted], I placed an order for 2 boxes of 6 Jack Rabbit White Zinfandel (Rosa). After finishing one box, I opened the second to find I had received 1 box of 6 Jack Rabbit Merlot instead, which is not what I ordered since I do not drink red wine. I missed the returns date, but I only recently discovered the error. If you couldn't fulfill the quantity I ordered, I would have preferred not to receive an alternative but only one box or a refund. My Fire HD8 (6th generation) recently updated to FIRE OS 5.7.0.0 and since then, the battery is draining even when the device is turned off. The battery also continues to decline while the tablet is plugged in to charge. I received this tablet as a gift and don't have any purchase information. This issue only began after the latest update and I have been using the tablet without any problems until now.
I'm hoping to find a solution to fix this battery drain problem, whether by reversing the update or another solution. It's frustrating to constantly charge the tablet only to have it lose battery power at the same time. Your help is appreciated, thank you.

I have not received the blue balloons with a rose inside that I ordered as a Mother's Day gift for my oldest daughter on 27.3.22 through PayPal for £14.98. The seller on Amazon was YCTech. I have emailed them multiple times, but they keep asking for an order number that I can't locate. I have the invoice ID and PayPal transaction details, but no order number. I tried to locate the order on Amazon, but I couldn't find it. The balloons were pictured as three blue ones with a rose in each. There were also different colored balloons with roses. I purchased them on the same day as other gifts for my youngest daughter. There was a delivery issue with those items as well. I am disappointed by the delays and confusion with the orders.
