I have encountered issues with your website and customer service for weeks now. My flight confirmation number is RXYEQD, last name Pepper. Initially, I paid $40 to reserve premium economy seats for my wife and me for a business trip. However, when I returned to book, I could only select economy seats. Later, I modified my return flight for a meeting, and the website indicated it was $[redacted] cheaper. Unfortunately, I was shifted to a Delta economy flight, and Air France retained the $[redacted] as "vouchers" without notice.
Despite contacting customer service four times and spending hours on hold, I have not found a resolution. The Facebook messenger support was automated. As a Delta Gold member, I preferred booking with you for my Paris trip, wanting to use the national carrier. I am requesting to be restored to premium economy and to receive a refund of the $[redacted].
I noticed availability for several seats on a Business Class flight tomorrow evening, the 7th, and I am willing to pay the upgrade fees. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency on the website and the unhelpful customer service experience. I regret having to provide negative feedback.

I am writing regarding an issue with my luggage during my recent flights on August 31, [redacted], from Zagreb to Paris to Santiago de Chile. Upon arriving in Santiago on September 1, [redacted], one of my bags was missing. I filed a report after waiting for an hour. I was informed via email on September 3, [redacted], that my luggage had arrived at the airport. On September 4, [redacted], I received an email stating that a driver had attempted to deliver the luggage the day before but couldn't reach me by phone. I responded that I was asleep, as nobody informed me beforehand about the late-night arrival. Despite sending several emails, there was no response after September 4, [redacted]. Consequently, on September 6, [redacted], I went to the airport and located my missing luggage after an exhaustive search. The whole ordeal was very troublesome and stressful, resulting in additional costs. I believe Air France should make amends by upgrading my upcoming flight from Europe to business class and waiving the fees for two extra bags as a gesture of goodwill. I traveled with Air France from OR Tambo to Paris and arrived this morning. I have another flight with Air France from Paris to Bogota this evening. I am disappointed that I requested an escort to help me navigate the system to get to my gate, but one was not provided. As a deaf individual, this lack of assistance makes me vulnerable, having to rely on strangers to guide me. It is concerning, especially when I cannot hear announcements like my stop on the shuttle bus. I believe airlines should follow the United Nations Conventions on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities by providing reasonable accommodations, such as an escort to the boarding gate. I am now worried about how I will manage in Bogota, particularly if there are shuttles to use.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, we missed our connecting flight #AF [redacted] to LJU in Slovenia on the same day. Air France kindly provided us with accommodation, food vouchers, and necessity vouchers for the overnight stay. This delay resulted in us being one day behind on our itinerary, leading to the cancellation and rebooking of several hotels and train tickets. Additionally, we were charged a $[redacted] Change Fee by our travel agent. We are grateful to have purchased Travel Insurance for situations like this. I received a voucher that I used to rebook for a departure date on September 23, [redacted], returning on October 10, [redacted]. I rebooked in mid-July [redacted] over the phone with a customer service representative. Despite being assured a response within 3 days for repricing by the back office, it has been a month without any updates. I have contacted customer service about 8 times since August, each time being told the issue would be escalated to the back office. In early September, I received an email with incorrect departure information for September 26 instead of my initial booking on September 23. After multiple attempts to correct this, the issue remains unresolved. I am concerned as my departure is approaching and seat availability may be limited. I have faced challenges escalating this matter to a supervisor as I was informed there is no direct contact. I recently booked a flight from Delhi to London through Goibibo. The itinerary included flights from Delhi to Bangalore with Vistara, and then from Bangalore to London via Paris with Air France. Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of the issues my wife, Cristina Iorga, and I encountered during our recent flight from JFK-New York to Bucharest, Romania via Paris on September 23rd. Our flight departed from JFK three hours late, causing us to miss our connecting flight to Bucharest in Paris on September 24th at noon.
We were rebooked on another flight, AF1088, later that evening on September 24th. Upon our late arrival in Bucharest, we discovered that my checked baggage was missing. I promptly filed a missing baggage report with the Air France office at the Bucharest airport.
After being notified on the morning of September 26th that our bag was located and would arrive on a flight at 1 pm, I collected the baggage at 4 pm. Unfortunately, due to my tight travel schedule to Chisinau later that evening, I only noticed the damage in the bag upon reaching my destination, Chisinau.
I have attempted to report the damaged baggage via Air France's online form, but encountered technical errors each time. Thus, I am reaching out to you via email and have attached photos of the damaged bag and baggage tag for reference. I, Fredrickodirah Chukwu, arrived at Lagos Airport on the 26th of September with booking reference RWYUSZ and was denied boarding by your staff as I was told I needed a transit visa for France despite London being my final destination. My pleas for reconsideration were not taken into account.
I was never informed by the agent World Airfares, neither before nor after purchasing my ticket, about the transit visa requirement to France. Obtaining the transit visa for France could take 2-3 months as reservations alone take a month before payment and document submission.
I kindly request a ticket change to accommodate the time needed for processing the transit visa, which seems to be a lengthy procedure.

We have a booking on Air France business class to CDG departing on the 9th of November with the reference J4OJBJ. Our original routing involved a WestJet flight from Vancouver to Toronto connecting to Air France, but WestJet only offers premium economy, not the business class we purchased. WestJet provided us with flight number WSWLGX, stating that there is no business class on this flight. As business class passengers, we should have a higher baggage allowance, but WestJet informed us that in premium economy, we are limited to the standard 50lb with an additional charge of $[redacted] plus tax per bag, totaling $[redacted]+ for our four cases. We find this downgrade and unexpected extra charge unacceptable. We are requesting either a change to a direct Air France flight from YVR to CDG or compensation for the fees imposed by WestJet.
