I booked my flight with Tickets to India in February [redacted] through Frankfurt initially. I inquired before confirming my tickets if I needed a transit visa via Frankfurt. The agent assured me I wouldn't need one as I wouldn't leave the airport. However, my flights were canceled twice and rescheduled. I double-checked with the agency about the transit visa each time, still being told it wasn't necessary. On July 4th, I contacted Air France regarding baggage allowance and was informed about the transit visa requirement. I've been in touch with Tickets to India to arrange a 1-year voucher to replace my ticket fares due to delays. My flight is on July 22, and the agency's slow processing has disrupted my kids' holiday plans, causing stress and disappointment. I urge prompt attention to this matter and request the timely issuance of the 1-year voucher.

On July 16th, I had a flight booked from Lyon to Dublin. Unfortunately, my journey was plagued with various issues with AirFrance. The incoming flight delay, aircraft maintenance problems, and difficulty taking off led to a delay of over three hours in Lyon. While on the plane, we endured unbearable heat as they worked on the air conditioning. This caused me to miss my connecting flight in Paris, leading AirFrance to reschedule me for a flight the next day. Upon arrival in Paris, there was no support available, forcing me to spend a sleepless night in the airport. I arrived at my destination over 14 hours late, missing my brother's wedding ceremony. Despite receiving only a 15 euro voucher, which hardly covered my expenses during the long wait in the airport, I tried unsuccessfully to get an earlier flight. My overall experience with AirFrance was incredibly disappointing.

We urgently require assistance to change the dates of 2 Air France tickets due to misleading information provided by German staff at Air France check-in. Our flight on 19.07.22 with connected flight numbers [redacted] and [redacted] was missed as we were misinformed about the required antigen test for South Korea. Despite conversing with Korean airport staff who clarified the PCR test on arrival was sufficient, German workers falsely informed us about the antigen test, causing us to miss our flight. We, Viktoriya K. and Monika I., are stranded at Munich airport, unable to afford new tickets. We appeal for help as the workers' deception has jeopardized our immigration plans to South Korea, a critical journey we have dedicated significant resources and time to. Air France is not at fault, but the German staff's misconduct has profoundly impacted our lives. Desperate for a swift resolution, we implore for assistance to secure a new flight promptly.

I'm seeking assistance with two issues. 1. My Air France reservation under code 48TQHY does not show on my Fly Blue account, and I am unable to add it using my account number: [redacted]. I need help correcting this issue. 2. I'm interested in upgrading the seats to Business Class for my husband and me on the same trip itinerary 48TQHY with Air France departing from SFO on September 4th to CDG, returning on September 18th. After speaking with an Air France Customer Service Representative who couldn't assist me, I am looking for guidance on how to proceed. Thank you for your anticipated assistance. B. Victorino

I need advice on a form issue I encountered while registering on "travel.doc". I mistakenly selected "Official" as my passport type instead of the correct "P" type (ordinary/regular). Unfortunately, the dropdown menu does not offer the options for "ordinary," "regular," or "P." I was informed that with an official passport from the Democratic Republic of Congo, I am unable to enter Martinique or France. When I tried to correct it, selecting "Ordinary Passport," I was unable to save the changes. This is concerning as I have all the necessary visas. Can someone advise me on the best course of action? Additionally, I am unsure how to upload my travel documents in response to an email request. The instructions say to upload the documents to expedite the airport check-in process, but there is no guidance on how to do so. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello AirFrance, I would like to report an incident regarding our delayed flight AF [redacted] on 20.07.22 from Paris to Frankfurt. Our ETKT Numbers are [redacted] and [redacted], under the names Forcast Ngairah Minishi-Schulze and Esperanza Shyla Schulze. Due to this delay, we missed our connecting train to Siegburg train station at 21:08 and had to purchase new train tickets. We also had to take a taxi from Siegburg to Hennef. I received a letter in Paris explaining the delay, but unfortunately, we did not receive any refreshments even after mentioning that I was traveling with an 11-year-old child. I had to buy her drinks myself. This was a disappointing experience with AirFrance, and I hope for a resolution. Regards, Forcast Ngairah Minishi-Schulze.

