I placed an order for an item on the 15th with order number [redacted]-[redacted], which was supposed to have next day delivery. After calling on the 16th to inquire about the delay, I was informed by an agent from an Indian call center that the item would arrive on the 17th, only to discover later that the order had been canceled without my knowledge. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that not only was the order canceled, but the refund was canceled as well. Despite reassurances, the items did not arrive on the 17th as promised. Today, after another call, I was told that the items were returned to the sellers and that there was nothing more that could be done. I am disappointed with the poor customer service I received, especially considering the cost of 7p per minute for the calls. I have been forced to reorder the items at a cost of £[redacted].95, and now I have to wait several days for a refund. My parcel is still in delivery and was supposed to arrive today, but upon checking, I see that it is now expected to come on Monday. This item has already been delayed since 3 July when I first ordered it. It should have been here last Sunday, but Hermes did not deliver it. I was refunded, and I reordered, being told it would arrive today.
My Mum waited for it, but tracking shows it won't be here until Monday. I spoke on the phone to ensure its arrival. The graduation frame was meant for an event on the 17th, and my Mum had to go empty-handed to my sister's gift, which is arriving today. I am appalled by this situation and hope you can show some compassion as this has caused great stress. I have been on the phone and live chat, expecting it on the 8th, then today, now Monday. This has also stressed out my Mum. I look forward to a prompt reply.

I signed up for a 30-day free trial with Amazon Prime. After that, I accepted another 30-day trial. Upon deciding to continue, I saw duplicate charges on May 1, [redacted]. I struggled to find a way to contact support and was charged twice again on June 1, [redacted]. After finally locating the option to cancel, I ended my subscription in June. To my dismay, I was charged yet again on July 1, [redacted], for £7.99. The transaction appears as Amazon Prime *M66C9 card purchase - Luxembourg on my bank statement. Even though my account shows I am no longer a Prime member, I was still charged three times erroneously. I demand an immediate resolution as I have been unable to cancel my subscription and continue to be charged without authorization.

My daughter originally ordered a hardback book, but a paperback was sent instead. Despite multiple attempts to have the order corrected through customer service, she continued to receive paperbacks instead of the hardback she wanted. Each time she contacted them, she was assured the correct book would be sent, but she received the wrong item each time. After spending hours on chat support, she was given a guarantee that the hardback book would finally be sent, only to receive yet another paperback. The situation has been frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Initially intended for a graduation celebration on the 17th, the delays have caused significant disappointment. Despite numerous promises of delivery dates such as the 19th and 21st, the package is now scheduled to arrive tomorrow by 9 PM. This unforeseen circumstance sadly resulted in my sister graduating without her gift, fostering feelings of neglect in the matter. I have recently been notified that my Amazon account under the email [redacted] is closed due to suspicious activity, prompting a request for my bank details. I find this odd since I haven't made any purchases yet, except for one order that remains unfulfilled. I ordered an item from Amazon on Friday the 19th with next day delivery. By Monday morning, I hadn't heard anything from them. I reached out through live chat and was given incorrect information. I've had to make numerous calls to inquire about the delivery, which is scheduled for the 24th. There's no confirmation of whether it will arrive. I've been given three different reasons for the delay and requested to speak with someone in the UK, but my request was denied. Managers promised to resolve the issue, but there has been no delivery or explanation for the delay. After spending over two hours trying to get information, I've decided to cancel the order since it's uncertain if I'll ever receive the item.

Hello, I recently checked my Barclaycard statement and noticed a charge of £1,[redacted].99 to Amazon. I did not make this purchase and suspect it is fraudulent. I have asked Barclaycard to investigate. Strangely, a package worth the same amount arrived from a house in Bradford, which I did not order. The package has no Amazon markings. I would like to return an order with number [redacted]-[redacted]. I received a return label that needs to be scanned by phone. However, my mobile phone is not a smartphone. Can I print the return label without scanning it? My daughter sent me chocolates from Amazon for my birthday, and they were supposed to be delivered special delivery. When I was not home, the parcel was left at the local post office. Upon picking it up a few hours later, it was in a polythene bag with a Royal Mail apology as the original wrapping was wet through. Unfortunately, the chocolates had melted. I took photos and filled out a Royal Mail claim form, but since it was sent by Amazon, I am missing some necessary information for the claim.

I had been on Amazon.com, but the website redirected me to Amazon.co.uk without my knowledge, resulting in a 9.99 euro shipping fee being charged. I want a full refund for the item or a refund for the shipping cost since I can order the same item with free shipping through Amazon Prime. I find this situation unfair. Last night I was browsing Amazon for the DVD version of Series 9 of Foyle's War. Inadvertently, I mistakenly ended up purchasing a 'season' of this on Amazon Prime Video. Subsequently, I promptly attempted to cancel the purchase; however, I received a notification stating it was too late to do so, despite my cancellation being within a minute.
I kindly request the charge to be canceled, and any subscription to the Amazon video service, of which I was unaware, to be removed as well. I have no intention of using this service and was unaware of it.

I encountered difficulties placing an order on Friday as it requested my password, which was not recognized. I had to reset my password via email. Today, a package from Prime arrived for an item I did not order, still in my basket. I did not receive an acknowledgment or want to be a Prime member. I cannot log in to return the item due to password issues. Unwilling to pay for an unplaced order, I struggle to communicate via phone or email with Amazon. I split my time between London and the United States, having Amazon accounts in both countries. My London account is linked to my UK phone number (+44 7[redacted]15). I am currently in the US and unable to recall my Amazon.co.uk password. I have attempted to call Amazon UK for assistance but the call is not going through. I'm willing to incur the international call charges to retrieve important order history details about a specific item. I wonder if the call failure is due to limited operating hours of Amazon UK customer service. Could you provide me with the local London hours for assistance?
Alternatively, I learned that I can reset my Amazon UK password by receiving a code on my UK mobile number. However, as I am in the US for the next three weeks, my UK Sim card is not in my phone, preventing me from accessing the information sent to my UK mobile number. Given that this Vinyl record was released on 16 August, could you please verify if it will indeed arrive within the mentioned timeframe? I had also ordered another Vinyl record released on the same date in a separate order, and I have already received it. Typically, your shipping is prompt, so I am concerned if there might be any undisclosed stock issues causing a delay. Prior to the release date, the item showed as "not currently available," although it was in stock when I made the purchase. Hello, I want to report an issue regarding a gift card that was damaged due to being left out in the rain by your courier. My grandson's £20 birthday gift was ruined as a result. After contacting Amazon on 4/9/[redacted], I was initially told that £20 would be credited to my account, which I found unsatisfactory given the situation. They then agreed to reimburse me the £20 and send an additional £20 voucher the next day, totaling £40 for my grandson. However, the promised voucher did not arrive the next day. When I contacted Amazon, the agent was skeptical until I mentioned the recorded call. Eventually, a manager intervened and agreed to credit the full £40 to my account. Despite the resolution, I am frustrated because they initially credited me £20, then took it back the next day, and finally refunded the full amount. I am disappointed that my grandson did not get to enjoy his birthday gift as intended. I have an email confirming the £40 refund. My package was shipped by SEUR, stating they attempted delivery twice. Despite my wife being unwell, we were both home all day and no one came. Interestingly, Correos successfully delivered another parcel to us without issues. Now, the only option to retrieve the item is through the automated click and delivery service, which I lack security codes for. Frankly, since I have to pass by Media Mart anyway, it might be easier to purchase the item from there instead.
