Dear Air France Team,
I am writing concerning the compensation for my canceled flight from Zagreb, Croatia to Los Angeles, USA. According to Regulation [redacted]/[redacted], passengers are entitled to €[redacted] to €[redacted] compensation for flight delays over 2 hours, cancellations, or denied boarding due to overbooking. I am requesting the full €[redacted] compensation for my delayed flight that falls under the criteria of a flight exceeding [redacted] km. I was not informed about the cancellation reasons nor my rights, which goes against Article 14(2).
If you cannot provide a clear explanation for the cancellation due to extraordinary circumstances, I will escalate my complaint to the Agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo in Croatia and the National Enforcement Body as per Article 16(1) of the Regulation.

I traveled on AF [redacted] from Montpellier to Paris and then AF [redacted] (Delta [redacted]) from Paris to Boston yesterday. Despite checking in one suitcase at Montpellier, it did not reach Boston with me. My Air France booking number is 364STV and my Delta Airlines booking number is GKHB3H. The receipt for the missing suitcase has the numbers [redacted] AF [redacted].
At 81 years old and exhausted after a long day of travel, I couldn't address the missing suitcase at the airport and hoped to resolve it online. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any record of my flights (364STV) on the Air France website. I am reaching out for assistance on what steps to take next.

I have a booking under reservation code MQTMJ7 for a flight from Bilbao to Paris on May 2, [redacted]. The reservation is for two passengers, John P. and James C. Our flight details have changed since purchasing the tickets, and we recently received updated tickets with the corrected departure and arrival times. However, the additional checked baggage we originally paid for, two bags per person totaling four checked bags, is missing on the new tickets. The baggage information was included on our original tickets, and we request the replacement tickets to be re-issued with the correct baggage details. We hope to avoid any additional charges at the airport during check-in.

I arrived at CDG this morning from Naples with Air France. I'm currently on a Delta flight to JFK. While stopping at PAUL to buy lunch for my kids, I think I may have lost my gold necklace with a crucifix and two Virgin Mary medals. I took off my sweatshirt near the first Paul entrance on the left, across from the bathrooms. Can you please check to see if it was found?

On 05/03/[redacted], I traveled to Copenhagen, Denmark via Charles de Gaulle Airport in France using my special red passport for a mission without any issues. However, on 11/03/[redacted], our Air France flight was canceled due to transportation strikes, and we had to rebook with Lufthansa. During my transit in Frankfurt, I was detained for entering Germany without a visa and was issued a security report. The airline should have coordinated better with border authorities. I await clarification from the German authorities at Frankfurt Airport regarding this serious matter.

I had a flight scheduled to Paris from SFO with Flight AF085. Upon my arrival at the international terminal at 7:05, I realized I was running late to find no Air France, Delta, or KLM counter open. After searching for a counter for 10 minutes, I attempted to check in at a kiosk, which instructed me to show a memo to an agent. However, there were no available staff, leaving me stranded. Despite contacting the Air France helpline and making three unsuccessful calls, I was unable to reach any assistance, ultimately resulting in missing my flight.

I mistakenly booked my flight (NU5J2A reservation) on Air France for the wrong day. Initially, I tried to book through a travel site with a new credit card for bonus rewards, but encountered issues due to my husband being the primary cardholder. Although it shows as ‘cancelled’ on the site, the purchase never went through despite multiple attempts, with the receipt clearly stating 29 May.
Out of frustration, I opted to book directly through Air France, thinking everything was resolved. However, upon reviewing our itinerary, I realized I made the mistake of booking for 28 May instead of 29 May. Our hotel in Paris and subsequent train ride are all set for 28 May and 29 May respectively, emphasizing my error.
I filed claim C-[redacted] but have not yet received any response. I am hoping to switch the exact same flight to 29 May without incurring any penalties, as the cost to rebook matches what I initially paid.

