I received a message from Amazon Payments informing me that my account has been suspended. This same message is appearing when I try to work on HITs through MTurk. I am seeking assistance in restoring my access to the account. Amazon previously suggested creating a new account, which is not an acceptable solution. I have utilized my MTurk account for over a decade, completed more than 14,[redacted] HITs, and obtained various qualifications. I attempted to contact Amazon Payments by phone, but was transferred and later disconnected after a 20-minute hold. I am willing to provide verification and even submit images of my driver's license if required, but I am struggling to connect with a helpful representative for guidance.

Hello,
I recently initiated a fund transfer of [redacted].93 USD from my Amazon seller account to my Hyperwallet account ending in [redacted] on November 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not yet received this payment. Despite reaching out to my bank multiple times, they have not received any payment from my Amazon account. I've submitted several appeals regarding my last payout but have not received a proper response. In my seller central account, I can see two Trace IDs for the last transaction, one from my account and the other sent by Amazon via email. Although I have these two Trace IDs, my bank is still unable to locate the transaction. I've been waiting for more than four months for a resolution without any success. I kindly request a thorough investigation into my transaction and ask for your assistance in contacting the bank (Hyperwallet) regarding this matter.
Thank you,
Supply LLC/Hamza Khan

I recently ordered an iron box on Amazon using my father's account. Unfortunately, even though the website shows the product was delivered, I never received it. I contacted customer service multiple times to report the issue, request a refund, and cancel the order. I had made the payment through PhonePe at the time of purchase. Despite being assured that a refund would be issued within 5 to 7 days, it has now been 10 days and we have yet to receive any reimbursement. The order number for reference is [redacted]-[redacted].

Hello Amazon team,
I wanted to bring to your attention that my disbursement was approved on June 22nd, but the funds have not been disbursed yet. Despite three settlement dates passing, my funds are still on hold by Amazon under reserve. I'm getting concerned about the status of my funds. Unfortunately, I am unable to call or open a case with Amazon due to my account deactivation. Please assist me in resolving this matter.
Thank you,
Regards,
Salih Abdulla

My mother sent me an Amazon gift card, which I added to my account for payment. I tried to buy a $25 Lyft gift card and was about to order groceries on Amazon Fresh. However, the Lyft purchase didn't go through, and now my account is restricted. I can't log in, and it's showing the gift card as received on my mother's end. I also recently renewed my Amazon Prime membership, and I am quite frustrated with the situation. - Ann D.

I own a Straight Talk phone and was receiving numerous late-night calls, so I contacted Straight Talk to change my number. I was provided with a new number. Subsequently, I attempted to create an Amazon account with this new number, thinking I was setting up a completely fresh account. However, after shopping and adding my debit card details, I realized that I had accessed someone else's account because it was linked to the same number. I contacted Amazon immediately to report the issue, but unfortunately, the situation has not been resolved, and the other individual, Stefanie H., keeps using my information to make purchases. I'm unable to remove my details from the account. Can someone please assist in removing my information from her account so I can create a new account with a different cell phone number?
