I was introduced to enroll for Amazon Pay as a Merchant in Hooghly through a manager from Kolkata, Mr. Somnath Sarkar. However, Mr. Sarkar has been continuously pressuring us with targets and old enrollment tariffs. When we sought clarification, his behavior turned abusive, stopped our work abruptly, and refused to pay us. Despite the challenges of the lockdown, we made an effort to enroll shops but faced difficulties. We made every effort to meet targets but managing a team in this manner makes it challenging to uphold the company's reputation. Around seven years ago, I opened an Amazon Payments account for a Kickstarter project. In [redacted], I received payments until the account showed a balance recently via email. Amazon states I can't access it as the account was linked to an inactive email and payments went to an expired debit card. They suspect fraud since I can't update with the old email or validate the expired card. I've been denied access three times and then heard nothing. I believe someone sent funds, so I want to collect the gift, but Amazon won't release it to me.

I have an Amazon account, and a few hours ago, I wanted to buy a MSI gaming laptop for [redacted]€, but I chose the installment payment option. I expected to pay around 50€ for the first payment, but to my surprise, [redacted]€ was withdrawn from my bank account at once. This left me overdrawn by [redacted]€, causing other payments like electricity, insurance, and rent to bounce. I canceled the purchase immediately, yet you still proceeded to take the money. I am not wealthy, which is why I opted for installments. Now, I am facing financial problems and struggling to even buy food. I demand a refund of the [redacted]€ immediately. Please return the money to my account by the end of the day. I am a loyal Amazon customer and should not be facing financial difficulties because of this error. Dear Customer Support, On 29.03.[redacted], Amazon Payments deducted €22.98 from my Commerzbank account (DE92 [redacted] .... [redacted] 00). My name is Eberhard Meier, a satisfied Amazon customer, and I do not have any outstanding debts with Amazon. However, I did not link this account as my Amazon account as Amazon usually debits my invoices from a Targobank account. I have reversed the amount back to myself. The name Ulrike Stocker appears as the "debtor" on the direct debit return. I would like to know if this was an error on your part or if it is computer fraud by the unknown Ulrike Stocker. Subject: Urgent Billing Issue I have been attempting to contact someone since yesterday regarding an order issue. Due to my visual impairment, I rely on voice-over technology to navigate the internet. After placing an order on Amazon.com, I realized I mistakenly selected the wrong country for shipping. I require assistance changing the order to ship from and to Canada in Canadian Dollars to avoid additional shipping charges. Despite selecting no gift packaging, I received two separate shipments of the Coleman camp cot, when I intended for both to be in one order. I urgently need help rectifying the billing to Canadian Dollars with a single shipping fee. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel the order, scheduled for Monday. I've had no issues returning items and having my charge card credited until recently when I returned two orders only to receive a gift card instead. Amazon seems to default to crediting with a gift card now, which caused confusion as I was not aware of it. Consequently, a recent order unknowingly used this gift card balance. Make sure to explicitly request a credit back to your charge card to avoid this happening. Amazon claims no system changes were made, but this practice allows them to hold onto your money via gift card credits. Just a heads up to ensure you clarify how you'd like your refund processed to avoid surprises like this one.

I have interacted with 9 different customer service representatives regarding my Amazon Prime subscriptions. Despite canceling them months ago, I continue to be charged. I was assured refunds of $[redacted].00, $96.00, and $[redacted].00, but only received $25.00 since September 13. Each time I call, I am given varying timelines for the refunds, from 7-10 days to 2-5 days, and once even within 24 hours. I am frustrated with this process and demand my money back. Even after canceling 4 months ago, Amazon Prime is still charging me. It seems effortless to take our money, but the refund process is unacceptable.

Last month, I contacted customer service to explain that I did not order Prime Video. They assured me they had refunded the money, but upon checking my checking account, I noticed they had charged me twice, totaling $[redacted].63 each time. I am in urgent need of the refund as I never subscribed to Prime Video, thus they owe me $[redacted].27. Additionally, this situation led to an overdraw in my checkbook, causing further stress. I was unaware that my payment would be processed through Amazon for a purchase made on Zagg's website. Despite following the return instructions on the website, I have been unsuccessful in returning the item and have not received a response regarding the unfulfilled offers and promotions. After reaching out with no reply, Amazon Pay was unable to deliver my complaint to the merchant, resulting in frustration. The email response from Amazon Pay provided steps to resolve the issue, which ironically mirrored the actions I had taken prior to contacting them. The lack of communication from the merchant is causing undue stress, and I am unsure of how to proceed further to address this matter.

Hello, I am reaching out because someone has accessed my old account and made unauthorized charges. An email indicates I will receive a package tomorrow, but I haven't used Amazon in a long time. I attempted to log in using my Amazon Prime details, which failed. Please cancel the order as I did not make it, assist me in accessing my account, or delete the account entirely. Dear Sir or Madam, Yesterday, we were asked to upload documents to our Amazon Payments account, including a passport and a recent credit card statement. We have submitted these two documents as requested. However, 15 minutes later, we received a notification that our Amazon Payments account has been deactivated. We are confused as to why this has occurred since we provided the requested documents promptly. The sudden deactivation has also affected the payment process for customers on our online shop, causing significant consequences. I have an Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) account that I created in [redacted] with a previous cell number that I no longer have. When I try to sign in, Amazon sends a confirmation to that old number which I can't access. I need help updating my account with my current cell number [redacted]. I also received a text from Amazon stating an issue with my billing information and a link to update it. Unfortunately, I'm unable to access it as I can't sign in due to the cell number problem. I need help with a charge issue from Amazon. My wife purchased a $[redacted] Amazon Gift Card online on April 5, [redacted], and canceled it the same day. However, in March [redacted], our credit card was charged $[redacted] by Amazon for the canceled gift card. A second transaction for the same amount also occurred immediately after. Despite filing a cybercrime case with the local police, both your organization and ICICI bank have been uncooperative with the investigation and reversing the fraudulent transactions totaling Rs. 99,[redacted]. I kindly request your assistance in providing the IP address of Dreamplug Technologies in Mumbai, details of the products or services sold, delivery information, detailed bill, delivery address, and scrutinizing the merchant banker's bank statements for the transfer details of the amounts. It seems that the fraudster, associated with your merchant establishment Dreamplug Technologies Mumbai, has colluded with ICICI bank to share our personal card information and the OTP. I am seeking assistance with an unresolved unauthorized charge issue. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address an issue with my recent order from Amazon. Upon receiving my initial item, I discovered it was incorrect. The customer service team promptly assisted me in placing a replacement order. When the replacement arrived, I found the size was incorrect and initiated a return for the same item. The return was completed when the delivery associate collected it. However, I am now being informed by customer service that a different item was returned and a refund cannot be issued. In April, I asked my daughter to buy items on Amazon using my Citi card ending in [redacted]. Due to my age, I forgot and disputed the charges with Citi Bank. They suggested getting a new card, ending in [redacted]. Later, I realized the charges were valid, reversed the dispute, but Amazon had already charged my daughter's Chase card [redacted] and my new Citi card [redacted]. Citi Bank paid Amazon twice for the same purchase, explaining I had reversed the dispute. We've contacted Citi Bank for a refund, but they said we need to request it from Amazon since they were already paid.