Hello, I am Rajinder Singh Samra. I flew on AF1149 from Barcelona to Paris on Wednesday, April 26th at 9:50. My seat was 30C. My carry-on was placed in the overhead bins in aisle 5 as there was no space near my seat. When I went to retrieve it, I found someone had taken my bag and left theirs behind. I have tickets booked for a flight from LAX to Kenya on April 29th at 3:20 p.m. Recently, I received a message from AirFrance requesting a negative PCR Covid-19 test with a QR code, taken within 72 hours of departure in addition to the five Covid vaccine receipts I submitted. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a pharmacy or healthcare provider, including Honor Health in Scottsdale, that can provide the required test with a QR code. We have booked round-trip flights from Tampa International Airport to Paris through Avalon Waterways with reservation locator number 36BOZ8 for our upcoming river cruise departing on May 9. Our eTicket confirms the outbound flights are with Delta, and we have already received seat assignments which are satisfactory. The return flight from London Heathrow to Tampa is with Virgin Atlantic, and the flight details can be viewed on their website. However, the Paris to Heathrow flight, AF [redacted] on May 17, does not specify the operating airline. I wanted to share my recent experience with Air France during a flight from Chennai to Colombo. Our original flight, UL0126, was canceled without prior notice, and we had to wait over 10 hours for the new flight, UL122. There was no provision for food or drinks during this time, which was very inconvenient. We encountered difficulties with boarding, including a lack of proper seating and challenges with our boarding passes. Additionally, my request for wheelchair access was not accommodated, and we faced issues upon entering the plane. Upon arrival, we faced embarrassment due to the boarding process. To make matters worse, our luggage was tampered with during the transit, resulting in stolen belongings. This experience caused discomfort for my health condition, leading to physical issues, including swelling in my amputated leg. It was a distressing ordeal that we hope will be addressed appropriately.

I wanted to share my recent travel experience, which unfortunately turned sour due to the mishandling of my luggage between Helsinki and Buenos Aires. Despite this setback, the trip itself was satisfactory with good service, food, and comfort, especially considering the journey's length. My son generously gifted me this trip for my 74th birthday, and I am proud to mention that I was recently honored as Finland's national TV presenter of the year.
I suggest looking into the luggage issue that likely occurred in Helsinki for potential insurance compensation. As for a resolution, upgrading my return ticket to FIRST CLASS on the Buenos Aires to Amsterdam and Amsterdam to Helsinki flights would be greatly appreciated.

I have a cruise booked with Viking for October, and my outbound flights from Atlanta to Basel, Switzerland on October 6 and 7 are with Air France flight numbers [redacted] and [redacted]. Following the booking by Viking, I created an Air France account. However, when attempting to add the flights to my account, the website does not accept the Air France flight code 3UODNE. Regarding booking WAHSA3 from Malta to Lome, Togo, I am realizing I am missing the e-ticket number for the flight. The Air Malta flight was canceled, and they have advised me to reach out to you. They mentioned there is no e-ticket number on my booking, so they cannot confirm my presence on the passenger list. I have attached the ticket I received via email for reference. I am traveling from Atlanta to Stockholm with a layover in Amsterdam. My initial flight is with Air France by Delta, and the connecting one is with KLM operated by KLM. Will I have to recheck my bags at Amsterdam airport? With only 40 minutes between flights, rechecking seems unfeasible. Even though Air France and KLM are under the Flying Blue umbrella, I am unsure about the baggage situation due to the first leg being operated by Delta.

My spouse and I have reserved a flight with Delta from Paris - CDG Airport to Atlanta on 6/20, DL Flight # [redacted]. We bought Premium Economy tickets for the international segment of our journey.
The Delta representative mentioned we should visit the Air France website to pick our seats since she couldn't do it for us. We followed her advice but noticed different seat descriptions on the Air France site, some at additional costs.

I am Dr. G. Kibuka. On April 27th, I lost an expensive ring on flight DL [redacted] from Nairobi to Paris. I accidentally left it in the washroom. Someone found it and gave it to the cabin crew. According to one of my travel companions, an announcement was made regarding the lost ring. Although I didn't hear the announcement, I believe you can locate the ring through your recording system. The ring is a blue stone college ring from Emporia State University, engraved with the year [redacted] and my initials G. K. Thank you.

Hello, I appreciate the review of my claim, but I feel that either a thorough assessment was not conducted or there may have been confusion regarding the additional charges. I agreed to pay a $[redacted] fee to change my flight, which I accepted. However, what I find unacceptable is the requirement to repurchase a new ticket without a refund for the original charge. It is concerning that Air France permits such practices, as it can be misleading for passengers unfamiliar with the website, potentially leading them to accidentally repurchase flights without being informed that they are forfeiting their original ticket rights.