Hello, I need help locating my lost luggage. On July 2nd, my flight AF1559 with Air France from Newcastle to Barcelona via Charles de Gaulle had delays and I arrived at my destination on a different flight, AF1548. Unfortunately, my luggage with bar code number AF064377 did not make it. The lost baggage reference number is BCNAF51916. According to World Tracer, my luggage was supposed to be sent back to Newcastle via Charles de Gaulle on flights AF1249 and AF1058. I was informed by Air France - Newcastle that my luggage has not arrived as per World Tracer information. I tried to get updates from World Tracer today but was unable to access it and was advised to contact Air France Customer Services. Can you please assist me with this issue? Thank you, Thomas W.

During my recent trip from Pensacola, FL to Ben Gurion, Israel, I unfortunately experienced lost luggage at CDG in France. The flight reference was # GA5UJO for the France to Israel leg. Upon arrival, I promptly filed a lost luggage report in Tel Aviv using reference # TLVAF22933. My bags were located and sent to Tel Aviv on July 16th. Despite an initial email confirming the find, the delivery arrangements were not fulfilled. As a business traveler with multiple stops, only 2 out of 5 were noted, leading to confusion. Subsequent contact regarding my luggage delivery never occurred. The reference number is now invalid, complicating matters. Seeking reimbursement for expenses incurred due to replacement items purchased, I am frustrated by the lack of communication and assistance from the local agency in Israel. My priority is to recover my belongings, seek compensation, and finalize my claim for the inconvenience faced. The current online support system for lost luggage seems to be unproductive, adding to the stress of the situation.

On July 9, [redacted], I embarked on a journey from Heathrow to Paris on flight AF1781, then transferred to flight AF0990 to Johannesburg, and finally to Bulawayo on Airlinks flight 4Z0114n. Unfortunately, upon reaching Bulawayo, my suitcase failed to arrive, leading me to file a lost luggage report with the bag tag number AF795245. I provided my contact details and those of a local person in the report. Residing in the remote village of Tshelanyemba, [redacted] km from Bulawayo, I had no immediate access to toiletries and clothing. My luggage was eventually delivered to Bulawayo on July 22, [redacted], with no arrangement for it to reach me. With no means to retrieve it, two friends traveled nearly [redacted] km in public transit to collect it. The journey from Tshelanyemba to Maphisa, a larger nearby center, involved a challenging 40 km dirt road. Given the circumstances of this rural and economically challenged region, I believe compensation is warranted for both the lost suitcase and the travel expenses incurred. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Regarding My Request: [C-[redacted]] Hello Team, I'm following up on my recent business trip to France from 3rd July to 12th July. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my visit, I was unable to report my damaged baggage promptly. I have only recently become aware of the 21-day limit for such claims. Despite my delay, I urge you to acknowledge that I was merely two days late in reporting the issue. Regrettably, losing luggage in Paris seems to be a common occurrence, and my experience was exacerbated by spending nearly 10 hours at the airport due to mismanagement on your part. Your lack of professionalism has caused me significant inconvenience. I am hopeful that you will honor my claim for the damaged items as a minimum compensation for the distress caused by the mishandling of my baggage.

Hello, My name is Rafal K. Recently, I experienced a situation where my baggage was lost during a flight. On August 1st, I traveled from Birmingham (BHX) to Paris (CDG), then to Barcelona (BCN), and finally to Stockholm (ARN). The entire journey was booked under a single ticket, indicating my baggage should have been in Stockholm. The check-in personnel at BHX also confirmed this, but unfortunately, my bag was lost. I flew with AirFrance from BHX to CDG and then to BCN, and with Norwegian Airlines from BCN to ARN. I received an email from Norwegian stating that my bag was not registered in their system and should be in Barcelona. I have been unable to find a contact email for them and the online form does not apply because the last leg was operated by Norwegian Airlines. I have been on hold with AirFrance's customer service for 20 minutes without resolution. If needed, I can provide more information about the flight and my luggage. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

I have yet to receive my suitcase after my flight on Monday, July 11th, [redacted] AF006, departing from CDG at 2:30 PM and arriving at New York JFK at 5:30 PM. I am back in France and I would like to know if my suitcase is possibly at JFK. My checked luggage number is AF106412. If it is at the airport, I would like it to be sent back to me in France. My worldtracker number is JFKAF45759, under the name HERCBERG. Inside my golden pink suitcase are prescriptions with my married name (Cohen), first name Isabelle, along with addresses of hospitals and doctors in Rouen. I prefer to receive my personal belongings instead of a brief refund for the items inside. I have a tracking file, but I want my things. I would also like to know if I can get reimbursed for the essential expenses (sent invoices but no response). Thank you.

On July 30, [redacted], my return flight from Paris to Boston, MA via Geneva, Switzerland with AirFrance resulted in my luggage (tag #AF262083) being misplaced. Despite receiving a delivery of the wrong luggage on August 1 at 5am, which belonged to a person in Los Angeles, CA, efforts to resolve the issue with the airline have been frustrating. Even after speaking with a customer service representative providing my claim number (BOSAF51620) and tag number, the status was erroneously marked as delivered. Contact attempts through the AirFrance website's listed channels have been unsuccessful. As the 21-day mark since the incident approaches on August 20, [redacted], my priority is to have my belongings returned promptly. Your assistance in navigating this issue is greatly appreciated as I seek resolution and feel the urgency of this situation shared by others facing similar challenges. Thank you for your attention and support.

Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday, I purchased three tickets for my family to visit our son in Tokyo with a departure date of December 17 and return on January 2, [redacted]. Our reservation code is 0HIPJ9, and the passengers are Sigrid Llavina Ramirez, Tania Pedini, and Rocco Nicolini. I recently received a notification from my bank that Air France has suspended my payment, and I am confused about the reason for this delay. I have just been informed that the payment has been put on hold by the seller and that the transaction will be processed and refunded shortly. It might take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in my account, but I am unsure why this has happened. I kindly request urgent clarification on this matter. I had sufficient funds in my debit card to make the payment for the tickets. Please reach out to me at +[redacted]02 as soon as possible. Thank you.

I made a one-way booking yesterday morning with Air France from Istanbul to Birmingham for 6 passengers - 2 adults, an 18-year-old, 14, 13, and a 9-year-old. The total cost was around £[redacted] for a flight at 3:00 PM on 30/08/22, arriving at around 9:00 PM with a transit in Paris. I completed the payment, but did not receive a confirmation email and there was no transaction in my bank account as of this morning. I am disappointed that after booking and informing my family, I have not received any response. Please reinstate or honor my booking from yesterday for 6 people based on the offer I booked.

I have a flight booked for August 30th from NCE to JFK with reference number KY73FT. I would like to change my return flight date to the United States to be as early as August 26th. I have attempted to make this change by contacting both Air France and Delta Airlines. Initially, I was told by Air France that I needed to contact Delta Airlines since it is a Delta flight. After waiting on hold with Delta for an hour, I was informed that I could make the change online. However, the online system directed me back to Air France. When I tried to modify the booking on the Air France website, I was instructed to call customer service with I.D. # MS011. Despite trying to call Air France again, the office was closed. This back-and-forth process has become frustrating. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your help.

On July 7, [redacted], when I flew from Paris CDG to Edinburgh, my luggage didn't arrive with me. Attempting to follow the necessary procedures, I filled out a missing baggage claim form at Swissport's unmanned desk in Edinburgh airport. Despite multiple attempts to file a claim online and make phone calls, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining an AHL number which is required for reimbursement from Air France. The UK baggage line provided didn't connect me to a person, redirecting me back to online claims. Despite emailing multiple times, I have had no response regarding the missing luggage.

Regarding Booking Reference - S7F94I My trip to France on Sept 18 was canceled without my knowledge, and I am currently seeking answers. I have submitted multiple claim forms as requested, and recently received an email indicating a partial refund has been processed. However, only $59.58 has been refunded so far, which is the amount I paid via Mastercard for flight changes. The remaining $[redacted].84, which was paid using a voucher, is yet to be refunded. I am confused by the mixed messages I have received and would appreciate clarification on the status of my case. Has the investigation been concluded? Are my claim forms still valid? I am concerned about the delayed refund and would like to ensure it is processed correctly and promptly. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best, L. A.
